Beautiful hotel. They don't seem to value Hotels.com or Expedia customers. They put us into rooms next to the elevators which were very noisy

Rooms are great and staff is amazing. We always stay here when we visit family in Cali. The new renovation is beautiful!

The area was nice and so was the hotel. I would not give them a 9.6. It was more a 6,5 The rooms very nice and clean. The staff very polite. It is a few long blocks to an awesome mall and Restaurants. The people are extremely friendly and the food in Colombia is delicious!
