Very nice place! We stayed in the cottage - the bedroom had a large bed, nice living space with multiple TV options, bathroom and kitchen were stocked with the basics you need. You could easily stay for an extended visit in this space. The owners were very friendly and breakfast was good and served piping hot. Location is great too - short walk or drive from multiple restaurants and a fabulous little ice cream shop, as well as a nice park with playground, koi pond and space to walk or jog. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back next year for fall foliage season!

We never stayed at a B&B before Jo and John, and Cool the dog were gracious hosts and Chef John made some great breakfast meals. House is right across the street fro a nice park as well. We stayed in the Ft Worth house which is separate from the main house. Would recommend for anyone traveling in the Mena area

Janssen Park Place B & B is excellent place to spend some time. The owners are very gracious and accommodating. The porch is just what a porch is supposed to be. Comfortable. And, Cool Hand Luke welcome you to his home. Thank you for a great stay.

My wife and I decided to take a last-minute motorcycle trip to Mena. Janssen Park had great reviews, boasting a perfect 10 out of 10 on Expedia, so we were glad we booked it. We arrived around 5 PM and found John sitting on the wraparound porch waiting for us. He upgraded us to the bungalow since there were no other guests at the time. We really enjoyed our stay. John drove us to town for some delicious pizza and made an exceptional breakfast of German pancakes. He is super friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks again, John! We look forward to our next stay with you.

Most restaurants are closed on Monday. The ones we did find were OK, but not great. The cabin was somewhat clean, with the exception of dirty baseboards, entrance door, and such. Sinks, tub, and refrigerator were very clean, but pretty much outdated. It was good to find an icemaker full of ice.

Me and my wife stay 1 night and enjoyed a peaceful evening and walked through the park across the road. The bed was very comfortable with extremely clean rooms. The breakfast was very good and enjoyed our visit with John the owner.

I really enjoyed this B&B for my one night stay. The bed and rooms were very comfortable, and i was able to watch TV and get access to the WiFi. John was very welcoming and made a great omelet breakfast for me too.

My wife and I had a wonderful overnight stay at beautiful Janssen Park Place B&B. John called me on the day of our arrival to find out when we planned to arrive. When we arrived John was there to greet us and showed us to our room. The room was perfect and John even brought us a bottle of wine. The next morning we enjoyed the delicious breakfast that John had prepared for us. I highly recommend Janssen Park Place B&B. My wife and I have stayed at a lot of B&B’s. This place is now one of our favorites. Thanks John!

Owner couple was just awesome, friendly, welcoming! The house and accommodation is like from a fairytale; we loved the stay. Very nice waking green park just across the street. Mena downtown is a couple of blocks away, including the new brewery.

This is a very nice house across from the city square. The room was very large and nicely furnished. John is an excellent cook, and breakfast is well above par for a B&B. The area around Mena is beautiful as well, with scenic drives and hikes a short drive away. Highly recommended!

This was a very lovely location, owners were wonderful, fed us well and place was very clean and comfy. Back yard might need some TLC but overall, we loved it and would recommend it to others.

Great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable hosts, incredible breakfast, comfy bed, right across from a lovely park just right for a morning walk. We highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again when visiting Mena.

We have stayed at Jansen Park in the past. It is right across the street from the city park. Our room was big and very well kept. The breakfast was great. We will probably stay there again.

My wife and I had a wonderful overnight stay at beautiful Janssen Park Place B&B. John called me on the day of our arrival to find out when we planned to arrive. When we arrived John was there to greet us and showed us to our room. The room was perfect and John even brought us a bottle of wine. The next morning we enjoyed the delicious breakfast that John had prepared for us. I highly recommend Janssen Park Place B&B. My wife and I have stayed at a lot of B&B’s. This place is now one of our favorites. Thanks John!

This is a very nice house across from the city square. The room was very large and nicely furnished. John is an excellent cook, and breakfast is well above par for a B&B. The area around Mena is beautiful as well, with scenic drives and hikes a short drive away. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was delicious. Bed was very comfortable. We were in the Maple room and it was decorated so pretty. Really enjoyed talking with the owners. Great stay!

Super quiet nestled next to a beautiful park, we spent an evening feeding the ducks and geese, the cottage had everything you could need to feel like home, the hosts were kind enough to leave plenty of phone chargers strategically placed, I don't think we even had to use our own, roku TV so plenty of viewing options, just a nice quiet place to stay

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent! I stayed a full week for my daughter’s wedding & was in the cottage. The space & amenities were perfect for what I needed. The host was helpful, area quiet & quaint, space clean & very comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

We had everything we needed in the 600sf cottage. I was very clean and comfortable and the hosts were terrific. Everything was perfect except for a couple of things. The hosts have no control over this one. There is a train track nearby and they run through about once an hour at night laying on the horn. It disturbed our sleep both nights we were there. The other thing it said on-site parking and we had to park on the street. I do not consider the street being on-site.
