Our stay at Eyes of Cappadocia Hotel was truly memorable. The location offers a breathtaking view of the Cappadocia valleys and the Uçhisar Castle. The team at Eyes of Cappadocia is extremely professional — from our arrival to our departure, everything was perfect. Many thanks to Mehmet for his great advice, and to the entire team for their impeccable service. The highlights of our stay were definitely the bathroom in our room, carved into the cave and creating a romantic atmosphere, as well as the generous, varied, and delicious breakfast served on the terrace with an incredible view of Cappadocia’s landscape and its hot-air balloons on clear mornings. Thank you to the entire Eyes of Cappadocia team!

Sabah keyifle balonlari izledik ve tüm gunu de o guzel manzaraya karsi gecirebilirdik. Odalarin tek sorunu karanlik olmasi ama magara oda oldugu icin elbette bu anlasilir bir şey. Biz cok memnun ayrildik bir daha gelirsek yine Eyes Of Cappadocia tercihimiz olur.

One of the most incredible hotels I’ve stayed at. Upon arrival, staff was welcoming and helpful. They gave us recommendations on dining and things to do. They booked our taxis and a whirling dervish show. They have a laundry service, which was about 12 USD. We stayed in the king terrace room. The room was perfectly clean and beautiful. Bed was very comfortable. They did not have blackout curtains, and we face the sunrise, so my only recommendation for them it to get blackout curtains. We did actually use the giant bathtub and there was plenty of hot water. The terrace was the best part. A seating area, a couch facing the mountains, and two hammocks. In the mornings, we sat on the couch to watch the sunrise and the balloons. The balloons were not very close to the hotel, but it was like a birds eye view. At night, you can see the lights from Goreme and Nevsehir, as you’re on the top of the mountain and those cities are in the valley. The location of the hotel was ideal. It’s on the edge of Uchisar so it’s very quiet. It’s a short walk to many restaurants, shops, and the city center. Breakfast was one of the best parts about the hotel. It’s a traditional Turkish breakfast with lots of pastries, jams, and fruit. We could also order off their menu like lattes or omelets which are free to hotel guests. If you don’t get the king terrace room, there is a small terrace above the king terrace room and the hotel restaurant also faces the sunrise and balloons.

We had an amazing experience staying at Eyes of Cappadocia and thoroughly recommended anyone looking for a quiet, calm and relaxed stay away from the all the hustle and bustle but all within walking distance to the main streets of Uchisar. The hotel owners and staff were very accommodating from day one and always checked in on us, asking if we needed anything extra during our stay and if they could help us out in any way. The breakfast each morning was amazing with beautiful views, weather and food. The team was very welcoming and warm and didn't hesitate to check in on whether we would like any tea, coffee or water during our stay whenever we ran into them. The team helped us in arranging tours, restaurant bookings and recommendations as well as easy to follow directions around town. We were due to leave Cappadocia at 9:30 AM so we weren't able to make the 8:30 AM breakfast on the final day and the owners and staff prepared us an early breakfast to accommodate our early departure. We felt extremely welcome during our stay and will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super ,perfekt wenn man die Heißluftballons in der früh beobachten möchte . Das Hotel ist sehr schön und die zimmer sauber. Frühstück war sehr gut ,und dabei hatten wir wine schöne Aussicht . Wir waren mit unserer Tochter (9monate)und es hat alles super geklappt ,es wurde uns auch eine reisegitterbett zur verfügung gestellt.

The team at Eyes of Cappadocia is extremely professional — from our arrival to our departure, everything was perfect. Many thanks to Mehmet for his great advice, and to the entire team for their impeccable service. The highlights of our stay were definitely the bathroom in our room, carved into the cave and creating a romantic atmosphere, as well as the generous, varied, and delicious breakfast served on the terrace with an incredible view of Cappadocia’s landscape and its hot-air balloons on clear mornings. Simplesmente espetacular o staff desse hotel. Os caras resolvem absolutamente tudo pra vc, desde os passeios, táxis, transfers pro aeroporto, indicação de restaurantes, dicas... Os caras fazem de tudo pra tornar a experiência do hóspede a melhor possível, sem aquela ganância de vender algo pra ganhar comissão, como ocorre geralmente nos outros hotéis. O staff é uma família, e eles te fazem sentir parte dela. Até casaco e guarda-chuva eles emprestam se o tempo estiver ruim. Cama muito confortável, e café-da-manhã excelente!

Otelden çok memnun kaldığımızı kesinlikle belirtmek isterim, bir daha yolum kapadokyaya düşerse, yine aynı otelde, bu sefer de farklı konsept odalardan birinde konaklamak isterim(diğer odaları da deneyimlemek için) Her odanın kendine özgü konsepti vardı, sağolsun otelin sahibi Metin bey ayrılacağımız gün müsait olan diğer odaları da bizlere tanıttı, kimisinde hamam var, kimisinde büyüçe küvet, kimisinde ise minimal bir havuz.. Bu seyahatimizde üst katta Osmanlı adlı odada konakladık; hamamlı bir odaydı; en güzel yanı 3 cepheyi de görmesiydi, balonları sadece perdeleri aralayarak izleyebiliyorsunuz, önü gözün alabildiğince açık, konforlu bir odaydı. Gerek kahvaltı , gerekse çalışan personelin ilgi ve alakası iyi bir tercih yaptığımız için kendimizi şanslı hissetmemizi sağladı. Gitmek isteyen herkese gönül rahatlığı ile öneririm.

One of the most incredible hotels I’ve stayed at. Upon arrival, staff was welcoming and helpful. They gave us recommendations on dining and things to do. They booked our taxis and a whirling dervish show. They have a laundry service, which was about 12 USD. We stayed in the king terrace room. The room was perfectly clean and beautiful. Bed was very comfortable. They did not have blackout curtains, and we face the sunrise, so my only recommendation for them it to get blackout curtains. We did actually use the giant bathtub and there was plenty of hot water. The terrace was the best part. A seating area, a couch facing the mountains, and two hammocks. In the mornings, we sat on the couch to watch the sunrise and the balloons. The balloons were not very close to the hotel, but it was like a birds eye view. At night, you can see the lights from Goreme and Nevsehir, as you’re on the top of the mountain and those cities are in the valley. The location of the hotel was ideal. It’s on the edge of Uchisar so it’s very quiet. It’s a short walk to many restaurants, shops, and the city center. Breakfast was one of the best parts about the hotel. It’s a traditional Turkish breakfast with lots of pastries, jams, and fruit. We could also order off their menu like lattes or omelets which are free to hotel guests. If you don’t get the king terrace room, there is a small terrace above the king terrace room and the hotel restaurant also faces the sunrise and balloons.

From the moment we arrived until we checked out the staff was gracious and helpful. We had many pleasant conversations with Mehmet and Achmed and several other staff. The view is a one if a kind where we watched the hot air balloons every morning. Near restaurants with high quality food. Thanks to all for a excellent stay in Uchisar.

We had an amazing experience staying at Eyes of Cappadocia and thoroughly recommended anyone looking for a quiet, calm and relaxed stay away from the all the hustle and bustle but all within walking distance to the main streets of Uchisar. The hotel owners and staff were very accommodating from day one and always checked in on us, asking if we needed anything extra during our stay and if they could help us out in any way. The breakfast each morning was amazing with beautiful views, weather and food. The team was very welcoming and warm and didn't hesitate to check in on whether we would like any tea, coffee or water during our stay whenever we ran into them. The team helped us in arranging tours, restaurant bookings and recommendations as well as easy to follow directions around town. We were due to leave Cappadocia at 9:30 AM so we weren't able to make the 8:30 AM breakfast on the final day and the owners and staff prepared us an early breakfast to accommodate our early departure. We felt extremely welcome during our stay and will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful vacation in Cappadocia, the hotel has a spectacular location. The breakfast they serve is superb, local homemade food, great variety. Everything is personal and memorable with this hotel, and hosts are very knowledgeable and helpful. Ballon tour is a must do. We bought ceramics at Berra Ceramic walking distance to hotel. We drove to Avanos for dinner and ate tasty local food at Bizim Ev Restaurant.

Çok fazla otelde kalmış biri olarak harika bi otel. Her şeyle ilgililer, sorunlarınız çözümsüz kalmıyor. Yataklar çok rahat, odamız çok güzeldi. Şansımıza balon uçmadı ama balon manzarası izlemek istersiniz bu oteli tercih etmelisiniz, vadi manzarasını en iyi gören otel olmalı. En güzel yanı ise kahvaltısıydı :)

Wonderful staff always doing their best to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The views of balloons rising over the town in the early morning was stunning. A spectacular vantage point. Definitely recommended. Great breakfast too!

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super ,perfekt wenn man die Heißluftballons in der früh beobachten möchte . Das Hotel ist sehr schön und die zimmer sauber. Frühstück war sehr gut ,und dabei hatten wir wine schöne Aussicht . Wir waren mit unserer Tochter (9monate)und es hat alles super geklappt ,es wurde uns auch eine reisegitterbett zur verfügung gestellt.

Lokasyon harika, gün dogumunda balonları izlemek için en iyi konum. Dogal magara odada konakladık. Konforlu ve çok iyi tasarlanmış bir odaydi. Kahvaltı servisi mükellef ve her şey çok lezzetliydi. Ev hanimlarinin taze patates kizartmasi ve ev yapımi tatlıları çok güzel. Resepsiyon ve tüm servis çalışanları memnuniyetimiz için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. çok teşekkürler 🙏

We had a wonderful vacation in Cappadocia, the hotel has a spectacular location. The breakfast they serve is superb, local homemade food, great variety. Everything is personal and memorable with this hotel, and hosts are very knowledgeable and helpful. Ballon tour is a must do. We bought ceramics at Berra Ceramic walking distance to hotel. We drove to Avanos for dinner and ate tasty local food at Bizim Ev Restaurant.

Our stay at Eyes of Cappadocia Hotel was truly memorable. The location offers a breathtaking view of the Cappadocia valleys and the Uçhisar Castle. The team at Eyes of Cappadocia is extremely professional — from our arrival to our departure, everything was perfect. Many thanks to Mehmet for his great advice, and to the entire team for their impeccable service. The highlights of our stay were definitely the bathroom in our room, carved into the cave and creating a romantic atmosphere, as well as the generous, varied, and delicious breakfast served on the terrace with an incredible view of Cappadocia’s landscape and its hot-air balloons on clear mornings. Thank you to the entire Eyes of Cappadocia team!

Hallo, Traumhaft, wunderschön, fabelhaft, einfach unvergesslich. Dieses Hotel empfehle ich mit bestem Wissen weiter!!! Mit und ohne Kind einfach perfekt! Wenn wir nach cappadocien kommen, dann definitiv wieder hierher!! Achja und das Frühstück war kein unpersönliches buffet, sondern ein wahnsinniges super hergerichtetes traumhaftes Frühstück mit jeden Tag frisch zubereiteten Küchlein und böreks Danke für alles!

Wonderful staff always doing their best to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The views of balloons rising over the town in the early morning was stunning. A spectacular vantage point. Definitely recommended. Great breakfast too!

Simplesmente espetacular o staff desse hotel. Os caras resolvem absolutamente tudo pra vc, desde os passeios, táxis, transfers pro aeroporto, indicação de restaurantes, dicas... Os caras fazem de tudo pra tornar a experiência do hóspede a melhor possível, sem aquela ganância de vender algo pra ganhar comissão, como ocorre geralmente nos outros hotéis. O staff é uma família, e eles te fazem sentir parte dela. Até casaco e guarda-chuva eles emprestam se o tempo estiver ruim. Cama muito confortável, e café-da-manhã excelente!

One of the most incredible hotels I’ve stayed at. Upon arrival, staff was welcoming and helpful. They gave us recommendations on dining and things to do. They booked our taxis and a whirling dervish show. They have a laundry service, which was about 12 USD. We stayed in the king terrace room. The room was perfectly clean and beautiful. Bed was very comfortable. They did not have blackout curtains, and we face the sunrise, so my only recommendation for them it to get blackout curtains. We did actually use the giant bathtub and there was plenty of hot water. The terrace was the best part. A seating area, a couch facing the mountains, and two hammocks. In the mornings, we sat on the couch to watch the sunrise and the balloons. The balloons were not very close to the hotel, but it was like a birds eye view. At night, you can see the lights from Goreme and Nevsehir, as you’re on the top of the mountain and those cities are in the valley. The location of the hotel was ideal. It’s on the edge of Uchisar so it’s very quiet. It’s a short walk to many restaurants, shops, and the city center. Breakfast was one of the best parts about the hotel. It’s a traditional Turkish breakfast with lots of pastries, jams, and fruit. We could also order off their menu like lattes or omelets which are free to hotel guests. If you don’t get the king terrace room, there is a small terrace above the king terrace room and the hotel restaurant also faces the sunrise and balloons.

We had an amazing experience staying at Eyes of Cappadocia and thoroughly recommended anyone looking for a quiet, calm and relaxed stay away from the all the hustle and bustle but all within walking distance to the main streets of Uchisar. The hotel owners and staff were very accommodating from day one and always checked in on us, asking if we needed anything extra during our stay and if they could help us out in any way. The breakfast each morning was amazing with beautiful views, weather and food. The team was very welcoming and warm and didn't hesitate to check in on whether we would like any tea, coffee or water during our stay whenever we ran into them. The team helped us in arranging tours, restaurant bookings and recommendations as well as easy to follow directions around town. We were due to leave Cappadocia at 9:30 AM so we weren't able to make the 8:30 AM breakfast on the final day and the owners and staff prepared us an early breakfast to accommodate our early departure. We felt extremely welcome during our stay and will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Breakfast was amazing! Dish after dish of cheeses, fresh local fruits and vegetables, so many spreads for the fresh, delicious breads and eggs cooked and served in beautiful pans brought sizzling hot to your table as you sit on a terrace overlooking the beautiful fairy chimneys. Then, when you're wrapping up the "Turkish Breakfast Feast" they bring out the day's cake or sweet bread - I tend to be selective and avoid sweets - but their cakes have been phenomenal! The view is breathtaking, with the morning baloon flights visible as they glow and float above the ethereal landscape and staff were wonderful. The room was gorgeous, finely furnished with and expansive bathroom that feels like royalty. The property isn't in the town with most of the hotels, therefore you have an incredibly tranquil stay. Like the whole valley is just for you. We also visited "The Mill" a great Italian restaurant next door, delicious! The front desk arranged airport pick-up, as well as a couple of tours for us that were phenomenal! We recommend highly this place and hope to return soon!

Kahvaltı harikaydı çalışalar güler yüzlü ve çok ilgiliydi odalar gayet güzel ve konforluydu sadece temizlikten yana bazı eksiklikler vardı ama güzeldi sıcaktı biz ocakta gittik balonlar hep iptal oldu o manzarayı izleyebilcek en güzel otel bence yazın da bu otele gelmeli öanzara ve terası birde o zaman görmek isterim
