Residence Inn by Marriott Near Universal Orlando

Minha estadia só não foi perfeita porque no checkin me informaram que não tinha quarto disponível apesar de eu ter feito a reserva há 6 meses atrás. Disponibilizaram outro hotel por uma noite bem inferior. No restante tudo ótimo

Booking the room was fine, but trying to get an invoice afterward was a frustrating experience. I called to request a receipt and was repeatedly left on hold with no explanation — four times, each over five minutes, with the call ending before I could speak to anyone. What disappointed me most was the attitude. After all that waiting, there was no apology at all. I was simply told that, because I booked through a third party, the front desk couldn't help. I understand there may be limits to what they can do, but delivering that with zero courtesy or regret is not how guests should be treated. The front desk service really needs improvement.

Very nice Hotel

O cafe da manhã era muito bom, os funcionários foram muito atenciosos. O quarto é de bom tamanho, porém o carpete parece velho e é escuro e encardido. Limpam o quarto somente a cada 3 dias, e a limpeza não foi das melhores, principalmente na cozinha. De uma maneira geral, funcionou para nós e voltaríamos, mas tem aspectos de melhoria. Nas fotos aparece forno, mas não são em todos os quartos e acabamos ficando em um sem. Não emprestam forno, foi um item que fez falta. Os outros eletros que tem no quarto são bons (micro-ondas, geladeira e fogão. A exaustão não é boa, evite frituras pois o cheiro não sai do quarto (as janelas não abrem).

The most friendliest reception staff. Went above & beyond to help with anything. Spotlessly clean Rooms are big with a lovely kitchen. Free parking here which is rare. Breakfast had something for everyone & coffee is great. We would definitely recommend staying here.
