L’annonce et les photos sont trompeuses. L’appartement est en piteux état. Un grand ménage s’impose et des réparations dans la cuisine et la salle de bain s’imposent.Le micro-ondes est répugnant et très abimé . Le matelas de la chambre n’est pas très confortable et le matelas du sofa -lit taché et malpropre en plus d’être super inconfortable . Pas du tout accueillant et chaleureux . Nous n’avions qu’une envie, partir au plus tôt de cet appartement . Toutefois, on doit souligner l’attention de trouver du pain , des confitures et du jus dans le frigo apprécié .

Shower moldy, water temp variable, no hot water at all on third day. Living room couch/bed needs repairs or replacing, and cusions stained. Microwave old and difficult to use (so old, the timer was a dial, not digital). Upstairs plumbing leaked somewhere, creating a puddle at the bedroom door). Bug bites.

Sehr schönen Innenhof, super Lage, super Preis aber Möbeln naja und Silikon im Badezimmer müsste man unbedingt erneuern!

The location of the apartment is very good - a short walk to the town centre. The apartment is small, but perfectly adequate for two people. WiFi is excellent - 100Mbps. The bed is very comfortable.The fridge was left full of breakfast items, which was not mentioned in the listing and very welcome, although 4 or more complete loaves of bread for two people for 3 nights was rather excessive.The bathroom fittings are very worn and need significant repair. The toilet has broken enamel in the u-bend. The bath has holes in the sealant around the edge, with the sealant that is there being black and mouldy - this makes the shower very difficult to use without water leaking down the back of the bath.Having a garage car parking space is very good, although it is extremely tight to get the car in and out. The listing said “garage parking available” but did not make it clear there is an extra charge of 15 per day.We had a couple of problems with the kettle and garage door key, but both of these were replaced by the host very quickly. His communication with us was prompt and informative.In summary, it’s a good apartment, with a host who is trying his best to get things right, but a bit more work is required particularly in the bathroom.

The location suited our priority requirement to be accessible by car but avoid city centre driving (not for everyone we accept). The communication by text before and during our stay were fine and we were able to check in and out without meeting anyone. A photo of the car park exit unit would improve instructions. We enjoyed the experience of staying in what seemed like genuine family orientated Spanish accommodation, the neighbours were tending the indoor planting and popped into the taberna next door (as did we on our return from the city centre!). The short walk to the city centre and sights was easy and although only having an evening and following full day we were able to take in the all the places we had planned. We did not use the accommodation kitchen facilities choosing to eat out to make the most of our short time in Seville, but it was nice that the fridge was stocked with milk and other treats and fresh bread was left for our arrival. Yes the accommodation is a little dated and a little way out of the city but we thought it was good value for money and would recommend highly to others who share our outlook.
