We loved it. I was surprised at a cash deposit but ok. Everything worked had hot water and proper a/c. Everything was clean and tidy. Free amenities in the room as well. (Chips and snacks) we really enjoyed the pool. The staff were simply wonderful. Friendly and helpful. Love them There wasn’t a restaurant but the restaurant next door was great I would stay again. I would recommend that they replace the dated lobby furniture and stop the beeping thing.

Spacious room, clean and complete amenities. Nearby Greenbelt 1 and Legaspi Sunday market. We had a great stay. The only minor incident was it took 15 minutes before we got a parking slot.

Wonderful stay. Roomy, clean, comfortable. Pool was chilly, but fun. Kids were amazed at our loft room. Only bummer was pool was closed on Mondays, our check out day, for cleaning.

The check in process was a breeze and the host Joven did a great job welcoming our family and made sure we were comfortable and settled in. He even personally parked our car in the garage. Loved that loft with the city view and was newly renovated. I’ll surely stay there again when in Makati. Kudos to Joven and staff.

The property was well looked after, clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and approachable and went over and beyond in particular Joshua, Des and Joven. Will book again given the chance. The hallways, gym and common areas need a bit of touch up though. Overall fantastic stay.

The location was super convenient, with just a short stroll to Greenbelt Mall. Very clean and tidy with all staff very friendly and as helpful as they could be. There was an issue with the aircon, but was soon rectified with out any hassles. Would stay again and highly recommend :)

What a gem! This has become our “go-to stay” whenever we come to Makati area. The rooms are well appointed, very clean, comfy bed linens and pillows, and with a strong wifi. Pick-up from the airport was a breeze, all thanks to Joven and the super comfy van. This has become our home away from home. Thanks to Desiree, who made sure our stay was comfy.

The minute we entered the property our experience was positive. The check-in was very fast and Dhes our main contact person was wonderful. Every request we had were immediately acknowledge and attended too in a very and I mean very very short time. They have a very good support team that work well with each other. The property sits in the heart of Makati central district and close to the best malls in the area (Greenbelt, LandMark, Glorieta, Rustans and SM city. There is also a Sunday market across the property and a park across the street. A supermarket is 5 minute walk away. I highly recommend that you stay with them.

Nars, Joven, and Desiree - the dream team for hospitality. Any question I had, anything I needed they responded immediately. They were always warm and friendly in all our interactions. I ended up staying there much longer and have had a really lovely time. The location is great right in front of Legazpi Park with tons of restaurants. There’s a restaurant, a bakery, and two small grocery stores downstairs. Easily one of the best values in Makati. I’ll be coming back here next time I visit.

Fantastic experience with our 14month old! The location was great and we were really impressed with the free in room cot (which was already set-up when we arrived). Javen was so helpful. He even arranged for the hotel restaurant to do room service for us, since got in late and needed to put the baby to bed. The hotel is opposite a park with an awesome playground and is easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again! Please note that hotel only takes cash for the deposit, (which was a small amount and we got back when we checked out). The apartment looked newly renovated and kitchen and bathroom were like the pictures. The tv had Netflix and the mini bar was free.

This place is wonderful. Rooms are huge and reasonably priced, it's clean except for the bathroom smell which probably from the cleaning solution that they used which was fixed right away by Joven whose the one who took care of us during our stay. Communication is very effective, staffs are so nice and friendly. Overall, place was excellent and I will for sure use it agajn in the future. Lastly food from attached restaurant Nono's are delicious.
