Good location, staff very intense and abrupt when talking to you

Buona soluzione economica e curata nell’entroterra, lontano dal caos della città. Staff gentile e disponibile. Piscina e contesto carino. Un giorno con acqua fredda per problema all’impianto, risolto in serata. La valutazione è però molto più bassa perché la camera assegnata (room 18mq in un angolo) non era quella prenotata (deluxe suite 30mq vista piscina). Dopo averlo fatto notare la risposta è stata vaga e inefficace, e non è stata trovata una soluzione. Anche Expedia è intervenuta, senza ricevere risposta. Ci siamo dovuti accontentare dello “scarto”, cosa di per sé molto grave.

I booked a Deluxe Studio Suite (323 sq ft), but upon check-in I was given a Pool Front Room (194 sq ft), which was a major disappointment. The room was significantly smaller than the one I had booked. To make matters worse, the door lock was broken, making it impossible to secure the room. As a result, I had to be moved to the room next door. During my stay, there was no hot water on two consecutive mornings, which was very frustrating. The soundproofing was also extremely poor—you could hear guests in the neighboring room as if they were inside your own room. Despite these issues, the hotel has many positive qualities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is excellent and convenient for exploring the area. The property itself is cosy and charming, although during peak periods it can feel overcrowded, and the pool area does not seem large enough to comfortably accommodate all guests. Based on my experience, I would recommend avoiding the Pool Front Rooms, as they appear to have poor sound insulation and were the source of most of the issues I encountered. Had I been given the room I originally booked, and had these problems not occurred, I would have happily rated the hotel 5 stars. Unfortunately, the room-related issues had a significant impact on my stay. Nevertheless, the excellent staff and great location helped make the experience more enjoyable.
