Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was your standard hotel continental breakfast. I have 2 complaints, the one set of doors going out to the front of the hotel need automatic door openers, because it’s really difficult to get the luggage carts through them unless you have help. Second one is, the pool was not operational, that is really unsatisfactory in my book. I always look for either a hot tub / pool combo or at least a pool, when I book online. If your pool is inoperable then take it off your online listings until it is operational. That’s just customer service 101. Overall, the rest of the Hotel was very nice.

Here for Kattfest. Last year we stayed at the Fairfield. This room cost more. Since you asked for a review, I partly booked this hotel because of the indoor pool. Lady at the desk said oh its closed it has been for a long time Sorry. I looked at the pool not sure why its closed. I am an avid swimmer and disappointed. We took our bags to the room and the toilet seat is not well attached to the toilet. My significant other used the facility before me and said whoa be careful when your in here. Kinda dangerous really if you didn't know about. I didn't tell the staff but this item should be addressed ASAP. We went to the concert. The couches in the lobby are covered in stains and a lot on the carpet. 1/3 of the wall light sconches in the hall have been abused and are off set. The outside seating cushions were gone long ago but the old latches remain. When I went to adjust the curtain it broke. The biggest complaint was that the bed sucked my significant other only slept a few hours and woke up in back pain. The floor in our room noticeably dips in the right corner at the end of the bed and it felt like sleeping down hill. The mattress has a big dip on one side and a hill on the other. I fared with a few more hours of sleep because I was on the hill I did wake up several times at at some point I felt like I was sleeping with a fitted sheet on me It was the bed skirt Someone layered a bed skirt in when they made the bed? Unhappy with our stay We will not be back!

The room was spacious. Clean and countertop space. We had a refrigerator with a freezer which we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Comfy bed/ pillows. Huge shower. Huge room. Friendly staff. I was impressed with room. especially since the price was a lot better than anything in the city. We didn’t expect breakfast since it didn’t say it on the booking but they had it. The breakfast was too fatty/ greasy/ buttery for my taste. Starbucks is a short walking which was nice.

The properties for sale so nothing’s getting fixed. Management is waiting to decide whether or not they get to keep their job. I guess room didn’t have a phone in it and the TV didn’t work. Not good.
