AC Hotel by Marriott Oklahoma City Bricktown

You can’t ding the hotel because some of the guests are trash so I won’t. The exercise room had a leak and was closed but they did offer to go to the hotel next door so there was that. There is only valet parking. You can park across the street on the actual street but it’s limited to every 2 hours. There was a dog left in the room close to me and it barked the whole darn time. When asked for a new room, I was granted one. It’s very clean and the people are awesome.

Great location for family or solo trip. Restaurants and bars are walking distant. Has valet for $30 per night or self parking for $25. Clean rooms and updated. Tv was the only Negative because it had a blue tint. Overall I would stay here again.

Nice stay near Bricktown Oklahoma City with lots of dining and entertainment options. The bar downstairs is open until 12am with an amazing bartender that made me a tasty whiskey sour. Parking can be a struggle but if park on the street it’s free on the weekend with most destinations walkable. There are also several electric scooters that can be rented if you have to go a further distance.

It says 32 a day but it’s really 52 especially on weekends or event days the up charge so the hotel is not in charge of its own parking lot they use the public parking lot next door even tho they say it’s not public. The bar was friendly a nice and decent drinks the shower was fabulous and so were the amenities in use to seeing water already in the rooms but that’s fine overall a good hotel to book.

Good stay. Only complaint was slow elevator and one was out of service. Could not access floors through the stairwell

Hotel is very nice and clean but there is no free parking and the only available parking is across the street or valet. Both are pretty pricey. Service and staff are nice and rooms were clean.

Needed a pool but everything else was perfect.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel in the last 2 years! The staff is always friendly and hotel is clean and quiet! The only complaint really is they have two elevators and one of them wasn’t working when we stayed 2 years ago and it wasn’t working this time either! Other than that, I would highly recommend! It’s downtown walking distance to food and drink and night atmosphere!

Hotel offers valet overnight parking for $33. Check in was easy. Hotel has only one elevator broken which took forever. Room was a good size but not the most clean. Was also disappointed being downtown i expected some kind of view but our room faced right to an apartment complex wall. The hotel could use some maintenance throughout. Overall loved the location and atmosphere. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

There was hair on my bedsheets, dust and dead bugs under the bed, terrible stains in the bathroom sink Carpet in the hallways super stained.Floor in room appeared to not have been cleaned in quite sometime. Our family had to have thier room cleaned before they could even stay in their room. The lobby was as dirty as it was at night into the morning so it was never cleaned overnight. Staff was super friendly and helpful despite uncleanliness

The conditioner and shampoo was empty and bathroom was not the cleanest

Was informed at check-in by a not so nice clerk, that they oversold and the room I had already paid for (in full) was not available. Was comp'd breakfast for 2, though our reservation was for 3. We were given another, smaller room that was dirty; long hair all over the floors & shower stall. Bedding had not been changed on the sleeper sofa. We had to request new bedding. The staff overnight, at breakfast, and checkout were kind and helpful, unlike the initial clerk at check in. Would not stay again.

Super clean hotel in a great location for family trip to Bricktown.

Staff was really nice! Valet was amazing, super helpful and friendly! Place was clean and beds were comfortable. The backyard terrace was amazing!

I like staying in Bricktown area. It’s a walkable area of OKC and has lots to do. I was disappointed in this Marriott. I have stayed in many Marriott’s world wide. It looks beautiful from the outside but, it had not been taken care of. Our room was not cleaned, glass door to bathroom was very nasty, mold on shower curtain, we had empty bottles of shampoo and body wash. Our room was not cleaned while gone for the day, nor fresh towels. Even though our room was next to housekeeping. We were staying there for parents weekend for OU. Checkin and out were easy, staff was helpful. Just won’t return.

The room bathroom sink was stained and dirty, there were crumbs all over the floor. A patch of wall missing and previous guests food left in fridge.

Great location and aesthetic. The staff was really nice. Could be an excellent stay if they took more pride in its cleanliness. Wood floors are great, but you need to mop them. The hallways need to be vacuumed. The communal water/microwave area had a really dirty table. From the upper floors you can see into the hanging fixtures and they are dirty. It’s the little things.

Such a comfortable room at a decent rate. We needed a place close to downtown for a late night, early morning stay. It was within walking distance of the ballpark where we spent our evening and a short drive to the convention center where we had to be early the next morning. Lots of plug inside for our devices and technology. I was impressed by the bathroom, the shower stall was large and the provided amenities smelled amazing. Easy to set room temperature that remained comfortable all night. I would definitely stay here again. Maybe with more time to enjoy the bar and patio on the property.

Easy walk around Bricktown area from the hotel. Room and property were very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The room and hotel have a post-modern look that was cool but at times, at the expense of functionality. Beware the shower - the tub floor has a wicked slant. I fell on my back when I showered, and my wife said she almost fell as well. The first time in my life I've fallen in a shower and I don't recommend it so be careful.

The lack of a real bathroom door was kind of awkward. Other than that no complaints, staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was ok given location and price. Front desk staff was very nice. The room was kind of dirty, specifically in the corners, but nothing terrible. Our TV had a very blue tint to it but by the time we turned it on, it was late and I didn’t want to go through the hassle of switching rooms or anything like that. The beds were really hard and not comfortable and the shower was a little weird! We had two breakfast buffets included but decided to let our two kids use them because we’re not big on breakfast and we were watched like a hawk while they were eating. I made sure to sit as far away from their plates as possible but it was uncomfortable. I don’t know why we would be back in the area again, we were just passing through, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Again, nothing horrible considering the price.

The hotel room was very noisy from street noise and I didn’t get a good night’s rest.

The front desk staff and manager were reluctant to help with a reservation issue and acted unprofessionally. Continuing to blame the issue on Expedia and not offering a solution was beyond exhausting and frustrating when our reservation was canceled after I had already tried repeatedly to notify all parties that we would not arrive until the next morning. Then after first stating they had plenty of rooms, they went on to act like they couldn’t get us into a room for several hours. If Expedia is such a problem, why does this hotel work with them at all? I’ve never had issues like this and have used Expedia for years, so I’m inclined to believe it was the unprofessional and incompetent hotel staff. The manager was a bit nicer but was still unprofessional in demeanor as well as appearance. Not what I expected for this hotel. Also our whole 4th floor was absolutely freezing like they weren’t running heat at all, and once we turned the heat on in our room it seemed it had not been used in a long time due to the smell. The valet workers were the most kind and helpful of all the staff.

Valet took my car. Did not put me in the system. During check out they couldn’t find my car. Then they found it. Didn’t have my keys. They left my keys in someone else’s car that left the property. They tried to gaslight me into thinking i didn’t leave my car with them. They’re really unprofessional. Will not be staying there again.

**This hotel will scam you!!!** Arriving at the location there wasn't anywhere to park to unload, we pulled up by valet & asked for a cart to unload our items- we were told there wasn't any. As we were getting to our room, the first room had an issue & we had to switch rooms. The entire hotel only has 2 elevators for both staff & guest & one of the elevators wasnt working. Waited for more than 10 minutes at one point waiting for an elevator. As we headed back to our car to continue unloading one of the young valets started yelling at us demanding our car key even tho we opted out of using valet (the website says $25 SELF PARKING fee but that isn't correct. It's $10 a day, $30 for overnight) we told the valet no & he started threatening to tow or car away, while continuing to yell at us. That whole encounter was very triggering & made us realize we did not want to stay at the hotel for the whole weekend like we had booked. We stayed the first night, in the second room we got (this room had pubes all over the toilet and wasn't very clean) we checked out the next morning due to how hostile staff was & we told the front desk. They didn't seemed surprised. I asked for a printout or email of confirmation of us checking out early & she said they didn't do printouts but would email me & let management know about our experience. As the day went on I never got any email. The hotel never checked us out. They're refusing to refund us for the night we didn't stay. They are scammers.

The property and the location is very good. At the time of checkout, I requested a later checkout. It was the manner I was denied later checkout that made me give less stars. I booked through Expedia, which is 3rd party. I was told that because I had booked through 3rd party, they were not even going to even consider a later checkout. 3rd party or no, I was still a paying customer. Other than thats its a good hotel. Maybe I had a one off bad employee interaction.

The management and staff is amazing. I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Candy and Mrs. Lauren and they provided me with excellent customer service. They both went above and beyond to give an excellent experience.

Not great, had issues with the toilet and the front desk brought a plunger. She stated that there was no one available to assist with the issue. She offered to switch rooms, but that was a huge pain as it was late at night. Just would expect a lot more from this place.

The staff is very helpful and polite, the outside of the hotel is in excellent condition and the room was the same. The atmosphere inside was very pleasant and relaxed. We went to Bricktown and it’s a easy walk and had a fun night hanging out. I would definitely recommend the hotel and the area.

Hotel was in a great location for walking around downtown and also to Bricktown. Street car boarding was right next to hotel which was convenient. Hotel was very clean, felt safe in the area also. We will most definitely start here for future visits.

This property was clean and convenient. The proximity to Bricktown was perfect! We only had to walk two blocks to get to our venue. Great price for a great place to stay.

The adjacent parking was $40 overnight. Bartender was very unfriendly and her clientele were an intrusion. The toilet in my room would never work. Breakfast was $18 tip. But… the check-in & check-out staff were outstanding. They made everyone who arrived and left feel very special.

The hotel was AMAZING! There is a nice bar downstairs for nightlife. The rooms and lobby were contemporary, which I love. I will be back it was a nice stay!

Excellent modern rooms, clean and quiet. The Bricktown area is great for food. Only downside of the hotel was the breakfast. Poor selection and not fairly priced.

The breakfast is a disappointment. $15 per person with barely any options and not traditional breakfast food.

Sheets did not fit the bed properly and we had to continually tuck the sheets, even during the night. We were frustrated that we did not ask about parking (my fault) but found that we needed to use valet service which we had not factored into our expenses. We went down to breakfast late morning and the food offerings were lukewarm to cold. Not impressed.
