We’ve stayed here many times. Pool is usually heated. Pool was very cold. Hot tub was warm at best and not hot at all. Pool area had an odd odor as well. We stay here because of the pool/hot tub facility so we hope this get addressed. Also the elevator was over 6 months out of inspection. Why? Breakfast was great.

Super easy parking and hotel cart to transport luggage to room. 3 floors and elevator Great free breakfast with lots of options. Area next to check in desk had drinks ice cream and misc for purchase. Decent small gym and bathrooms near gym and pool. free flyers on local attractions. Outdoor pool (didnt use) pool lounge area with umbrellas and second outdoor area near lobby. Issues only 1 ice machine in whole hotel by pool. Indoor pool had at least 10 hair clumps or loose hair. Pool skimmer was filthy. Didnt use after that. A little noisy with kids running and stomping but quiet after 10pm

We’ve stayed here in the past, but after many years it seems this hotel has gone down hill. I couldn’t shake the ick. The floor of the room was so dirty that it turned out feet/socks black. The room was dark and dingy, and the bathroom was just barely clean enough to use. The outdoor pool was gross - full of algae and mysterious floating hairballs. The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately I will not return.

Really nice hotel with great staff and exceptional breakfast. My only problem was the indoor pool had ALOT of hair just floating around also outside of the pool had chunks of hair as well, other wise my stay was good and would be back.

Very disappointed! Our room had not been properly cleaned. Cheerios and chips left under table and near the bedside table on the floor, it appeared the room had not been vacuumed. We had no Kleenex or any extra toilet paper just the half roll that was on the roll. We had ants in our room and we found a shoe beside our bed, which we turned into the front desk. The pool was not cleaned. We have visited PA every year for the past 4 years and decided to stay somewhere different this year. We won’t be staying at this property again. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly! They did provide us with ant spray, Kleenex and toilet paper for our room and did come up and vacuum the room. We were told that they were full so we couldn’t be changed to a different room.

Only good thing was the breakfast staff and the breakfast. The room was not good. Upon arrival there was a piece of dental floss on the bathroom sink. A quarter roll of toilet paper and an empty Kleenex container with know more Kleenex to refill. We got cleaner from the desk because there were know other rooms available. Wall paper is peeling off the walls, ceilings had dust all over them and the room was very musty. By morning my daughter with allergies was glad we were leaving

We stayed one night and would recommend this place. Unlike other air conditioners that are very loud, this one was very quiet when it ran. The room was very spacious with a king size bed, couch, chair, desk and 2 tv's. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. We'll come back again.

Our room was two doors away from the lobby people coming and going made this a very noisy room especially in the morning when people were coming to get their breakfast at 7am. The room itself was smelly and dingy I turned on the bathroom fan to help get some air circulating just so I could sleep there. The indoor pool and hot tub was nice.

We had to complain to the front desk twice about noise from the 2nd floor (rowdy, noisy kids). The first complaint had no resolution. it took a second attempt at complaining about the noise--at 11:30pm

Rooms did not look like the photos that were posted on website. The hotel and rooms had an odor; smelled like corn chips and mildew. The rooms looked ancient and dull. There were stains on the carpet. The bathroom was ok, but I was grossed out by a stain that was in the shower.

Overall the hotel itself was very good. The particular room we stayed in had an off smell to it and the bed was absolutely terrible. Very hard, uneven, lumpy. There is really no reason at all to have a bed in that bad a shape in a room. But like I said, the hotel itself was very nice. Just not our room and bed

When I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and accommodating. I arrived two hours before check in, and he had no problem checking me in early as my room was ready. It was quiet through out the night. We had one hiccup with our shower not working properly, however, they were so nice about the situation and resolved it almost immediately. I appreciate and thank them for that. Breakfast was better than most run of the mill hotels. Staff was very friendly and courteous in the morning. I will be staying here again.

The outdoor pool was across the parking lot, behind this hotel's other hotel. The room was fine, average to be honest but the mattresses were not very comfy. Could use to be replaced. Typical "free" breakfast. What was most disappointing was the front desk staff in the evening. Check in staff were great and friendly. Nighttime, not so much.

The hotel is wonderful and staff from frontcdesk to cleaning are very accommodating. Friendly and helpful. We stay here every year when we go to Sight and Sound. Stay in main bldg, not annex

My only complaint is that house keeping is very erratic. Didn’t expect them every day but someone came in every day. One day they only made one of the beds and replaced towels, next day no beds were made and new towels were left but the old ones weren’t taken, next day both beds were made and towels taken and replaced but no bath mat was left. Coffee station was never refilled. So strange. Other than that everything was wonderful! Very clean, great staff, close to attractions… will stay here again

Greeted as soon as we walked in, staff all very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very nice in appearance. Our room was clean and neat. Breakfast was delicious and there were so many options to choose from. We will definitely stay here again.

Greeted as soon as we walked in, staff all very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very nice in appearance. Our room was clean and neat. Breakfast was delicious and there were so many options to choose from. We will definitely stay here again.

Secluded, but so close to so much in Lancaster! The room was very nice and comfortable. Staff were very friendly, as always. This is 1 of our top hotel choices in this area whenever we vaca!

After several trips to this area to see plays at Sight & Sound, I stayed here for the first time and will definitely come again! Location is convenient and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Slept great because there was no road noise!

The Best Western Plus in Paradise, Pa. was the Best place to stay and provided all the amenities. It's location was very convenient to all visiting places, shopping, restaurant's and entertainments. We did an Amish Buggy Ride at AAA Buggy Rides. The farm tour was so much fun. We ate at Miller's Smorgasbord and shopped while we waited for a table. We went to Sight and Sound and ended a wonderful day back to the comfort of our room at the Best Western Plus in Paradise, Pa.

We will stay here again when visiting the Lancaster area. Wonderful hotel. The layout of our room. The comfortable bed. Quiet even though we were in a room close to the lobby. The breakfast was very good. a good variety of food and drink. The man in charge of the breakfast and the dining area was EXCELLENT! I wish I knew his name. Very orderly, well stocked with utensils, napkins, condiments. He was very attentive. His food area was super clean. Very friendly. One word describes this Hotel. COZY. We loved it here.

We were very pleased with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The food quality was very good, much better than competitor's buffet.The dining area was frequently cleaned during breakfast and food constantly refilled. Parking was safe and well lit. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that food was luke warm, rather than hot. We will definiely return to this hotel.

When I asked for toilet paper, since there were no extra rolls in the room, the staff only provided me one roll. This seems skimpy, as this did not provide an extra roll to have on hand in addition to the one that would be on the holder. Additionally, the room had no tissues. This is highly unusual, as every hotel I have stayed provided tissues as a standard. The complimentary breakfast was nice; however, the menu was unchanged for each day of my stay - making it routine rather than something to look forward too. Overall, the property was clean, safe, and quiet. I rate it three stars out of five.

It seems like the hotel is in the process of modernizing itself. Some areas have been updated while other areas still need some upgrades. Overall, a very nice place to stay with the family. The breakfast buffet is very professionally run and well stocked with new items through our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a favorite for Lancaster County.

Excellent all around- location, garden, pools, rooms and discount for magic show. The breakfast is a buffet with many items to choose from. Have stayed here several times and we highly recommend it!

Wonderful stay. The hotel itself is a little old and could use a refresh but the staff were all so nice and the breakfast was very good. Breakfast always consisted of some style of eggs, breakfast meat that changed daily, hash browns, waffles, a yogurt bar and all the usual breads and cereals you normally expect. Coffee was outstanding and all foods were kept well stocked until the very end. The hotel is set back from the main road so it was very quiet.

The hotel is super clean, staff were very welcoming and kind. They have an indoor and outdoor pool that is great for adults and kids. We woke up to a hot breakfast served in the main area. They had eggs, sausages, waffles, bagels. There was something for everyone to enjoy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the property twice in July and loved it. Unfortunately I stayed this time at the Sure Stay building near the pool and t was a very different experience. Not really the hotel's fault, but kids screaming, rattling the pool gate, and families virtually taking over the pool with toys, noodles, floats and diving off the sides made it very unpleasant and noisy. In a calm voice I asked a child who was rattling the metal gate to "please stop" and was told by his mother that I had no right to "yell at her child". Sigh. I wish there was perhaps better policing of the outdoor pool so that everyone could enjoy the space, For sure next time I would stay in the main building, though it is more expensive.
