Excellent place. Love the karoke and the tub is amazing. Had a wonderful time. Elevator might need to be updated in the future though. It closes pretty quickly and doesn't have a proper sensor, but other than that, I had a great stay.

The cleaning person who spoke English was very helpful and caring. Counter staff was also very nice. The room itself was very dated and there was a very strong odor in the room.

First time using a love hotel. Entire experience felt “sketchy”. The hotel clerk is hidden behind a screen and you don’t see their face. Jacuzzi was nice. Location was nice. The room was nice but not clean. Our mattress had stains.

Ok so honestly, I thought the hotel was great. Spacious room, clean, and quiet. There's obviously a reason it's adults only but if you aren't worried about that then it's a great place to stay for the price and location

Spacious rooms at a good value for Tokyo. The bath is sweet, highly recommend. The only downside is the room is a bit musty and smells smoked in.

Would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn’t for the room initially smelling a bit like smoke (reserved a non-smoking room) and if the AC wasn’t super weak (too hot in the room half the time). The bed was pretty firm. Don’t be mistaken, this is definitely a love hotel - I wasn’t totally sure but didn’t really mind either way and yes, it is. lol. The bath and shower were incredible and the room had ample space. Karaoke in the room was fun too

Day two of 4 days booked I discovered some rubbish left in the microwave space. Upon removing it I found it was dirty tissues, some form of tape and used condoms. This along with hair strands all over the room and a bed which caused intense itching left us uncomfortable. A report to management was simply met with a sorry, sorry. The complaint was repeated with another manager(?) and response was similar. Completely unacceptable considering the cost of the stay.

Day two of 4 days booked I discovered some rubbish left in the microwave space. Upon removing it I found it was dirty tissues, some form of tape and used condoms. This along with hair strands all over the room and a bed which caused intense itching left us uncomfortable. A report to management was simply met with a sorry, sorry. The complaint was repeated with another manager(?) and response was similar. Completely unacceptable considering the cost of the stay.

The massage chair in the room was broken. And the air conditioning unit was really old and didn’t really work. Staff there was really nice and polite and attempted to help in whatever way they could.

Very hospitable accommodation. No problem with the area, laundry mat very close walk. Room was decorated in a fun and classy style. Lots of amenities including hair dryer, straightener, and curling iron. Jacuzzi tub was amazing to have!

My girlfriend and I stayed in this hotel for a few nights while visiting Tokyo in March 2023. We really enjoyed it. The staff was very helpful and attentive, the room was extremely spacious and had everything! Beautiful large shower and soaker tub, massage chair, big bed, couch, karaoke machine, mini bar. They also included a nice personalized welcome package and a ton of soaps, creams and other small toiletries. The location is excellent, just a few few minutes walk from all of the bars and restaurants. We enjoyed strolling down to Golden Gai one night. The train station is about a 9 minute walk away, very easy. It was a wonderful experience and we would stay here again.

Don't let the "love hotel" designation turn you off from this excellent Shinjuku hotel. Compared to "regular" hotels in Tokyo around this price point you get a room with far more space and amenities that you'd only otherwise find in a high-end, expensive luxury hotel. Service was great with English-speaking staff on hand to help. Great soundproofing and a large, soft bed added to the comfort. Jacuzzi tub was awesome. Wifi was great and TV had plenty of on-demand video to choose from. Although a bit of a walk from Shinjuku station it had the benefit of a bit more quiet and discreteness than other hotels right in the heart of Kabukicho. Definitely would recommend considering this hotel when staying in Tokyo unless you have kids along.

nice place to stay if you are not with children. it is 1 block away from the shopping/dining area. just a 3 to 5 mins walking, you will find tons of shops and restaurant. The key to your room is the real key, everytime you go out, you have to take your key to front desk to exchange to a card, and change back to your key when come back.

I traveled with my daughter. Amazing location, Matsumoto was so friendly and helpful. She speaks fluent English and top notch skincare and hair in the room. I was very surprised to see a big room in Tokyo. Will definitely go back there again.

nice place to stay if you are not with children. it is 1 block away from the shopping/dining area. just a 3 to 5 mins walking, you will find tons of shops and restaurant. The key to your room is the real key, everytime you go out, you have to take your key to front desk to exchange to a card, and change back to your key when come back.

My girlfriend and I stayed in this hotel for a few nights while visiting Tokyo in March 2023. We really enjoyed it. The staff was very helpful and attentive, the room was extremely spacious and had everything! Beautiful large shower and soaker tub, massage chair, big bed, couch, karaoke machine, mini bar. They also included a nice personalized welcome package and a ton of soaps, creams and other small toiletries. The location is excellent, just a few few minutes walk from all of the bars and restaurants. We enjoyed strolling down to Golden Gai one night. The train station is about a 9 minute walk away, very easy. It was a wonderful experience and we would stay here again.

Great location in the hub of Shinjuku. Please remember this is a centre for shopping and nightlife, it was quiet in the hotel , but its buzzing outside, 7 days a week until about 3-4am

Ok so honestly, I thought the hotel was great. Spacious room, clean, and quiet. There's obviously a reason it's adults only but if you aren't worried about that then it's a great place to stay for the price and location

Don't let the "love hotel" designation turn you off from this excellent Shinjuku hotel. Compared to "regular" hotels in Tokyo around this price point you get a room with far more space and amenities that you'd only otherwise find in a high-end, expensive luxury hotel. Service was great with English-speaking staff on hand to help. Great soundproofing and a large, soft bed added to the comfort. Jacuzzi tub was awesome. Wifi was great and TV had plenty of on-demand video to choose from. Although a bit of a walk from Shinjuku station it had the benefit of a bit more quiet and discreteness than other hotels right in the heart of Kabukicho. Definitely would recommend considering this hotel when staying in Tokyo unless you have kids along.

Good clean room, staff was friendly and helpful. I didnt think the bed was that comfortable through. Overall the stay was good and the staff was helpful. Location was great, alot of near by shops and restaurants.

I only stayed one night here but I was more than satisfied with what I got with the price. I'll definitely be staying here in the future. Heads up for anyone booking, this is a love hotel so if you've only ever stayed at a regular hotel before, this is gonna feel like more of an upscale operation with more than usual accomodations included with your stay. I would look up what Love hotel is and see if you're comfortable staying in one but I would still stay here if I wasn't using it for those services
