The building was in good condition all round. Staff were friendly and helpful.Location was central with restaurant nearby.The bar/ restaurant linked to the hotel is excellent

We had a really lovely stay at The Francis. The building itself is beautiful and has so much character, but still feels really comfortable and updated. Our room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully done. The staff was genuinely kind and helpful without being over the top. It’s in a great spot, easy to get everywhere but still quiet at night. I’d definitely come back.
