hotel restaurant is great, really tasty and a lot of variety, not expensive for hotel restaurant. the gym is really on par with a paid membership gym at home i was surprised to see how big and well equipped it is. very well located. rooms are a little on the small size and they have no different size available.

Great location for bars and nightlife. Amazing gym, steam/sauna room. Pool and restaurant on property. Also around the corner from 7-eleven. The only downside was the rock music bar that we could hear until 3 am. Just turn on the tv you will be okay. Overall great hotel, staff is very helpful.

Rooms and hotell are dirty as hell! I've changed room and it's wasn't as dirty as the room before. It didn't even match what I first booked. So I complained and got a room on highest floor in other building C instead. It's was better, had great view to Pattaya beach and that surroundings. Staff in reception is friendly and professional. So are staff in the parking and entrance area. Breakfast is a no go if your not from England or Asia. The pool is so filthy and not cleaned! I went in it and I felt how dirty the water was. It was so disgusting that you could see skin flakes and dirt along the waterline on the tiles in the pool. The water felt literally slimy, and the pool wasn’t even cold or temperature controlled. So, if you are a party boy/girl or just on a hunt. Go and stay here - heard people have loud and long sex all night. Thai-women screaming and fighting in corridor's and drunk people making noise 24-7. I love Thailand but there is to big lack of service and high service skills. And the fact, they don't clean! It's not a four star Hotell, sorry - but that's a fact! Still - all staff is super friendly and helpful!

We enjoyed our stay, the room was modern, bright and clean. The housekeeping was excellent, the lady was quick, efficient and always cheerful. All the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. A couple of things need attention, the safe in our room didn’t work, there were cleaning chemicals put in the pool while I was swimming when they should have waited till the pool was closed. Couldn’t check in till 3pm.

Hard to believe that this hotel is rated at 4 stars. Plumbing was problematic - shower and sink both had difficulty draining, and there was a foul sulfur like smell emanating from the sink. The buildings exterior has signs of neglect - cracks, peeling/fading paint, heavy rusting on the back gate and rear building fixtures(behind the restaurant) and several sections of wood on the front of the building have fallen off or were dangling. Boards in the pool deck were dry rotting, the ground was visible through several holes. Several lounge chairs also had dry rot on the legs. Ceramic tiles in the pool had mildew, likely indicating improper chlorine levels. Fitness center- surface rusting was present on several barbells, several machines were not serviced and made squeaking noises. The towel service has been discontinued, the steam room and sauna were not operational, and the showers had no hot water. The furniture in the lobby area needs to be cleaned. I stayed here a few years ago, this place was really nice. It is now a shadow of its former self - it's depressing to see how quickly things have changed for the worst. I would not recommend this hotel, it is not worthy of a 4 star rating and not a good value for the rate being changed.

Nice hotel with a great hotel gym and nice pool area . Dont expect the sauna and steam room to be hot , maybe they dont leave it hot in the low season . Nice staff and great location . Nice garage .

Good location, good restaurant, a/c good. But….Too noisy, no black out curtains & sun comes in room early, pool could be cleaner & has a slight smell, bathroom vanity slopes down & cracks in the walls. Room was a let down, needs upgrade & sound proofing

When I arrived there were no towels in the room. I When I arrived, there were no towels in the room. I informed the receptionist many times. Late at night I finally got 1 towel so I could shower. I could hear all the neighbors through the door, and also the cleaning staff talking in their walkie-talkies, on their phones, and their trolleys making a REALLY big noise. The room was small, but okay. The TV has many channels, but it is not possible to watch any of them because of a bad signal.

Hotel is okay, very close to bustling night life. Room itself was small, but bedroom area was alright. Staff were okay. Negatives included: most showers are cold because of lack of hot water; poor internet; lot of mould in the bathroom.

The staff is amazing. I have stayed there six times over three years. Last year they upgraded the wifi however all the TVs in the rooms are small and dated. The breakfast buffet has gotten a lot better in the past couple years

It is a proper budget option, no frills. I had no problems during my week there. Water was more than hot enough, and the AC was adequate. Everything worked in the room and the room staff kept everything stocked up. Breakfast was good. The place is a bit dated, but I would stay there again.

Excellent was the breakfast choice and cleaning staff Good was the room bit small now I understand about Studio Woeful was the wifi I’ve stayed in lots of hotels in the last 10 years in Pattaya. The wifi in this place has been the worst I’ve ever seen I hate giving bad reviews but wifi is my main concern when booking and this was dreadful

I could hear all the neighbors through the door, and also the cleaning staff talking in their walkie-talkies, on their phones, and their trolleys making a REALLY big noise. The room was small, but okay. The TV has many channels, but it is not possible to watch any of them because of a bad signal.

When arrived at hotel at first reception could not find booking, then they offered a room with single beds, changed to room with queen bed , after 2 Nights in room had to move because toilet kept blocking, once in another room every thing ok

P Plus Hotel, is in a primary area easy reach to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Taxis are widely available. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Lovely swimming pool, but I never got a chance to use that, I think next year.

Depending who you get behind the counter, your experience can change. But what disappointed me, I asked for a motorbike taxi on departure day (which I had many things on my mind) and there was three porter's doing nothing and concierge didn't bother to ask them to hail a motorbike taxi with their hand. That's all they needed to do. So I had to do it myself. It's not rocket science.

Great location for bars and nightlife. Amazing gym, steam/sauna room. Pool and restaurant on property. Also around the corner from 7-eleven. The only downside was the rock music bar that we could hear until 3 am. Just turn on the tv you will be okay. Overall great hotel, staff is very helpful.

Et greit opphold. Litt mye støy fra barene i gata helt til kl 04. Meget slitent i poolen. Tregulvet har mange sår og solsengene trenger en oppgradering. Flere var ødelagt

hotel restaurant is great, really tasty and a lot of variety, not expensive for hotel restaurant. the gym is really on par with a paid membership gym at home i was surprised to see how big and well equipped it is. very well located. rooms are a little on the small size and they have no different size available.

For the price point u had no complaints here. Rooms were a bit scruffy but clean and housekeeping came regularly. Room Equipped with a fridge and safe. Pool area is great, big enough to have a proper swim and food and drink excellent. I would stay again for the same money.

Good location, good restaurant, a/c good. But….Too noisy, no black out curtains & sun comes in room early, pool could be cleaner & has a slight smell, bathroom vanity slopes down & cracks in the walls. Room was a let down, needs upgrade & sound proofing

Rooms and hotell are dirty as hell! I've changed room and it's wasn't as dirty as the room before. It didn't even match what I first booked. So I complained and got a room on highest floor in other building C instead. It's was better, had great view to Pattaya beach and that surroundings. Staff in reception is friendly and professional. So are staff in the parking and entrance area. Breakfast is a no go if your not from England or Asia. The pool is so filthy and not cleaned! I went in it and I felt how dirty the water was. It was so disgusting that you could see skin flakes and dirt along the waterline on the tiles in the pool. The water felt literally slimy, and the pool wasn’t even cold or temperature controlled. So, if you are a party boy/girl or just on a hunt. Go and stay here - heard people have loud and long sex all night. Thai-women screaming and fighting in corridor's and drunk people making noise 24-7. I love Thailand but there is to big lack of service and high service skills. And the fact, they don't clean! It's not a four star Hotell, sorry - but that's a fact! Still - all staff is super friendly and helpful!

We enjoyed our stay, the room was modern, bright and clean. The housekeeping was excellent, the lady was quick, efficient and always cheerful. All the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. A couple of things need attention, the safe in our room didn’t work, there were cleaning chemicals put in the pool while I was swimming when they should have waited till the pool was closed. Couldn’t check in till 3pm.

It is a proper budget option, no frills. I had no problems during my week there. Water was more than hot enough, and the AC was adequate. Everything worked in the room and the room staff kept everything stocked up. Breakfast was good. The place is a bit dated, but I would stay there again.

Excellent was the breakfast choice and cleaning staff Good was the room bit small now I understand about Studio Woeful was the wifi I’ve stayed in lots of hotels in the last 10 years in Pattaya. The wifi in this place has been the worst I’ve ever seen I hate giving bad reviews but wifi is my main concern when booking and this was dreadful

パタヤでブッカオ通りを起点にしたい人なら立地はなかなか最高に近いものがあります。ただ少し古い感じがします。A棟はシャワーの温度が上がりません.６部屋借りてすべて冷水に近い温度です。日本人には耐えられません。昨年C棟借りた時は温度の問題は無かったのでA棟注意です。また、C棟はトイレの匂いが室内に入ってきます。それも日本人にはなかなか辛いです。もうここは、立地と値段で勝負です、色々なことに目をつぶれる人は良いと思います。なんせマイペンライの国ですから！

I had a double room overlooking the main street which could get loud after about 10pm, take ear plugs, I did and I had an excellent sleep, I was on the 7th floor in C block, (there are 3 blocks, A,B and C). My room was excellent, no complaints but I think the safety barrier for the outside balcony was a bit low to be honest. It is just a few minutes walk to all the bars on Soi Buakhao and there are many to choose from. I loved this hotel to be honest but would have preferred if it was a bit cheaper. The Aircon worked faultlessly and was fairly quiet if you didn't have the fan on. I didn't try the on site restaurant but there is a 7 11 right next door and more bars, and women, that you could shake a stick at. Great place, thoroughly recommend it.
