The initial arrival was odd, as there is no lobby and we had to ask restaurant staff for information about checking in. The room was on the second floor conviently located close to bar and restaurant but there is no help offered with luggage. Our room was comfortable but rather plain, although the bathroom was very large and lovely. There was no bathtub, but the shower was wonderful. The bar is likely the best the property has to offer as it's well appointed and bartender is delightful. The included breakfast was extremely basic: a blueberry muffin, a piece of fruit and orange juice. It was, however nice that it was delivered to the room. The room itself has a good Kuerig coffemaker. All in all, it was comfortable enough with very curtious staff, but underwhelming.

Fantastic, simply AMAZING welcome, gorgeous historic hotel, lots of parking space. They let us in after our red eye flight earlier than the check-in time since the room was ready. They have a restaurant inside the hotel. All was amazing. The only thing was the breakfast; it said breakfast included, but they told me that hot breakfast is served on weekends only, instead they will bring a basket in the morning. Like a clock, it was at the door in the morning- coffee, orange juice, peach and an apple pie. Sadly I couldn’t eat it, because I don’t eat sugar for breakfast, my son gladly did. Despite the breakfast thing I’d still stay here again and would highly recommend it, just would plan on breakfast. Thanks again for your hospitality. We enjoyed it!

The room was expansive and beautiful! Big bathroom and great walk in shower. Nice little bar downstairs with two great bartenders. Didn’t eat there but the place got really crowded fast so it must be good. Just wish they served breakfast not a continental one.

We had the most amazing stay at Wilbur Mansion. The experience was top notch. We were greeted upon arrival and the hospitality from Soondati was exceptional. Everything is keyless which we prefer, not having to carry a key card for us is an added bonus. the room was gorgeous with everything you need, Coffee, water bottle and all basic necessities including bathrobes. They brought us a basket in the am with some additional coffee fruit and muffins which was lovely. It was a gigantic space for being the “standard room” and we will absolutely be back. Parking is free and there are many food options nearby on the main strip. We went to Zest and you can check out our review there as well. All in all, we are in love with the Wilbur Mansion and hope to come back once their restaurant is fully functioning.

Beautiful old building, amazing woodwork thru out. Great view, very nice room. Was alittle disappointed that we did not get to eat at their restaurant, but they were not open on Monday.

The Historic Wilbur Mansion is absolutely beautiful. Our stay was comfortable, the room was very clean and spacious with all of the amenities we needed. The bed was very comfortable and hotel was quiet. We were celebrating a special occasion and when they found out they brought us a bottle of champagne, the staff was exceptional from start to finish, we met one of the owners and her pride and love for the property was evident. Had dinner in downtown Bethlehem which was about a mile away, I would highly recommend Edge restaurant.

Mansion is beautiful! Comfortable beds, friendly staff. However the rooms are like echo chambers, if someone sneezes in a room 2 doors down, you WILL hear it. There was a rowdy bridal party above us that partied until 3am, and then people yelling in the halls at 630am. Even with ear plugs we didn’t get much rest.

I had a pleasant stay at Wilbur Mansion. The staff was very welcoming, and the service was professional. The overall environment was excellent. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: the door didn’t have a locking function from the inside, and there were no disposable slippers provided. As for dinner, the taste was fairly standard, but the pork chop was exceptionally well-grilled and seared to perfection. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Staff reached out the morning of my day of arrival to be sure I had necessary information. Staff personally escorted me to my room, and later asked if I wanted any tea when I was walking around looking at the historic mansion. I felt quite pampered!

I had contracted poison ivy before arrival, and only realized when we arrived at the hotel room and I took off my shirt. The staff helped my boyfriend with treatments and suggestions. They were kind and gracious throughout the whole stay. We were sad we were only there for a night.

Our stay here was perfect, the room was SO comfortable, and the customer service was unmatched. Joe was fantastic. We definitely plan on returning soon!

We had the most amazing stay at Wilbur Mansion. The experience was top notch. We were greeted upon arrival and the hospitality from Soondati was exceptional. Everything is keyless which we prefer, not having to carry a key card for us is an added bonus. the room was gorgeous with everything you need, Coffee, water bottle and all basic necessities including bathrobes. They brought us a basket in the am with some additional coffee fruit and muffins which was lovely. It was a gigantic space for being the “standard room” and we will absolutely be back. Parking is free and there are many food options nearby on the main strip. We went to Zest and you can check out our review there as well. All in all, we are in love with the Wilbur Mansion and hope to come back once their restaurant is fully functioning.

This place was beautiful, clean and close to everything. The basket at our door this morning filled with muffins, OJ, and coffee pods was a nice touch as well. Bathroom was new and huge. I would definitely return

The Historic Wilbur Mansion is absolutely beautiful. Our stay was comfortable, the room was very clean and spacious with all of the amenities we needed. The bed was very comfortable and hotel was quiet. We were celebrating a special occasion and when they found out they brought us a bottle of champagne, the staff was exceptional from start to finish, we met one of the owners and her pride and love for the property was evident. Had dinner in downtown Bethlehem which was about a mile away, I would highly recommend Edge restaurant.

This is a beautiful place in the heart of Bethlehem Pa. I was so impressed with everything from the staff to the breakfast baskets to the beautiful suite. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful old building, amazing woodwork thru out. Great view, very nice room. Was alittle disappointed that we did not get to eat at their restaurant, but they were not open on Monday.

Room was clean, check in was easy, everything comfortable…problem was that breakfast was not as described. Nothing on the website indicated that an “included” breakfast, in an upscale Inn , with a very upscale restaurant, was simply a muffin and apple 🍎 delivered to the room in the morning…there was no sit down breakfast, nothing hot to eat, and coffee was a K cup so you can make it yourself in the room. This was very disappointing and misrepresented in the website.

I had a pleasant stay at Wilbur Mansion. The staff was very welcoming, and the service was professional. The overall environment was excellent. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: the door didn’t have a locking function from the inside, and there were no disposable slippers provided. As for dinner, the taste was fairly standard, but the pork chop was exceptionally well-grilled and seared to perfection. I highly recommend giving it a try!

The initial arrival was odd, as there is no lobby and we had to ask restaurant staff for information about checking in. The room was on the second floor conviently located close to bar and restaurant but there is no help offered with luggage. Our room was comfortable but rather plain, although the bathroom was very large and lovely. There was no bathtub, but the shower was wonderful. The bar is likely the best the property has to offer as it's well appointed and bartender is delightful. The included breakfast was extremely basic: a blueberry muffin, a piece of fruit and orange juice. It was, however nice that it was delivered to the room. The room itself has a good Kuerig coffemaker. All in all, it was comfortable enough with very curtious staff, but underwhelming.

Fantastic, simply AMAZING welcome, gorgeous historic hotel, lots of parking space. They let us in after our red eye flight earlier than the check-in time since the room was ready. They have a restaurant inside the hotel. All was amazing. The only thing was the breakfast; it said breakfast included, but they told me that hot breakfast is served on weekends only, instead they will bring a basket in the morning. Like a clock, it was at the door in the morning- coffee, orange juice, peach and an apple pie. Sadly I couldn’t eat it, because I don’t eat sugar for breakfast, my son gladly did. Despite the breakfast thing I’d still stay here again and would highly recommend it, just would plan on breakfast. Thanks again for your hospitality. We enjoyed it!

The room was expansive and beautiful! Big bathroom and great walk in shower. Nice little bar downstairs with two great bartenders. Didn’t eat there but the place got really crowded fast so it must be good. Just wish they served breakfast not a continental one.

Fantastiskt hotell! Men sämre med frukosten... vi hade i god tid mailat att en av oss har celiaki och behöver glutenfritt, påpekade även detta vid incheckningen. Men i korgen med frukost fanns bara scones med gluten.

I was greeted warmly by staff on arrival. About the only downside to this hotel is lack of elevator, but three stories to my room was not a problem and they have a very interesting architecture. The room was spacious, and I have never been in a bathroom with vaulted ceiling, chandelier, and the view of the city. The bed was ultra comfortable. Breakfast was a knock on the door and a little basket left with scones and apples within,as well as two additional Keurig coffees. There was a bar and restaurant on site but did not have the opportunity to visit as I was attending a wedding offsite, but it looked inviting.
