Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble pour notre famille de 4 personnes. Hotel très bien situé, à deux pas de la vieille ville et de ses ruelles animées. Points positifs: Architecture de l'hotel charmante, grande salle de bain avec douche + baignoire séparées, literie confortable. Parking très apprécié et sur réservation au tarif de 18€, réceptionniste efficace au moment du check in et pour nous guider avec le stationnement. Mention +++ à l'espace spa sur réservation. Piscine comparable à un spa une fois les buses hydromassantes activées, espace spa avec ambiance feutrée très reposante ainsi que sauna, hammam (le hammam n'était pas en fonction , cela ne nous a pas dérangé) et douche avec chromothérapie. Points d'amélioration: Nous aurions apprécié qu'il nous soit précisé que la réservation à la piscine (par tranche d'1h) incluait également la réservation de la salle de sport, nous aurions alors réservé pour 2 h successives le temps de profiter des 2 espaces. Voyage à 4 avec 2 adolescents (âges précisés dans la réservation), le canapé-lit est l'équivalent d'un lit d'une place et demi, impossible d'y dormir à 2 pour des enfants de plus de 8 ou 10 ans. Résultat, notre cadet à dormi dans notre king size. A savoir au moment de la réservation! Aucun bar ninrestauration surnplace hors petit déjeuner, malgré la mention d'un lobby-bar dans l'hotel et sur internet. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

Where to begin? Given the generally strong reputation of the Eurostars brand, this hotel was a disappointment. The property felt consistently understaffed, check-in took far too long, with an extended wait just to reach the front desk. Parking was unavailable, which is understandable since we hadn’t reserved it in advance. However, several other basic service issues stood out. The room lacked simple essentials like a pen, and when I requested one at the front desk, I was told I’d need to return it afterward, which felt unnecessarily rigid. Later, I went to what appeared to be a bar, clearly stocked with liquor bottles, only to find it unstaffed. After returning to the front desk to ask for a glass of wine, I was told it “wasn’t a bar” but rather the breakfast area, despite the visible bottles of alcohol. After some hesitation, the front desk agent eventually came over and produced a bottle of wine. Overall, the experience fell short. While the room itself was acceptable, it was noticeably dated, and the lack of staffing and basic hospitality made the stay frustrating rather than enjoyable.

The hotel was in a perfect position to explore Logrono old town 2 mins walk, if your driving, then you to drive to hotel unload car and then find a parking spot, I did send a message via hotels.com to the hotel to reserve a space in their adjacent garage, but on arrival was advised garage is full for 2 days! The room was nice and comfortable- whilst we were in Logrono, they had a festival San Mateu - good fun however upon arrival it would have been nice if the reception staff had advised us that there was a massive firework display that evening

While very central the area just around the hotel is a bit gritty - a number of late night bars and clubs - not unsafe though but not the most pleasant. Slightly difficult to find as very central on a cobbled street, but one parked up in the underground garage - perfect position for local eateries. The pool, sauna steam room has a charge of 15 euro per person and you book for an hour….we used and it’s very nice and only one family at a time. Breakfast was very good and extensive choice, all staff were very helpful and friendly.

Te ofrecen parking y siempre está lleno, no es la primera vez que me ocurre. El hotel está en zona peatonal y hay que terminar yendo a un parking privado de pago y encima tienes que buscarte tú la vida, por parte del hotel no te ofrecen alternativa. No volveré a este hotel, ya que en la ubicación que se encuentra es imprescindible el servicio de parking y ellos no te lo pueden garantizar.

Muy caro para el poco servicio que tiene. Cobran 30 euros por una hora en els spa donde solo hay una ducha sauna y piscina. Sin room service ni nada para poder comer. Un hotel muy normalito con un precio de hotel de lujo. Para no volver.

The staff was very unhelpful. This was not a 4 star hotel, at best a 2 star. Weird smells in the lobby and our room of the “new” building that are room was located. We so did not enjoy our stay that we didn’t bother staying for our prepaid second night and moved over to another hotel that was significantly better and had nicer staff. I do not recommend this hotel.

Hotel was very clean but a bit sterile with no atmosphere . The staff where very helpful and nice .It was a good location for the historical centre.( which isn't that big) I would say dont put a photo of a pool on your website as its not free of charge and its part of a spa that has to be booked by the hour and as far as i could tell gets rarely used also the breakfast is 20 euros per person and if you go outside for breakfast you can get it for as little as 3.50 euros so a bit steep. Also there is free parking available very close to the hotel we managed to find a space every day so again you could save 18 euros a day .

This is a great hotel on the edge of the old town and a short walk to the many pintxo bars that are a key attraction of Logrono. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with well equipped bathrooms including an excellent shower. The buffet breakfast offers an extensive range of hot and cold sweet and savoury options. My only negative comments are that the rooms would benefit from providing a bath robe and having tea and coffee making facilities. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Great property and very close to the cathedral. Central to walking everywhere. Being so close though has disadvantages.... it is very noisy at night. The reception desk did mentioned the hotel had started soundproofing windows; obviously not the room we were in. It would also be nice for the hotel to offer coffee either in rooms or in the reception area in the morning.

The staff was very unhelpful. This was not a 4 star hotel, at best a 2 star. Weird smells in the lobby and our room of the “new” building that are room was located. We so did not enjoy our stay that we didn’t bother staying for our prepaid second night and moved over to another hotel that was significantly better and had nicer staff. I do not recommend this hotel.

Where to begin? Given the generally strong reputation of the Eurostars brand, this hotel was a disappointment. The property felt consistently understaffed, check-in took far too long, with an extended wait just to reach the front desk. Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue desastrosa. Desde nuestra llegada, la recepcionista llamada Cristina nos atendió con una actitud sumamente grosera y poco profesional. A pesar de que el hotel se promociona con estacionamiento, no había disponibilidad ni dentro del hotel ni en los alrededores, lo cual generó una gran frustración. Ante esta situación, me comuniqué inmediatamente con el personal de Expedia para dejar constancia del problema y buscar una solución. Sin embargo, Cristina reaccionó de manera hostil, llegando incluso a insultarme por el simple hecho de haber informado a Expedia lo sucedido. Lo más grave es que decidió cancelar unilateralmente nuestra reservación y aun así el hotel nos cobró la estadía completa, aunque nunca nos quedamos en la propiedad. Para empeorar todo, Expedia intentó ofrecernos una “compensación” ridícula de apenas 12.23 dólares, una burla considerando que tuvimos que buscar otro hotel a última hora y alejarnos del área, cambiando por completo nuestros planes de viaje. The hotel was in a perfect position to explore Logrono old town 2 mins walk, if your driving, then you to drive to hotel unload car and then find a parking spot, I did send a message via hotels.com to the hotel to reserve a space in their adjacent garage, but on arrival was advised garage is full for 2 days! The room was nice and comfortable- whilst we were in Logrono, they had a festival San Mateu - good fun however upon arrival it would have been nice if the reception staff had advised us that there was a massive firework display that evening

The hotel location is perfect. Quiet street and walking distance to Calle del Laurel which is the most famous tapas street in the city! The staff was very friendly as well. The hotel is gorgeous. Is like a castle with spectacular wood beams and elaborated ceilings!

Property is located at convenient location for experiencing the town, tapas etc. but no parking was available for our day of stay. Unloading area is for 15 min and might be occupied by another vehicle. If you are a light sleeper, walls are thin and you will hear noise from outside especially on lower floors. Staff was helpful! Overall an ok stay!

Parking très apprécié et sur réservation au tarif de 18€, réceptionniste efficace au moment du check in et pour nous guider avec le stationnement. Mention +++ à l'espace spa sur réservation. Piscine comparable à un spa une fois les buses hydromassantes activées, espace spa avec ambiance feutrée très reposante ainsi que sauna, hammam (le hammam n'était pas en fonction , cela ne nous a pas dérangé) et douche avec chromothérapie. Points d'amélioration: Nous aurions apprécié qu'il nous soit précisé que la réservation à la piscine (par tranche d'1h) incluait également la réservation de la salle de sport, nous aurions alors réservé pour 2 h successives le temps de profiter des 2 espaces. Voyage à 4 avec 2 adolescents (âges précisés dans la réservation), le canapé-lit est l'équivalent d'un lit d'une place et demi, impossible d'y dormir à 2 pour des enfants de plus de 8 ou 10 ans. Résultat, notre cadet à dormi dans notre king size. A savoir au moment de la réservation! Aucun bar ninrestauration surnplace hors petit déjeuner, malgré la mention d'un lobby-bar dans l'hotel et sur internet. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

This is a great hotel on the edge of the old town and a short walk to the many pintxo bars that are a key attraction of Logrono. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with well equipped bathrooms including an excellent shower. The buffet breakfast offers an extensive range of hot and cold sweet and savoury options. My only negative comments are that the rooms would benefit from providing a bath robe and having tea and coffee making facilities. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Slightly difficult to find as very central on a cobbled street, but one parked up in the underground garage - perfect position for local eateries. The pool, sauna steam room has a charge of 15 euro per person and you book for an hour….we used and it’s very nice and only one family at a time. Breakfast was very good and extensive choice, all staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hotel was very clean but a bit sterile with no atmosphere . The staff where very helpful and nice .It was a good location for the historical centre.( which isn't that big) I would say dont put a photo of a pool on your website as its not free of charge and its part of a spa that has to be booked by the hour and as far as i could tell gets rarely used also the breakfast is 20 euros per person and if you go outside for breakfast you can get it for as little as 3.50 euros so a bit steep. Also there is free parking available very close to the hotel we managed to find a space every day so again you could save 18 euros a day .

We stayed for one night at Eurostars Fuerte Ruavieja while travelling through Spain and overall found it to be a very good base for exploring the city. The hotel is in an excellent location, with everything within easy walking distance including bars, restaurants, and the main areas of the old town. It was also straightforward to find when arriving by car, which is always appreciated in older city centres. One of the major positives was the secure hotel parking. Although chargeable, it felt safe and convenient, particularly when travelling with luggage. The hotel also allows easy access for unloading bags before parking. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and fairly well equipped. The bed provided a good night’s sleep and overall the room felt modern and practical. However, we would have appreciated tea and coffee making facilities either in the room or available in a communal area somewhere within the hotel. There were a couple of negatives during our stay. The soundproofing was not particularly strong and conversations from the street below could easily be heard despite the road itself being relatively quiet.
