The hotel is clean and rooms are large. The area is ok - its on the east edge of Bricktown. They have a good free breakfast. The swimming pool and fitness center are closed due to renovations. The parking is not good - all they have is valet and its $30 per night and they don’t tell you this until after you’ve booked the room. Would not stay here again as there are lots of hotels in this area with free parking.

Both the pool and gym were closed when we arrived. I also specifically booked this hotel that was close to downtown that had a pool, gym and parking. After booking I received a text saying that their general parking was “closed” so not knowing the area well we had to use their valet parking which was another $100 additional during are stay.

This morning around 9:45 AM, we unlocked the pool door with our key card and were about to use the pool. My kids were very excited and had already touched the water. Then a staff member came in and told us the pool was closed for the day because strong chemicals had just been added, making it unsafe to use. We were really surprised and concerned—if the pool was unsafe, why wasn’t the door locked? It’s disappointing for the kids, and more importantly, it’s a safety issue. Very disappointed, so we checked out early, it ruined our trip.

Clean and modern hotel. Parking is $29, and I asked at check-in for options. He failed to mention parking just 1/2 block away for a few dollars. In general front desk workers more interested i their phones. Gym was unavailable but able to go next door. One washer and dryer available if you download app and pre-fund.

The beds were comfortable. However. Parking is $40/ night and not advertised. The fire pit was not working. The pool was freezing cold. There are not microwaves in the rooms, there is ONE by the elevator. The staff was too busy on their cell phones to offer assistance. Will not be staying here in the future. Much nicer hotels for the same price within a block.

It was super clean, nice rooms and good free breakfast. What they forget to mention is you have to park on the street or pay to valet $32 a day. They also don’t have an operating pool.

We chose this location because it specifically had a pool, and when I called the lady at the front desk told me they had a pool. When we got there, we found out the pool was out of service and looked like it had been for a while. Also, this hotel had no onsite parking so we had to pay over $100 to park our vehicle for two nights. The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice.

Bathroom in my room had pink mold in the tub/shower, and the shower curtain had old stains on it. The trash cans in the lobby and outside of the elevators were overflowing with trash. I've stayed in Hyatt hotels in the past and by far this was the poorest condition I have seen one of their property's be in. I would not recommend this hotel to others or friends.

Ant infestation in the room, restroom, hotel is raving on how clean they are and it the total opposite, missed the house keeping personnel 2 out of the 3 days we stayed at the location. Got bitten by ants on my neck, daughter on her chin, communicated to the front desk staff and they just acted surprised but nothing was corrected.

The hotel itself is nice, and the staff there was friendly and professional. It's showing some sign of wearing down a bit. Some of the buttons in the elevators don't light up when you press them. There's a panel there that's nothing but packing tape. The bed was the lumpiest I've (tried to) slept in.

Will not stay here nor another Hyatt. Hyatt used to be top class. Our first room was on second floor- air conditioning was not cooling, even after several hours. Called front desk and was switched to another room on 4th floor. Ac worked, but room was very humid/sticky. Pillows on bed were similar to sandbags. Thankfully found softer pillows in closet. Kept wondering why I was feeling ‘knots’ in bedding- the comforter batting was wadded up all throughout (pic attached). Definitely not the quality I would expect from Hyatt.

Tried to call front desk but the phone in the room didn’t work either. Most disappointing thing was that we had to pay $ 75 for overnight parking!! That’s ridiculous.

There were loud people outside the hotel and we could hear them on the second floor. Very loud vehicle kept driving up and down the street. It finally all went away around 3am. Got very little sleep and hotel did not seem to do anything about it.

Their system was down, so we had to wait a little bit to check in. Some people said they were waiting 4 hours. Staff was as pleasant as they could be under the circumstances l but didn’t offer any drinks or compensations for the delay and inconvenience. Also, the pool was closed due to renovations. This is understandable but the staff didn’t inform guests, it wasn’t posted anywhere and hotel sites were not updated. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it had an indoor pool, so it was just frustrating not being able to use it.

Was charged based on this reservation being a pre-paid, non-refundable reservation however the hotel charged me directly as well. Have called twice to receive credit and have not yet received nor have I received a receipt of the refund and/or substantiation of the charges. The check-in person even confirmed they showed the room as already having been pre-paid so all this extra work on my part is RIDICULOUS. Stay away from this hotel unless you like spending hours on the phone trying to get money back they stole from you.

So for starters the room was disgusting. The towels were dirty, the room was disgusting. We tried to use the pull out couch and when we opened it, it had food in it and around it. Also $29 valet on top of what we already pay to stay there or we have find somewhere miles away just to stay at your hotel. That’s ridiculous. On top of that we booked this hotel because there was a pool and a gym and both of those were closed due to construction. That would have been nice to know before booking. We also went down to the bar to have a drink and the bartender was extremely rude, rushing to get home I assume (which I get but doesn’t mean you have to be rude to not only us but other hotel guests.) she still had 10 minutes of being open. Every time I talked to the front desk they looked and talked to me like I was an inconvenience. I’ve never experienced a hotel this bad before. I would never recommend someone to stay here.

Horrible customer service! My friends and I chose to stay at this hotel because they had a room listed for 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. We thought this room was going to be perfect because there were three of us, and so we would each have a bed. I reserved the room and PREPAID. Not just reserved but prepaid. They seemed more like police officers than customers service based staff. They warned us about our beers and Yeti cups filled with water, that those weren’t allowed in the outside patio area. We put the beers away and ordered from the lobby bar but the staff still came out and walked around us as if they were monitoring us. Very uncomfortable. The parking was the same. We used our key to self park and they would run out to the parking lot and tell us to leave our cars they would take care of it which made us feel obligated to tip them every time. Which parking was very expensive to park directly across the street uncovered . Valet $32 and $29 to self park but always gave tips. As I was using the elevators and walking around the hotel in general, I over heard other guests experiencing the same issues.

The management and staff are thoughtful, knowledgable, kind, and make the extra effort to assure hotel visitors are very well taken care of. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Although I didn't use the pool or work-out room this trip they are well equipped and clean and the hotel provides thick cotton towels! The neighborhood is walkable to museums, sports and conference center with lots of restaurants, and it's a short drive to a lot of great sites and restaurants.

Excellent hotel for the Bricktown area of OKC. Parking was right across the street and offered self or valet parking. It is an extra charge per day, but it is worth it. Lots of things close by that are within a few minutes walking distance. Very clean atmosphere and well kept. Friendly staff as well.

Pro's - Very clean, friendly and professional staff. Comfy bed and pillows. Con's - Breakfast is not worth it, you can hear noise from the city and room noises as well (a/c etc.).

Beware! Breakfast is NOT included! I argued with H otels.com customer service about this for 2+ hours. The site shows that breakfast is included, but it is not! It is $8 per adult and kids are free. Breakfast was pretty tasty, but was nearly identical for three days in a row (bacon replaced sausage on the third day). Location for this hotel is great, but brace yourself for $29 (self) parking per night. The lot is conveniently directly across the street, is well-lit, and seems very safe; the fence adjoins a police substation parking lot. The hotel itself is fine and has a modern, kinda swanky vibe. Front desk staff was a little gruff. Pull out sofa was missing bedding, and the night manager acted put out when I asked for bedding. Our ADA accessible bathroom (we were told all king rooms were ADA compliant) sloped the wrong direction, so water spilled out into the vanity area. On the upside, the ADA compliant king room is huge and has tons of space. Black out shades were overly complicated and still wouldn't full open. Bed was comfortable and rooms were well sound-proofed. The indoor pool was freezing cold. We traveled as a family of five and felt like we stood out with little ones. Most other travelers were couples or had teenage children. Overall... if traveling as a family, next time I would pick a different hotel in Bricktown. For the same price there are hotels that actually include breakfast and are better suited for families with small children.

We have stayed at this particular hotel once or twice a year for the past few years, and I believe I will no longer be staying there again. I understand you want to make the big groups happy, but you have alienated a lot of other paying customers.

Breakfast was excellent and I will reserve again for that reason but, staff was not responsive to cleaning tables after useage. After waiting for a table to be clean, I asked for extra paper towels to clean a table which they were happy to provide. Room was clean but one of the bed/matress need replaceing as it sunk in the middle.
