Hotel incrível! Adoramos nossa estadia. Ambiente impecável, com funcionários cordiais. Quarto confortável, com linda vista, tudo funcionando. Muito limpo e as camareiras são muito prestativas. Café da manhã com muitas opções!

İki gece konakladık ancak girişte yüksek bir tutarda depozito alınması gereksiz ve rahatsız edici. Oda servisi kullanımı ihtimaline karşın alındığı söylendi ancak kullanılsa zaten ödeme yapılır, gereksiz bir uygulama. Ayrıca wifi şifresi hatalı paylaşıldı, tekrar resepsiyona gittiğimizde dalga geçilerek yeni şifre verildi ama resepsiyonda wifi kullanılamadığı söylendi, bu da hiç hoş değildi. Çalışanlar genel olarak ilgisiz ve agresif, hiç güleryüzlü değildi. Restaurantlarda fiyatlar performansa göre çok yüksek. Odalar hiç temiz değil, bornozlar kullanılamayacak durumdaydı ve havlular da aynı şekilde aşırı kötü kokuyordu. Hotelin tek güzel yanı beach gerçekten, denizi muhteşem, sahil tertemiz, cam gibi bir deniz.

The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely private beach. The room was very comfortable and looked very new. All of that was lovely and made for a really nice experience. However, this is not a 5-star hotel. The staff at the bar and restaurants are, with some exceptions, not very friendly or attentive. Most times I wanted to order something it was like begging for a favor. Even when the restaurant was empty, it was hard to get their attention. The worst part was the actual quality of what you get vs the price. All of the restaurants in the property are VERY expensive and the food/drinks are not very good. I understand most resorts like this charge a bit more, but I expected to at least get better quality for what I was paying for. Between 5-8pm you can only order snacks at the beach and everything is closed. I ordered a burger, which cost 20 euros (there’s nothing cheaper on the menu) and it was so bad I couldn’t eat it…it’s a shame because the place is truly beautiful and the rooms are very nice. The staff at the reception was also very friendly. Unfortunately, the rest of the service is just not up to the same standard of the rest of the hotel and it felt like a bit of a rip-off, to pay so much and not get the same value for money. The restaurants on the beach next to the hotel were much better and a third of the price :(

It was a very beautiful property , restaurants were good . Breaking was excellent . Beach was very nice . The only negative was there were some bugs in the room .
