Host cancelled my stay 3 hrs before due to arrive, claiming I wasn't happy with house rules. Nowhere did it state check in details would not be provided until 2 hours before arrival time. In fact when speaking on the phone, they didnt reply to text messages, they said they would provide details 24hous before check in. Of course no check in details were provided. When calling 5 hours before they said 2 hours before. Called customer services, started off well but after 45 mins, mostly on hold, the call dropped and despite the original agent saying that if the call dropped they would call back - They did not. Proceeded to property, checked app to see if by any miracle the check in details had been provided only to see CANCELLED. No call to advise of such, no text message, no email either. In summary, one word APPALLING!
