Les chambres étaient petites mais l’hôtel est propre, bien équipé mais surtout bien placé. Au cœur du centre ville avec beaucoup d’options de shopping, transport et restauration. Pas de piscine dans l’hotel

A hospitality business without hospitality! Most of the front desk employees were cold, aloof, unfriendly and just leave an awful first impression! Non of them were helpful with your concerns and requests and they exchange looks and whisper in front of you like you are either blind or an idiot. Just a really really bad vibe that leaves a bad feeling in customers. Thankfully the lounge staff was kind, food was decent and made the previous incidents better. Room was super super tiny! Booked a lounge floor room for 4. No place to open our luggages. And our view out the window was another building’s cheap metal roof covering. Nice ending was a very attractive and friendly bellman.

As a family of 5 we booked two rooms, expecting them to be located at least at same floor. We were located several floors apart. We made to individual bookings for two nights. We asked for a downgrade of rooms due to the possibility of not having to move room or at least be located on the same floor. We understood if it was not possible, but expected to be located closer. The staff at the counter was rude, he told us we booked rooms with single bed, when asked whether it was i king size he said no it was single beds. One of his colleagues helped and confirmed it was not one single bed in each room, but kingsize. When having to pay deposit he pulled out my card before it said approved and told me it was unfortunately declined. The attitude was hostile and we did not feel welcome. I put in my card again, waited and it was accepted. When arriving to the rooms, the keys didn’t work. The manager called us to make up for the experience and offered us breakfast the day after. When going to the restaurant the said we had to pay. I got help from the front desk, but it was unclear which kind of breakfast we were entitled to. Eventually it was the “full experience” where we could order an alacarte dish. We waited for 40 minutes seeing tables getting served that arrived later than us. We ended up asking for our food. They said to check up. We didn’t get any further information. After 50 minutes we told we left. Then we were informed that our orders now were placed. Not a 5 star experienc
