Beautiful, sleek and modern hotel, most definitely five star in standard throughout. Our room was very well equipped and spacious with a good view towards the sea and with a large terrace including sun loungers. However the open plan bathroom really isn’t a great idea - even though the WC is in a cubicle, there are gaps above and below the door so every sound can be heard in the bedroom… Breakfast was amazing, we wanted for nothing and staff were superb in every aspect. Roof top pools added a ‘wow’ factor and afforded stunning views. Location close to the old fishing village of Caleta was great for an evening walk and drink or meal out, booking a day ahead highly advisable. Adeje is also easily walkable, offering a sandier beach and more hustle & bustle. Although we knew the swimming pools weren’t going to be big they were still a little disappointing in size and a little maintenance around the ground floor pool wouldn’t go amiss. Lack of perimeter security was also surprising, the gate to the side road was left open and it was possible to walk straight through the sister hotel (Corales Suites) to our hotel from the Adeje side. As the room corridors are open to the outside this did make me wonder about safety. I noticed that most other hotels required key card entry into the grounds. Overall we’re glad we stayed, it’s a very impressive hotel. Would we return? Probably not, the lure of the Bahia’s grounds and pools would probably win out.

We just had the most incredible time at the Royal Hideaway Corales! Seriously, it was an absolutely luxurious and memorable experience from the moment we arrived until we, sadly, had to leave. It's not often you find a place where everything just clicks, but the Royal Hideaway Corales totally nailed it. We have to give a huge shout-out to the staff—they were simply amazing. From the second we walked in, we were greeted with such genuine warmth and a real eagerness to help with anything we needed. Every single person we interacted with was so professional and clearly committed to making sure we had the best possible stay. We truly felt valued and incredibly well looked after. Their helpfulness and those genuine smiles really made our trip so special. The facilities at the resort are just top-notch. The pools and sun lounging areas were something else entirely—beautifully designed, perfectly maintained, and just the ideal spot to relax and soak up the sun. Whether we were looking for a bit more energy or a peaceful escape, these areas had us covered, offering incredible comfort and a gorgeous setting. And let's talk about the breakfast buffet—wow! It was absolutely incredible. The variety, the quality, and how beautifully everything was presented were just outstanding. Every dish was a delight, and the sheer amount of fresh, delicious options meant there was always something perfect for both of us. It really was a highlight of each day and set us up perfectly.

Everything was great at the hotel apart from the sunbed situation. At times there were not enough sun beds and people were allowed to reserve them although hotel policy clearly stated they couldn’t. Pool man was unhelpful and clearly had preferred guests who could reserve the best beds every day

Everything about the hotel is amazing. Top class. Pools, restaurants, spa etc. couldn’t be better. Quality of food is fantastic with all restaurants clearly taking their influence from the Michelin star chefs on the team. Place was 80% full but felt empty. Biggest asset the hotel is its staff. People couldn’t have done more for you across the whole team. Most friendly and service orientated team in any hotel I have stayed in. It’s clearly part of their culture and other businesses could learn a lot here. it’s all about the people and the top quality experience. We will definitely be back again soon.

We had an amazing stay at the Royal Hideaway Corales Beach. The staff were unbelievable helpful and friendly. We ate at a few of the restaurants on site and the food was incredible! The facilities were amazing and clean. Our room was phenomenal! We enjoyed our time at the infinity pool and always managed to get sun loungers. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting!

Hotel was excellent. Staff were friendly and always helpful. Rooms were spotless. Food was excellent. There was strike action while we were there and only room service and a limited cleaning service was available but it did not affect our stay.

Good hotel, modern clean Stylish. Bathroom bedroom is open plan with no option for privacy - not always convenient. I’d like to come back with my friend but don’t exactly want to have bath/shower in full view!! Hotel is huge, between adult only side & family side. Can’t hear kids when you are at the pool but when on your balcony you can hear them. It isn’t bad tho. Staff are lovely, hotel is clean & comfortable. I will return (depending who I’m with

The room was very spacious with amazing sea views from the huge balcony. The staff were outstanding - always smiling and happy to help with taxis/ restaurant reservations and any general questions. This was our second stay - and we'll definitely be back!! Thanks to everyone

Quality and variety of restaurants was excellent. Staff were friendly and excellent with both quality of service and responsiveness. Only a few minutes stroll to the old village centre and the many restaurants and tapas bars. Room was amazing including large balcony overlooking the sea.

We had an amazing stay at the Royal Hideaway Corales Beach. The staff were unbelievable helpful and friendly. We ate at a few of the restaurants on site and the food was incredible! The facilities were amazing and clean. Our room was phenomenal! We enjoyed our time at the infinity pool and always managed to get sun loungers. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting!

We just had the most incredible time at the Royal Hideaway Corales! Seriously, it was an absolutely luxurious and memorable experience from the moment we arrived until we, sadly, had to leave. It's not often you find a place where everything just clicks, but the Royal Hideaway Corales totally nailed it. We have to give a huge shout-out to the staff—they were simply amazing. From the second we walked in, we were greeted with such genuine warmth and a real eagerness to help with anything we needed. Every single person we interacted with was so professional and clearly committed to making sure we had the best possible stay. We truly felt valued and incredibly well looked after. Their helpfulness and those genuine smiles really made our trip so special. The facilities at the resort are just top-notch. The pools and sun lounging areas were something else entirely—beautifully designed, perfectly maintained, and just the ideal spot to relax and soak up the sun. Whether we were looking for a bit more energy or a peaceful escape, these areas had us covered, offering incredible comfort and a gorgeous setting. And let's talk about the breakfast buffet—wow! It was absolutely incredible. The variety, the quality, and how beautifully everything was presented were just outstanding. Every dish was a delight, and the sheer amount of fresh, delicious options meant there was always something perfect for both of us. It really was a highlight of each day and set us up perfectly.

The hotel had been recommended by friends, a couple of weeks before our arrival we decided we had to leave one day earlier than we booked and paid for, we had tried on several occasions prior to our arrival to contact the hotel to advise them of this, unfortunately we received no reply. Upon arrival we advised reception staff of this, even though we had paid the hotel directly two months prior to arrival, the matter has still not been resolved, and we have not received a refund. Both of the Michelin star restaurants were fully closed for the time we were there. My wife booked massages for both of us and a facial for herself. After our massages , my wife enquired where she need to go for her facial, she was advised that there was no facial booked, and there was no availability to have one, even though Alvaro from the Spa had rang our room the day earlier to confirm.We had booked another week here for January, but have since cancelled this , thank god we hadn’t paid for it in advance. It would be impossible to recommend this hotel based on our experience there.

Everything was great at the hotel apart from the sunbed situation. At times there were not enough sun beds and people were allowed to reserve them although hotel policy clearly stated they couldn’t. Pool man was unhelpful and clearly had preferred guests who could reserve the best beds every day

Beautiful, sleek and modern hotel, most definitely five star in standard throughout. Our room was very well equipped and spacious with a good view towards the sea and with a large terrace including sun loungers. However the open plan bathroom really isn’t a great idea - even though the WC is in a cubicle, there are gaps above and below the door so every sound can be heard in the bedroom… Breakfast was amazing, we wanted for nothing and staff were superb in every aspect. Roof top pools added a ‘wow’ factor and afforded stunning views. Location close to the old fishing village of Caleta was great for an evening walk and drink or meal out, booking a day ahead highly advisable. Adeje is also easily walkable, offering a sandier beach and more hustle & bustle. Although we knew the swimming pools weren’t going to be big they were still a little disappointing in size and a little maintenance around the ground floor pool wouldn’t go amiss. Lack of perimeter security was also surprising, the gate to the side road was left open and it was possible to walk straight through the sister hotel (Corales Suites) to our hotel from the Adeje side. As the room corridors are open to the outside this did make me wonder about safety. I noticed that most other hotels required key card entry into the grounds. Overall we’re glad we stayed, it’s a very impressive hotel. Would we return? Probably not, the lure of the Bahia’s grounds and pools would probably win out.

Absolutely beautiful facility- new and very clean, modern and chic. Beautiful room with view on the ocean and sunset!very comfortable bed. Multiple amenities- several swimming pools, bars and very good restaurants. Every day we we’re finding new places! Beautiful views! Several different beaches near by. But the most important- excellent staff- very friendly and helpful! We will be back with family and friends!

Un Hotel à l'architecture exceptionnelle qui vaut vraiment le coup d'oeil. Piscine au top floor est vraiment superbe comme la vue. En revanche, un niveau de service décevant pour un 5 étoiles : 5 restaurants : Tous hors de prix pour des plats très basiques. (Par exemple 112 euros à deux pour un Buffet (vous n'êtes pas servis) : 1 entrée, 1 plat 1 dessert et 1 Sangria). Heureusement, les petits restaurants au bord de la mer sont tout à fait abordables, eux. (50 Euros à deux en moyenne). Sans prétention mais bon. Le petit déjeuner à l'hotel c'est un peu la cantine, faire la queue car les installations sont très petites, faire la chasse aux couverts et au tasses des 10:00 du matin car les infrastructure cuisines ne sont pas dimensionnées. Refuser 3 à 4 fois par repas les incitations à la consommations (car ça s'est en plus et payant...) L'hotel reste bruyant car en pleine ville, en plus on tond la pelouse des 6:30 du matin !! . Les chambres quant à elles sont top, mais elles sont faites entre 16:00 et 17:00 donc pile quand vous rentrez vous détendre et vous préparer pour la soirée. This was our second stay at Corales Beach and we were not disappointed! Excellent hotel in every way and suits us as a couple without children. Fantastic restaurants close by the hotel. We would recommend La Caleta to anyone looking for a slightly quieter holiday. We will be back again I'm sure.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff are very nice and room is cleaned. We stayed at the adult only place on 1/2 board. Breakfast and dinner options are both great. Drinks are a little expensive through.
Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff are very nice and room is cleaned. We stayed at the adult only place on 1/2 board. Breakfast and dinner options are both great. Drinks are a little expensive through.

Quality and variety of restaurants was excellent. Staff were friendly and excellent with both quality of service and responsiveness. Only a few minutes stroll to the old village centre and the many restaurants and tapas bars. Room was amazing including large balcony overlooking the sea.

We had an amazing stay at the Royal Hideaway Corales Beach. The staff were unbelievable helpful and friendly. We ate at a few of the restaurants on site and the food was incredible! The facilities were amazing and clean. Our room was phenomenal! We enjoyed our time at the infinity pool and always managed to get sun loungers. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting!

The stay at the Royal Hideaway was as amazing as the hotel looks aesthetically, especially the adults only part. The breakfast was amazing and the dinner was themed every night. Loved it and definitely will go again.

Worse service ever, or mabye no service at all is a better description. We booked 3 nights but returned home after one night when they couldnt even give us a table in one of the restaurants, which i by the way sent a reques for on e-mail 2 days before. Do absolutley DON´T go there if you dont want to pay a premium price for a hostel service.

Pros: * Gorgeous room with great turndown service. No notes. * Two really nice pools with good service. * Friendly staff. Cons: * Not enough staff at breakfast. Coffee sometimes arrived after breakfast was finished. Probably my biggest complaint. Just get good coffee to me quickly. Coffee machines put out dish water. Awful. * Couldn’t book restaurants. Tried booking one (non Michelin) on Monday but it was booked Tues and Wed and closed Thurs and Friday. Mostly had to eat off the property. * Staff struggled to recommend any restaurants locally “this area has all the food you’d have in your country” when asked to suggest a restaurant. * Concierge texts to say ask about anything then when you text they say they are unavailable. * The standard food (non Michelin) is inconsistent. eg Chicken burger at the pool €18 no fries. Chicken burger in room €18 with fries. No explanation. When asked they say “it’s been like that for a year”. * Beer comes in a giant wine glass with a very high center of gravity. Blows over in the wind. * They want you to always use the app to order food. If you need to ask for anything specific they will say they will call you back but don’t. Then you have to keep calling. When they turn up with room service they have ignored your request and say they can come back but are very busy. * Asked for late checkout. They said they would try and call us. They didn’t. When we asked on the last day they say they couldn’t. Would be better to either say no
