Overall it was an absolutely GREAT location and size room. However, in my room, everything seemed really low so I believed it was perhaps technically an “accessible” room but was told it was not. Also, I didn't initially know how to work the AC or TV. It was excessively hot upon entry BUT- I got an early check- in! There was no introductory instructions and I like to spend time in my room upon arrival. Later I discovered you can change some channels to speak in English. But that was a lil frustrating. And then I had no hot water the entire stay! It was luke- warm at best. But I needed HOT water. The water was warmer at the beach- which was at least walking distance! 💁‍♀️ I just hope the Hotel remembers to justly compensate me as discussed at check out to accommodate the situation.

Great hotel. Loved the air conditioning. Very excellent. Located in the central busy area. One issue there is a ticking sound periodically in the room it's annoying esp at night during sleep I think it might be coming from the fridge or the ac control.
