Great location and AC/fridge accessible, but “okay” stay at best. Cleanliness was not great and there were insect issues - we did not open the windows at all. The washer door sensor is broken so washing clothes was not convenient.

Comfortable beds, small apartment with big fridge microwave and washing facilities. 3 minute walk to Tofukuji station with direct JR services to Nara, Inari and Kyoto (2 minutes away one stop) highly recommended would stay again.

Les points positifs : L'hébergement est propre et la chambre est grande, ce qui est agréable. Il y a une kitchenette et une machine à laver. La gare de Tofukuji est à quelques minutes à pieds ce qui est très pratique pour les transports. Les informations pour récupérer les clefs nous ont été transmises par mail, et nous n'avons pas eu de problème pour accéder à notre chambre. Les points négatifs : Le mobilier et la décoration sont un peu vieillots, le papier peint est abimé, le lit grince beaucoup et n'est pas très confortable (matelas et oreillers très durs). La proximité de la gare fait qu'on entend les trains passer. Dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour, mais nous avons assez mal dormi à cause du lit. La même chambre avec un meilleur lit aurait été beaucoup plus agréable.

Prima locatie! Slechts op 2 metrohaltes verwijderd van Fushimi Inari Taisha en Gion-Shi. Met hoge zomerse temperaturen ramen en rolluiken dicht gehouden (treingeluid nagenoeg daardoor niet gehoord). Aanwezige airco was top (was alleen bij aankomst uit en rolluiken en gordijnen waren open, waardoor het lang duurde voordat de ruimte gekoeld was). Bad-douche met mini-tv is fijn. 3e bed is sofa en niet aan te bevelen als bed. Beperkte ruimte is efficiënt ingericht. Genoeg kastruimte. Wasmachine en wasmiddel is aanwezig. Afvoer in benedenkastje ruikt bedompt, maar het helpt wanneer de kraan even wordt opengezet. Grote koelkast met vriesvak. Supermarkten om de hoek, vlak over het spoor. Well located, quiet and spacious. It was great having a washer and a kitchen since I was there for 2 weeks. While the kitchen and bathroom were clean, the ac was full of dust (I had to take the filter out to clean it) and the room could’ve done with a deep clean. It is unstaffed so didn’t speak with anyone. Bed was one of the hardest I’ve slept on in 20 years of travelling in Asia.

◎良かった点洗濯機が各部屋に備わっており、浴室乾燥機も付いているので長期滞在者には大変便利。 ◎残念だった点駐車場の案内がHPと異なっており、玄関前スペースが駐車不可とされていた点。車で行く方は注意が必要です。尚、隣のコインパーキングは24時間400円とお安いですが、６台分しかなくすぐに満車になります。他は660円の駐車場がありましたが少し離れた場所になり不便です。

2度目の利用です。掃除は行きとどいてません。特にお風呂はピンクカビだらけでした。フライパンも油汚れがあり食器も洗いなおしました。しかし駅近で便利、チェックインも早めに出来てエアコンも付けておいてくれました。値段も安かったのでまた利用すると思います。

地理位置很好，东福寺站出来很快就可以找到，街区很安静，酒店后面是一条小河，可以远眺京都塔；服务也不错，原预定四点入住，实际上两点多就收到了酒店的入住通知，酒店还有欢迎茶饮及咖啡。不足之处是酒店房间有点异味，可能是下水管道返味。

교토역과 가깝고 버스로 기온, 기요미즈데라 가기도 편하고 교통편 무지 좋습니다. 다만 슈퍼마켓이 없어서 간단히 먹거리를 살만한곳이 없어 별로였고, 주변에 음식점은 맛이 없어 별로였습니다. 그리고 공용 와이파이가 있습니다만 잡히지 않습니다.

Superbe séjour. L'emplacement est parfait sur le bord de la rivière et à distance de marche de Fushimi inari. À quelques pas de la gare mais super calme. L'hébergement est comme un petit appartement avec beaucoup d'espace, une rareté au Japon.

Great location and size for price. The check in process can be confusing with the additional fee you have to pay after booking but as long as you book ahead you have plenty of time to email the company any questions to clarify everything.

部屋は快適で過ごしやすく良かったです。日本在住ですがカギのメールが届かず困りました。電話して教えてもらいなんとかなりましたが、カギ解錠のメールはチェックアウトの日に届きました。その辺がマイナス要因です

Well located, quiet and spacious. It was great having a washer and a kitchen since I was there for 2 weeks. While the kitchen and bathroom were clean, the ac was full of dust (I had to take the filter out to clean it) and the room could’ve done with a deep clean. It is unstaffed so didn’t speak with anyone. Bed was one of the hardest I’ve slept on in 20 years of travelling in Asia.

Comfortable beds, small apartment with big fridge microwave and washing facilities. 3 minute walk to Tofukuji station with direct JR services to Nara, Inari and Kyoto (2 minutes away one stop) highly recommended would stay again.

色々と生活用品の揃っているウィークリーマンションと同じか、それ以上でした。連泊するなら一番適しているのではないでしょうか。駅とコンビニが近くにあり、買い出しにも困りませんでした。

Superbe séjour. L'emplacement est parfait sur le bord de la rivière et à distance de marche de Fushimi inari. À quelques pas de la gare mais super calme. L'hébergement est comme un petit appartement avec beaucoup d'espace, une rareté au Japon.

Prima locatie! Slechts op 2 metrohaltes verwijderd van Fushimi Inari Taisha en Gion-Shi. Met hoge zomerse temperaturen ramen en rolluiken dicht gehouden (treingeluid nagenoeg daardoor niet gehoord). Aanwezige airco was top (was alleen bij aankomst uit en rolluiken en gordijnen waren open, waardoor het lang duurde voordat de ruimte gekoeld was). Bad-douche met mini-tv is fijn. 3e bed is sofa en niet aan te bevelen als bed. Beperkte ruimte is efficiënt ingericht. Genoeg kastruimte. Wasmachine en wasmiddel is aanwezig. Afvoer in benedenkastje ruikt bedompt, maar het helpt wanneer de kraan even wordt opengezet. Grote koelkast met vriesvak. Supermarkten om de hoek, vlak over het spoor. Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

교토역과 가깝고 버스로 기온, 기요미즈데라 가기도 편하고 교통편 무지 좋습니다. 다만 슈퍼마켓이 없어서 간단히 먹거리를 살만한곳이 없어 별로였고, 주변에 음식점은 맛이 없어 별로였습니다. 그리고 공용 와이파이가 있습니다만 잡히지 않습니다.

地理位置很好，东福寺站出来很快就可以找到，街区很安静，酒店后面是一条小河，可以远眺京都塔；服务也不错，原预定四点入住，实际上两点多就收到了酒店的入住通知，酒店还有欢迎茶饮及咖啡。不足之处是酒店房间有点异味，可能是下水管道返味。

This property was close to public transport and only one train stop before Kyoto. The room was quite roomy for a hotel but there was no room service. Towels not changed and the bed was quite hard. On a plus, there were some lovely restaurants in the area.

When we got there, there was no key in our assigned box. There was a key in the checkout box, so we went to look at that room. The room was all made up, so we asked if we could use that room, but we were assigned a different room which was partially made up. The bathroom area wasn’t made up. Check-in was an awful experience, but the rest of the stay there was pleasant.

The location was good enough and convenient for getting around. The room was more spacious than most hotel rooms in Japan, which we really appreciated. Having a washing machine inside the room was also a great feature. Since we usually ate out, this was not an issue for us, but guests planning a longer stay and intending to cook may find the kitchen equipment quite limited. Overall, we had a good experience and would consider staying here again.
