Für Banff war der Preis okay. Zimmer waren sehr schön. Toll ist die Möglichkeit die Einrichtungen und den Pool im Canoe Hotel zu nutzen und das im Preis enthaltene Busticket.

We were absolutely satisfied with our experience at the Dorothy. Offsite check-in at the Canoe Hotel was easy. All staff were encountered were exceedingly gracious and accommodating, They offered an iron, steamer, and ironing board when we mentioned we were in town for a wedding, and it all arrived at our door instantly. The room met our needs, & was sufficiently updated. The floor is hideously ugly camouflage, and it comically camouflaged a few actual feathers, leaves, and twigs on the floor that I’m sure are nearly impossible for the cleaning crew to see. The room was otherwise very clean. The shower appeared unclean in the corners. I’m not sure if it was a messy grout job or a mineral/dirt build-up. We enjoyed the complementary pour-over coffee and supplies with tea and kettle. The beds were comfy with lots of pillows and crisp linens. The climate control worked well. Parking at the door was convenient. The inner courtyard was nice.

The room was very nice & clean. The beds were ok, like them more softer. Parking was by our room. It is 2 story so asked for 1st level so we didn’t have to carry luggage upstairs. Lots of restaurants nearby, all good. This place is associated with the Canoe hotel ( which is very nice but was booked) which has nice coffee/breakfast/lunch. Free bus passes given to get around town. Lots to see and do in the area! Train station has tours to book. We booked on Viator a tour to Lake Loiuse/Lake Moraine and met our bus at the train station. We’re traveling beginning of October 2026 and it was less crowded than summer months! By mid October many areas shut down for the season so careful planning where you go in Canada.
