Property can do with some upgrading, a little renovation would uplift the hotel.

Checkin was easy, however it was raining and we had to drag our luggage up outdoor stairs. There was a small shopping area on the property with some very cute stores. I purchased some unique handmade jewelery there. We didn't have time to check out the dining room.

We had a good stay overall. Just two issues. 1.We had to wait 1 hr after check in time to access our room since there was an issue with the locks. However we were able to stay an extra hour after check out time. 2. At check out, staff told us we had to pay for breakfast even though our expedia reciept showed that breakfast WAS INCLUDED in the booking. They claimed it was a discrepancy between their rates and Expedia's rates. In the end we stood our ground, showed our reciept, they apologized, we left. Lovely hotel, conveniently located.

I checked in and there were preparations for a breakfast party the next morning that most guest were not aware of. Hence I decided to check out and stay at another hotel. The room was also not the room I booked, it was dirty and sheets were old. Will not recommend.
