I called to cancel because the News broadcasts reported New Jersey shore was being bombarded by heavy winds and rain. Causing wide spread flooding and road closures. Even though they have a no refund policy I feel under these extreme conditions I should have been given a refund. When I called them they refused my request.

The Starfire was great! Very close to the Boardwalk and beach. Parking was easy. Room was clean and well supplied. No staff on actual property, but the sister motel next door was immediately available and helpful. The pool was closed, but in fairness I may not have noticed that at booking. All in all a great place to stay!

cleanest hotel I've ever had. room had large fridge, air conditioner, microwave coffeemaker all looked new. pool clean. staff friendly. excellent location near ocean and boardwalk at Wildwood crest end.
