From the second we walked into this Hotel until the second we said our goodbyes, everything was outstanding. At checkin, they alerted us to the two walking tours they give for free every day. They also showed us the daily schedules of activities. Every day there was a workshop of sorts, a tasting, and a happy hour. The tastings are intimate and run by members of the restaurant staff. Speaking of the restaurant, the breakfast is unbelievable. Before you even see the menu, they bring a savory bread basket, a sweet pastry basket, a cheese and meat plate, and fresh fruits. Then the juice cart comes by, with freshly made custom juices. Then you can order one of a dozen or so items from the menu! In the lobby, During late hours into the early morning, there is food set out to enjoy. Step off the elevator and there are snacks to take back to the room. Need help with anything? The concierge was incredibly accessible and helpful, as were all of the employees. Even the decor was wonderful. The lower level has a historical wall that was discovered during construction, and some of the items they recovered are on display. We wish we could transport this hotel and it’s employees to our next vacation!

Terrific location and helpful staff that can get anything you need. No nickel and diming at this hotel, rooms have a free mini-bar and there are also complimentary snacks in the main lobby. Overall, great experience and perfect for vacation.

Wonderful hotel. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Lots of free food, drinks, and goodies in the lobby. The free two-hour walking tours are a must. I was only able to do two of them but wish I had made time for more. The included breakfast is fantastic. The free spa area are was great, with a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and more. Book this hotel. You will not regret it!!

Excellent hotel, we had a wonderful stay there with our family. The staff was fantastic. The kids loved the snacks in the lobby, which were always available. There were also snacks on each floor. The breakfast was fantastic. There were fun activities in the afternoon that you could sign up for as well as walking tours. We also enjoyed the evening cocktail and appetizer. The location is perfect with the river nearby, and lots of fun areas within walking distance, but our room was nice and quiet at night. Nice fitness center as well.

Incredible boutique hotel across from The Targus River. Easy transit access and great starting off point for exploring the city by foot. Blown away by all the extras: snack bar and ice cream in the lobby, happy hour and midnight snacks all free. Wonderful a la carte breakfast included in our rate too. Be sure to do one of the walking tours!

Picked this hotel based on reviews and this place exceeded in every category. Service from all staff truly exceptional Location can’t be beat. Within walking distance of all the action. Even have a free walking tour twice a day that is very informative. Breakfast was the most impressive hotel breakfast I’ve experienced. Spa was nice bonus. Very small, but still nice to take a break and unwind. The ‘secret’ bar with a cool historic touch is just more icing on the cake. The only thing I could possibly say that wasn’t above average was the firmness of the bed. A tad too hard for my liking. But the rest of the room was above average. Linens were great and a free minibar refilled daily was quite enjoyable. Without a doubt, I will stay here again.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Location, amenities, service, etc etc. All 10 out of 10. Everything was included in our room fee - spa access, room mini bar, even the extensive snd delicious breakfast. The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and worry free, down to the smallest details. Special thanks to Joanna, who was kind, understanding and extremely helpful with a passport issue we were having. In Lisbon we would never think of staying anywhere else.

Excellent property, staff and amenities. I loved how quiet the hotel was. My only complaint was the lack of fresh facecloths for a few days in a row. It was an inconvenience when you return to your room after a long day and you have to delay your shower. Everything else was so amazing that I wouldn't change my 5 star rating. From the slushie machine, candy bar, fresh cookies, beverages and attentive staff - to Andre and his team in the restaurant; great service.

On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and invited to partake in their complimentary snacks and drinks at reception. We were very luckily upgraded to a better room. The porter showed us up to our room and explained everything the politely departed. The room was spotless comfortable and well set up with a spa type bath/shower and a fantastic set of toiletries/amenities waiting for us. There were complimentary fruit and a free mini bar in the room. For breakfast the options, quality of food and service were nothing short of excellent. We were able to take part in the free walking tour of Lisbon provided by the hotel which was very good. They also made a restaurant recommendation that was fabulous. All in all one of our best hotel stays. Would recommend 100%

We had a fabulous time here and can’t say enough great things about the staff. Such a welcoming experience. Not an ultimate-luxury hotel, but we weren’t looking for that. We prefer boutique accommodations and this hotel fit our needs perfectly. The breakfasts were also fabulous. If we had any criticism at all it would be that our room carpet looks tired and may need updating.

The staff is excellent, especially the concierge Ana. Thoroughly enjoyed the included tour with Pedro. Our family (2 adults, 2 children) welcomed the included massage. Note that the family suite is actually two separate rooms sharing an entry way. The larger room of the suite is very spacious, but gets a bit of evening street noise. Breakfast is included and has a good assortment (although nothing wow). This is a solid hotel and glad we chose it for our Lisbon portion of our Portugal trip. Highly recommend.

This was probably the best hotel me and my wife have ever stayed at. The decor was beautiful, the history fascinating and the staff were so friendly. It was like being welcomed into a friends home. We loved all the snacks throughout the hotel. We also loved the atmospheric showers which were really unique. We will definitely be back

One of the most welcoming hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff are attentive and very friendly. Picked this hotel based on reviews and this place exceeded in every category. Service from all staff truly exceptional Location can’t be beat. Within walking distance of all the action. Even have a free walking tour twice a day that is very informative. Breakfast was the most impressive hotel breakfast I’ve experienced. Spa was nice bonus. Very small, but still nice to take a break and unwind. The ‘secret’ bar with a cool historic touch is just more icing on the cake. The only thing I could possibly say that wasn’t above average was the firmness of the bed. A tad too hard for my liking. But the rest of the room was above average. Linens were great and a free minibar refilled daily was quite enjoyable. Without a doubt, I will stay here again.

It was a perfect experience from the friendly staff to the lovely room. The amenities were great. Spacious room (for the EU), clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious! They even left us a bottle of wine in our room.

Thank you to all that recommended the Corpo Santo Lisbon Historical Hotel in Lisbon, Portugal. We just returned from Lisbon. The staff, complimentary amenities: food and wine tastings, mini-bar, 24-hr snacks in the lobby, twice daily phenomenal tours with the fabulous concierge-Ana, warm hospitality from the bellman all day long, comfortable and stylish rooms, and flexible check-in/out make this hotel a highlight (and bargain) of our trip to Portugal and Spain! It is without a doubt 5 star and reminds me of an Aman and Rosewood stay.

From the second we walked into this Hotel until the second we said our goodbyes, everything was outstanding. At checkin, they alerted us to the two walking tours they give for free every day. They also showed us the daily schedules of activities. Every day there was a workshop of sorts, a tasting, and a happy hour. The tastings are intimate and run by members of the restaurant staff. Speaking of the restaurant, the breakfast is unbelievable. Before you even see the menu, they bring a savory bread basket, a sweet pastry basket, a cheese and meat plate, and fresh fruits. Then the juice cart comes by, with freshly made custom juices. Then you can order one of a dozen or so items from the menu! In the lobby, During late hours into the early morning, there is food set out to enjoy. Step off the elevator and there are snacks to take back to the room. Need help with anything? The concierge was incredibly accessible and helpful, as were all of the employees. Even the decor was wonderful. The lower level has a historical wall that was discovered during construction, and some of the items they recovered are on display. We wish we could transport this hotel and it’s employees to our next vacation!

I happened to be here during the blackout in Portugal and the staff worked over time to ensure we had a great experience given the circumstances. Peter, who may have been the hotel manager went above and beyond to make sure we were fed and communicated the very latest wish us. I made several attempts to head to the airport to see if I could fly home and each time they assured us they’d set aside a room at a discounted rate if we were turned away (we were) and they allowed us to return on several occasions. I know exactly where I plan to stay should I visit Lisbon again. I can’t thank the entire staff there enough. Don’t hesitate to book here,

Beyond excellent !!! I felt so wonderfully taken care of during the whole experience. Beautiful, classy without being pretentious. Perfect location & neighborhood. Walkable to everything! The staff was just amazing and attentive. The bathrooms showers were relaxing and bed /bedding so comfy ! Room was spacious. Temp control was easy especially bc we needed it to be cool to escape the heat outdoors. My 11 yo daughter and I loved the snacks and refreshments in lobby 24/7. This hotel runs like a well-oiled machine. Everyone is friendly and made our trip memorable. We really appreciated all the special touches, such as a doorperson, happy hour cocktails, and the fabulous staff. Pedro and Nuno went above and beyond our expectations. Service was excellent! The manager was there for every little need we had - he was very knowledgeable about Lisbon and all it has to offer. Everyone was pleasant and attentive. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Location, amenities, service, etc etc. All 10 out of 10. Everything was included in our room fee - spa access, room mini bar, even the extensive snd delicious breakfast. The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and worry free, down to the smallest details. Special thanks to Joanna, who was kind, understanding and extremely helpful with a passport issue we were having. In Lisbon we would never think of staying anywhere else.

Great hotel with absolutely wonderful staff! Upon checkin member of the front desk staff personally showed us around the facilities and immediately made us feel at home. Special shout outs to retaurant manager, Christopher, Conciege, Anna and of course Paolo who was always there to help with bags, taxis and offer guidance. Fantastic stay!

Great hotel with very efficient staff! Loved the candy selections, slushy machine, nightly happy hour in the lobby! The full stocked complimentary refrigerator in the room was a nice touch. Sadly, we weren't able to attend the walking tours but fully intended to. The tour company they work with is the best! One block over from Pink Street which can be noisey on Friday nights but nice to visit. Service was impeccable!!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful and when above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The location is excellent. We took the metro from the airport to the hotel. The metro station was just a 7 minute walk to the hotel. We took public transportation everywhere and the bus and tram stops were right outside. The hotel offered 2 amazing walking tours every day. I highly recommend it. The hotel constantly provided free snacks the whole day and free wine tasting in the evenings. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Excellent hotel, we had a wonderful stay there with our family. The staff was fantastic. The kids loved the snacks in the lobby, which were always available. There were also snacks on each floor. The breakfast was fantastic. There were fun activities in the afternoon that you could sign up for as well as walking tours. We also enjoyed the evening cocktail and appetizer. The location is perfect with the river nearby, and lots of fun areas within walking distance, but our room was nice and quiet at night. Nice fitness center as well.

This is a lovely, smaller hotel. The staff was both friendly and helpful, the room was beautifully appointed and very quiet, and the location is great. Two things to keep in mind: 1. Breakfast is via table service where you order off of a menu. It's not a buffet. If you don't like interacting with staff first thing in the morning this might not be the right hotel for you. 2. The hotel is in an historic area so taxis and Ubers cannot get to the front door. You may have to leave your ride several blocks away and walk. It wasn't a big deal, but if it's raining it might be.

I liked the staff. The price is too high for the hotel. When I arrived I opened my curtains to a wall of graffiti. Not exactly what you expect when you are paying $432 a night. The area is quite run down and again quite dirty and not exactly pleasant. The breakfast is good...but the waiter service simply does not work. The coffee, juice etc is served by one server, the toast and pastries by another and the hot food by a third server...the result is nothing arrives at the same time and it is cold by the time you get to eat...also it takes forever. For the price there has to be better options.

This is a wonderful hotel . It is very convenient and walkable to many things in Lisbon . The rooms are large by European standards . But what makes this hotel great is the caring staff. They go over the top to help you any way they can. Breakfast is a la carte and very good. I highly recommend this hotel . 5 Stars !
This is a wonderful hotel . It is very convenient and walkable to many things in Lisbon . The rooms are large by European standards . But what makes this hotel great is the caring staff. They go over the top to help you any way they can. Breakfast is a la carte and very good. I highly recommend this hotel . 5 Stars !

Words simply aren’t enough to describe how happy we are with our recent stay. From check in to check out our experience was top notch. The staff was warm, friendly and helpful with everything from restaurant recommendations, assistance with luggage to the simply courtesy of opening the front door for us. The room was 10/10 with amazing touches like water, fresh fruit basket and a mini fridge full of cold drinks! The shower was even an experience not to be missed!! Breakfast was 15/10 - soooooooo good! We would return in a heartbeat and will most definitely stay again when we visit Lisbon again! Thanks for the great memories!

I travel a lot in Europe and this hotel was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in! The staff was exceptional! They were always offering to help with reservations and directions. The lobby was always full of treats and the room was perfect! It was a good size with all the amenities. I loved the location. It was near Time Out Market, which we enjoyed. There were also a lot of good local restaurants around. It is also very close to most of the hot spots and it’s right by the river. If you are looking for the perfect hotel in Lisbon this is it!!!

It was a great stay from every aspect. The hotel was located centrally, the service was unbelievably unique and, the staff was very polite and helpful. The room was luxurious, very clean and drinks in the fridge were offered for free. We would definitely come back and stay at the same hotel.

From our arrival, the staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged airport pick up for us. The bar and restaurant are top notch. Breakfast was the best we had in Portugal. Great food and service and it's included in the room price.

Hands down the best hotel experience we have ever had! My wife and I recently stayed at the Corpo Santo Historic Hotel in Lisbon as senior travelers. It was, without a doubt, the best experience we have ever had at any hotel. While we noticed a great mix of families and business travelers, it felt perfectly tailored to us. Price-wise, it is neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, but the value for the money is absolutely great. The staff and concierge team are truly exceptional and incredibly attentive, seamlessly coordinating our travel and suggesting great tour operators. The complimentary amenities are tremendous. Every day they bake a fresh cake and lay out snacks in the lobby, alongside a 24/7 ice cream machine. Most days feature a cooking class, city walking tour, afternoon wine tasting, and a daily cocktail happy hour. To top it off, you can order whatever you want from their very good menu and have breakfast delivered straight to your room for free. Everything was excellent. The wellness facilities are fantastic, offering free access to a Turkish bath spa with a red-light sauna, hot tub, and steam room. Our room was excellent—very large for Europe, with an incredibly comfortable bed and a unique light-and-sound shower. The hotel sits in a convenient, flat pocket right near the water, a train station, and tons of restaurants, putting you just a 10-minute walk from downtown.
