This was a nice hotel with great staff. I just didn’t feel it was worth the price given other places in Sri Lanka I had visited.

This property is very overrated and in an area full of rubbish all through the streets. Make sure you take mosquito repellent

Wir haben zuerst die falsche Zimmerkategorie bekommen obwohl das Hotel so gut wie leer war. Dann roch das erste zimmer auch schimmlig und das zweite zimmer wurde stark eingesprüht das es nicht schimmlig riecht. Wir waren die einzigen die dort gefrühstückt haben und die 5€ sollte man auch lieber sparen und woanders dafür essen gehen. Es hat nicht geschmeckt und mein teller wurde abgeräumt als ich noch gekaut habe und ein Toast in der Hand hatte.

We were greeted with a delicious welcome juice and a cold towel. Check in was speedy, bags were promptly delivered to our room and the room itself was spacious, cool and with a nice view. The hotel provides towels for the beach as well as the pool and the breakfast was a good spread with an egg station. All staff were friendly and calm. Coconut tree hill is a very short walk and mirissa beach was 200lrk in a tuk tuk but was also walkable. Would definitely stay again
