Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform Brisbane Skytower by CLLIX of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. There is a 3% charge when you pay with a American Express & Diners Club credit card. Housekeeping service is only offered for stays of more than 7 nights (inclusive). You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge. You must show a valid photo ID/scanned copy of your photo ID upon check in. ID must match the name on the reservation.
