Very easy check in and greeted friendly by staff upon arrival. Jacuzzi tub i room was nice size. Like it had a shower and fireplace with kitchnette. Has pool too and laundry facilites. Price was really reasonable and included breakfast, hot and cold stuff. Room was very clean and a nice size. Would go there again.

I like that each room is complete with a kitchen. There are few properties with this feature. We arrived after 9:00 so the lobby was closed. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that closes its lobby. Had to be buzzed in and even though I had phoned twice after landing in Edmonton it was not a pleasant experience. It was like we weren’t expected. Our room had not been completely cleaned before our arrival and the tv was not working. The table in front of the tv was pulled out and that’s where there was food and garbage left. The cords for the tv had been unplugged. We would’ve called the front desk but again the lobby was closed and there was no phone in the room to contact a staff member. The door to the lobby was locked. The breakfast in the morning was good with a nice variety of options. I brought the rooms condition to the attention of the receptionist when checking out. Showed her the pics I had taken. She apologized and assured us that our concerns would be brought to the attention of the management.

Room in good condition. Staff courteous. However, we were not informed where yhe dhuttle pick-up was to be . We left our room to find the lobby completely dark and access locked. This caused a bit of a panic. We were able to reach someone by phone and directed to a different exit. After some confusion, we found a different entrance accessible with our key card. Thankfully the weather was relatively mild. This was a grave oversite by the person who checked us in.

Good value for money. Comfortable bed and even a full kitchen! But no coffee maker and breakfast does not start until 6am. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful - but remember everything locks up at 9pm.

Room was far too warm, cooling unit did not work, called for assistance that never came. I realize they were having trouble with another maintenance issue at the time, not the staff’s fault, but made for a very uncomfortable night. Had to leave windows open at subzero Temps to get it down to reasonable.

Room is spacious, fireplace and kitchen are a bonus. Fireplace heated the entire room but not well. At night the fireplace had to be turned off since it really lit up the room when it kicked in. It was keeping us awake. Once turned off we slept well. Bed was very comfortable.

Room was very clean and my wife is super picky so that was nice to see. It was updated and modern. Jetted Tub was fantastic and bed was comfortable. Only thing we didnt like was there is no coffee maker in the room ?! I recommend staying here though price is right for the room for sure !!

I liked having a big fridge, stove complete with full size oven. Lots of room. On colder days would have enjoyed the fireplace. If I didn't feel like cleaning up the kitchen area i could pay to have it done. I have no complaints.

We arrived to the hotel at 10:00pm after driving 10 hours from B.C. When we got to the front of the hotel to check in, the lobby and front desk were closed and nobody was there to check us in. So we had to scramble to find another hotel, which in Leduc, can be very tough. Upon contacting the hotel, they were not going to refund my money from the night we didn’t even stay at the hotel, nor cancel the remainder of my stay in Leduc.

We arrived to the hotel at 10:00pm after driving 10 hours from B.C. When we got to the front of the hotel to check in, the lobby and front desk were closed and nobody was there to check us in. So we had to scramble to find another hotel, which in Leduc, can be very tough. Upon contacting the hotel, they were not going to refund my money from the night we didn’t even stay at the hotel, nor cancel the remainder of my stay in Leduc.

Check in was a nightmare I was called at 8:30 pm “ ya when are you checking in? The manager is leaving by 9 pm” our day was delayed and didnt make it to check in at 4 pm like planned Expedia over booked and evening staff treated me as they were accommodating me when in fact we were willing to take 2 rooms to have 2 beds. Instead of our 1 room 2 queens as I had booked. Was told by the manager “ what are you not understanding “?they were accommodating me because they had to pay the $18 cleaning fee for the second room I did not get what I had booked. I also booked an $89 room. Ended up costing me $139. When I asked why I was charged $289 the young gal gave me attitude , flung my reciept at me and said read your email. She also told me I hope you dont come back We ended up taking only 1 king room so we could stay in the same room…. And save the lady her $18 cleaning fee However Very clean modern room very quiet building. The gal who originally called me from day shift to switch my room was very pleasant

I stayed for one night when flying into Edmonton. My flight was very delayed and I appreciated that they accommodated a late check-in because of that. It was much appreciated! The room was very large and quiet. I will definitely stay again.

Worst hotel experience ever. The people at the front desk were so rude, I have never experienced such mean, rude people in my life. I have been traveling for my work as a Steamfitter for 20 years, and never experienced such bad service and rudeness. I left my room very clean, and because they found a screen in the garbage I used for my medical marijuana that I smoked outside occasionally and a piece of the baggie the weed was in, they withheld half my damage deposit. I am sure they do this regularly to people as a way to make extra money. So rude and do not ever stay hear, you will regret it. Horrible place!

Very nice property. But when I booked this property online it said my total with taxes would be $127 and when I got there I was charged $175 and I asked about it and they would not honor that. I even took a screen shot of my price and booking and it didn’t matter. I paid the extra because I had no other option at that point

Room in good condition. Staff courteous. However, we were not informed where yhe dhuttle pick-up was to be . We left our room to find the lobby completely dark and access locked. This caused a bit of a panic. We were able to reach someone by phone and directed to a different exit. After some confusion, we found a different entrance accessible with our key card. Thankfully the weather was relatively mild. This was a grave oversite by the person who checked us in.

It’s newly renovated and it is clean …. The room was huge. The shower was clean and hot. The breakfast was good and surprisingly more then we expected.. they had everything we wanted. We would definitely stay there again and the price was great.

The staff we encountered were great and very welcoming. The room was huge and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre but that’s to be expected with a budget hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

My recent stay at Western Budget Motel was disappointing. The toilet in our room was not flushing properly, which was a significant inconvenience and an issue that should not occur in a hotel room. In addition, there were barely enough towels, soap, body wash, or shampoo provided for two guests. These are basic necessities that should be adequately stocked before guests arrive. Overall, the lack of attention to basic maintenance and guest comfort made our stay frustrating. I expected a much higher standard and hope management takes these concerns seriously to improve the experience for future guests.

Check in was confusing for the staff. I was suppose to get the king suite but the person who stayed in tgere was stull there. Anyways they offered to.call number 3 hotel to see if they had the same one i reserved availabe to me. I was asked anout a queen size bed room. I said sure. But once we got the room there was no pictures on the wall. No coffee machine. No plastic glasses . The bed was okay but i ha e had better. Breakfast was okay. It was quiet in the room and outside. Slept okay. I was jist not impressed with the acomaodation.i woumd rate it a 7.thanks
