This newly renovated hotel was incredible. They gutted the rooms and they are very nice. As a business woman traveling, I was reluctant to stay, but read the past reviews. Excellent stay and the price was incredible. Not very many restaurants open during the week, except fast foods. But Thursday, the local barbecue place opens for the weekend.

It should not be rated as high as it was on several sites. It’s a motel. Fine print says that there is no elevator. We were on the second floor. The room was strange.

Looks recently remodeled. Everything is clean and updated. Pleasantly surprised at the overall condition of the property and hotel. Looks exactly as advertised. Room is very updated and clean. Just stayed one night passing through and it was very reasonably priced.

The entire staff, from front desk to cleaning ladies, were absolutely wonderful, helpful with all offering to be of any needed assistance The property appeared to be recently renovated and was very well done. The room was absolutely clean! Very nice!

This is the cleanest hotel in Grayson. My family and I travel to Grayson to visit family several times a year so we have stayed in almost all of them. First, when you enter your greeted by friendly staff members, they let us check in early for a small fee, check in was quick and smooth. When I opened the door to our room I was immediately hit with the smell of clean! The beds are comfortable, clean bedding, the water pressure was great and everything we needed was provided! The staff works hard to keep the rooms in top shape and clean! Did I mention it was clean!! Breakfast, coffee and juice were provided every morning and they even kept coffee creamer available. If you want a clean, quiet, friendly place to stay, Days Inn in Grayson, KY. Will not disappoint.

Was one of cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in and I stay least four nights a week in hotels nationwide will always stay here when in the area as long as they keep up the great job they are doing by whole staff of employees

Very nice hotel. Extremely clean and the housekeeping staff are meticulous on the room setup and cleaning. My only complaint is we booked a double queen bed room and it was two full mattresses on queen frames. So the metal stuck out all around the mattress and we kept banging our knees on the metal frame. Also two adults trying to NOT fall off a full mattress was a nightmare.

Very clean! Comfortable beds! Friendly staff! Very much worth the price! Small town so not much around but perfect place to stay for a night or two. It seems newly renovated. The bedside tables have plenty of outlets for charging your electronics.

We stayed two nights while attending a music festival. Helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable beds!!! Clean. Nice breakfast. We overslept on our final morning and they were super understanding and gave us a later check-out (noon instead of 11:am).

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again. Wr had yhe king suite and the only thing we didnt like was the shower. It was small and capsule like. It was dark and the small corner shelves were barely big enough to hold soap or shampoo. But other than that, it was a nice place.

We arrived 20 minutes before check in time of 3:00. We had to wait until 3:00 before she would check us in. We stayed for 3 nights. We came back after midnight the day of check out. The key did not work. We had to go down to the desk to get the key card reactivated with many other guests who also arrived after midnight from a music festival. The desk employee just gave us all the excuse of why the keys stopped working instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. He seemed annoyed. Wasn't our fault.

Best hotel experience I have ever had. Room was clean and comfortable. Area felt very safe. I had and incredible check in experience with Thomas Duncan. He was so kind and helpful especially as we had an issue with our bill he did everything possible to fix it. The next morning I needed more assistance from the front desk and Cathy was fantastic going above and beyond to help me. Finally, when there was a charge issue since I booked through hotels.com the manager Angela Estep spoke with me five separate times on the phone working tirelessly to solve the problem. Best hotel experience I have ever had which is saying something as I travel regularly for my job. So thankful to have had such a wonderful experience and so thankful to the incredible staff at Days Inn by Wyndham Grayson. 10/10.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The lobby and hallways were clean and had a very pleasant scent. The complimentary hot breakfast they serve on the weekends was very delicious and was truly homemade by a little grandma. Even the eggs were homemade not powdered. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER was so sweet and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Be advised that this hotel will place several holds on your bank card . our stay was 2 days and a total of 740.00 the hotel charged us 740.00 TWICE . i have stayed at many hotels and have never had an incidental hold for almost 800.00 . the room smelled moldy and the carpet and bed linens were damp . the breakfast provided consisted of brown bananas and toast . the housekeeping room was littered with coors light beer cans and the entranceway to hotel was surrounded by tons of cigarette smokers so it’s all you smell in lobby .

Really enjoy staying here! You will too. Clean, safe and comfortable atmosphere. Might recommend a room facing opposite side of parking lot since the lights from parking lot peer through side of curtains if you like a dark room while sleeping. 😴 Nice place though.

Aside from the smell outside the hotel because of the Smithfield factory, the hotel itself is recently remodeled, clean, and has a good breakfast. For the price, it can’t be beat. There is no smell once indoors and the smell of the factory was less in the morning than in the evening. I would stay here again. The hotel itself is excellent.

The hotel is well run. It is coean, well decorated for Halloween. The breakfast was wonderful. Connie who takes care of the breakfast is very attentive.

We stayed two nights while attending a music festival. Helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable beds!!! Clean. Nice breakfast. We overslept on our final morning and they were super understanding and gave us a later check-out (noon instead of 11:am).

Place smelled good, was clean, and check in staff friendly. Is near hwy so you can hear the vehicles but didn’t bother us. Breakfast is very limited.

Toilet ran noisily until I finally turned the valve off, rendering it unflushable until I opened it in the morning No biggie, but Road noise is prominent so all n all rest was hard to come by. Breakfast was meager and everything was wrapped in plastic. Overly so. This basically cancels out the fact that they actually had a recycling bin (yay!).

This is a restored, family owned Days Inn, and I was very impressed! We stayed at 4 hotels on this vacation and this was by far the best! I can’t say enough about the service, atmosphere, cleanliness, and value. We will stay here again when in the area.

The desk staff was incredible, friendly and accommodating which is great since the manager was not. The room was fine- clean, fresh linens etc. Breakfast was fine all carbs! There are no amenities including no elevator. Every day staff was out pulling weeds in the rock beds but at least one outside door was sealed closed with packing tape. It was quiet enough for day sleepers. Allin all it was merely adequate.

The night clerk was exceptional. She was highly respectful and informative. Breakfast far exceeded most hotel offerings. Sausage, biscuits and gravy, bacon, waffles orange and apple juice. The eggs that were scrambled came from a local farm so there was no fear of salmonella while millions have been recalled. The hotel is older BUT it is nicely appointed, and clean. The owner obviously cares about the property and customers.
