Room was very clean, staff was very nice and informative, a lot to chose from for breakfast and plenty of parking

This hotel gets 100/10 based on the staff alone! The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good but the staff was AMAZING! I’ve never been to a hotel with staff this polite, friendly and accommodating. Every member of staff we interacted with was just the best! We had the best time in Nashville and highly recommend this hotel. Special shout outs to Lexus and her colleague at the front desk who went above and beyond to try to locate my Amazon package and also gave us the best food recommendations!!

The staff were all very nice and accommodating. Joy was very kind, Lexus was super helpful and nice also, but the start of the show was our shuttle driver big D. He was very helpful, patient and didn’t make us feel awkward about not being able to find him at the airport Overall great stay. Gym was clean, and the food service area was awesome. Thank you to all the staff for our wonderful stay.
