ホノルルマラソンで利用しました。 日本からは早朝着便でしたので、アーリーチェックインにも対応していただけて、とても助かりました。 レンジも使えてとても便利に過ごせました。 また、宿泊したいです。ありがとうございました。

Pros -lobby, pool, weight room -Starbucks on site -close to shopping & conference centre -staff were friendly Cons -noisy - room was behind elevators, up to 50dB all night long from elevators moving up and down. Complained about it but they couldn’t move us. Stay away from any room ending in ‘01’ regardless of floor. -communication - everything was through email, they were relatively quick to respond unless it was something they couldn’t solve like moving us to a different room because of the noise, in that case they didn’t respond until the next day -no hot tub

Room and location was fantastic. Amenities great. Loved the restaurant, pool, bar, cafes. Only issue was the lack of response regarding early check in. Arrived at 8.30am (My issue), but check in was 4pm. Emailed multiple times over a few days trying to get an earlier check in. No response. Would recommend this location though.

I prefer not to stay in Waikiki and this hotel is in a great location. The staff is good. Be aware that this place also has private residences. Their owners also rent on this app. It is not always clear if you are renting the hotel side or the private side. The owner of my unit didn't forward the reservation. Hotels.com quickly remedied the situation and booked me into the hotel side. Parking is not included and self parking is $35/day.

We rented through Expedia as a package deal. Upon checkin we were told by staff that this was third party and as such there would be no housekeeping, additional towels or any services provided to us. The facility is old and run down. There are 2 floors with laundry services but the laundry on floor 3 had broken down washers for the entire week stay. There is a large homeless population surrounding the facility and they just set up tents and pee all over the sidewalks. Oh and dont even think about using their phones- papers in the rooms say even local calls are charged at $0.75 each. Get real. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere!

アクセスも良く部屋も綺麗でした ジムもつかえて、プールもあるし 景色もよく快適でした。 ヘアドライヤーはなく 問い合わせにも応じてもらえずでした。 言わなければハウスキーパーも入らないですが 日数分のタオルの用意もあって よかったです。 1人滞在だったので複数の場合はどうなるか なんとも言えません。 シャワーの水圧は やっぱり残念です。

Make sure to read the fine print or else you’ll be surprised at check in with the extra charges. *no hairdryer in room. Housekeeping is not included unless you want to pay an additional fee...according to the reception desk. When I initially booked the room, the site states check-in was 3pm, but reception desk stated check-in was 4pm. Wallpaper in the room was FILTHY; iron provided but no ironing board; coffee, coffee maker, sweetener in room but not creamer. Some sort of construction/renovations were happening 1 floor above - noisy! Basically, I was told that since I booked through Hotels.com, the room was like a private rental and everything would be basic and bare minimum.

The Orgoto company made my dream vacation miserable. I was promised bedding for 4ppl and was only offered a king bed and pull-out chair. I received 1 roll of toilet paper for a 6-day stay and a family of 4. Ala Moana hotel is fine for a couple and maybe 1 kid but do not book with Orgoto unless you want to feel homeless. I had to buy a blanket, pay double parking fee$50 per night and my own toilet paper. Please do not make the same mistake we did. Do not let this cheap, unprofessional company ruin your Hawaiin vaction. Shame on them!

Had a good stay, but I have to say, needs a little bit of an update. Room felt clean but lamps by the beds were almost falling out of the wall. We love staying here though for a quick staycation! Bonus that Starbucks is literally downstairs in the lobby.

We went to check in a little early & was told that this was a privately owned room. We were not allowed to check in till 3 pm. We waited. Then while checking in, we were told of ALL these added fees that were being applied. What a disappointment and very frustrating way to start our vacation. We couldn’t cxl the reservations because of more added another fees. Finally get our keys. Go to the bathroom, there is a big hair ball by the shower, the towel had moldly yellow brown & black stains on them. I tried to message & call the contact info numerous times. The number didn’t work & chat/msg told me someone will contact me with a few days. No one contacted us. Never got any new towels or any service. We left early and no response still. Very disappointed and appalled. Ala Moana Hotel couldn’t do anything about it because it was privately own. The staff has encountered too many complaints time & time again & would not like to endure that experience for the guests but there’s nothing they can do. Having privately owned rooms in a Hotel such as Ala Moana doesn’t make any scene.

first, the instructions to check in was confusing. instruction said, there are no registration and that we should have gotten an email 72 hours prior to our check in, didnt happen and we had to see the registration desk after all. second, we walked in and the place had an unpleasant odor and this room is design for handicap guests, this was not specified during reservation. third, the bathroom lights are dim and it’s dark when using the mirror. sink drains very slowly and water just stays in the sink for minutes. bathroom towel fixture is broken and just fell off the wall. 4th, the lamp near the bed is also broken and just turns upside down. the fridge is sticking out about a foot off the wall casing and literally sticking out on the walkway. the carpet and floor looked dingy and unclean. lastly, the lanai is dirty!! for $350 per night, this has to be one of the worse hotel we have stayed at.

The room was clean and better than we expected. A great view and we got to enjoy the fireworks show which was welcomed surprise! We enjoyed being able to walk to the mall which was so convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

No coffee, tea or creamer provided. Coffee maker is an old machine, drip style. Floor had coffee stains with grinds. Bathroom light was flickering and dim, and bathroom had no functioning extraction fan. Small soap, shampoo and lotion for 2 persons for 4 days. The AC was very noisy. The bed was comfortable and the balcony view was pleasant.

The room was clean and better than we expected. A great view and we got to enjoy the fireworks show which was welcomed surprise! We enjoyed being able to walk to the mall which was so convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

1901 is near the elevators, but the convenience of the short distance and some of the fastest elevators in existence outweigh the distraction of the elevator noise. This is our third time on the property, and we enjoy the convenience of the location to the center and nearby restaurants.

There are extra fees you have to pay after booking the accommodation, such as a resort fee and check in fee. I booked this accommodation because I thought it’d be cheaper than other options. They also only provide a limited supply of toiletries and will charge you for toilet paper. Overall, people are better off booking through the actual Ala Moana Hotel because it comes out being the same price and you can get house keeping, etc.

Once you book your reservation, you think you’ve paid everything but nope. Day before check in, email is sent about hotel fees. Hotel fees include a daily charge for “hotel service fee” but when I call hotel for trash service or any maintenance, they said people who rent from Zello do not get access to hotel services. When I inquired about what I am paying a service fee for if not service, front desk said “for check in and check out”. That is something they help with once each yet I am required to pay a service fee for every day I stay at the hotel (6 days total). Ridiculous pricing and lack of communication.

The dishwasher did not work. The communication with the rental company, Zelloo, was horrendous - never responding to phone calls or to emails. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office of Hawaii and with the Attorney General's Office in Florida as the company Zelloo does not have a broker license to operate in Hawaii. The dishwasher did not work. The communication with the rental company, Zelloo, was horrendous - never responding to phone calls or to emails. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office of Hawaii and with the Attorney General's Office in Florida as the company Zelloo does not have a broker license to operate in Hawaii. The property is in a convenient location. However, it's not managed by the hotel, but through a different real estate agency. Its check-in is still done by the hotel though with a very long line around 4:00 pm. It took us over an hour to get through. This is unexpectedly long wait and upset some family members.

The room was clean and better than we expected. A great view and we got to enjoy the fireworks show which was welcomed surprise! We enjoyed being able to walk to the mall which was so convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Housekeeping is not included unless you want to pay an additional fee...according to the reception desk. When I initially booked the room, the site states check-in was 3pm, but reception desk stated check-in was 4pm. Wallpaper in the room was FILTHY; iron provided but no ironing board; coffee, coffee maker, sweetener in room but not creamer. Some sort of construction/renovations were happening 1 floor above - noisy! Basically, I was told that since I booked through Hotels.com, the room was like a private rental and everything would be basic and bare minimum.

I would give the hotel a solid three stars. As for Orgoto, don’t expect to get a response from them if you need anything. I would recommend booking the hotel directly. You will have housekeeping as well as help from the front desk.

This 3rd party company used by Hotels.com is not responding to my communications regarding being overcharged. I need to get money back from them for being overcharged. Room and location was fantastic. Amenities great. Loved the restaurant, pool, bar, cafes. Only issue was the lack of response regarding early check in. Arrived at 8.30am (My issue), but check in was 4pm. Emailed multiple times over a few days trying to get an earlier check in. No response. Would recommend this location though.

We rented through Expedia as a package deal. Upon checkin we were told by staff that this was third party and as such there would be no housekeeping, additional towels or any services provided to us. The facility is old and run down. There are 2 floors with laundry services but the laundry on floor 3 had broken down washers for the entire week stay. There is a large homeless population surrounding the facility and they just set up tents and pee all over the sidewalks. Oh and dont even think about using their phones- papers in the rooms say even local calls are charged at $0.75 each. Get real. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere!

1901 is near the elevators, but the convenience of the short distance and some of the fastest elevators in existence outweigh the distraction of the elevator noise. This is our third time on the property, and we enjoy the convenience of the location to the center and nearby restaurants.

Pros -lobby, pool, weight room -Starbucks on site -close to shopping & conference centre -staff were friendly Cons -noisy - room was behind elevators, up to 50dB all night long from elevators moving up and down. Complained about it but they couldn’t move us. Stay away from any room ending in ‘01’ regardless of floor. -communication - everything was through email, they were relatively quick to respond unless it was something they couldn’t solve like moving us to a different room because of the noise, in that case they didn’t respond until the next day -no hot tub

Worst hotel experience ever. Check in process was excessively long, learned it was a private owner so hotel says don’t reach out to us for anything. No staff ever came to clean the room even though instructions said it was included. No checkout times were posted. Front door did not self-close. Restaurant in hotel was disgusting. Fees were excessive. Overall -TERRIBLE.

Had a good stay, but I have to say, needs a little bit of an update. Room felt clean but lamps by the beds were almost falling out of the wall. We love staying here though for a quick staycation! Bonus that Starbucks is literally downstairs in the lobby.

I felt very neglected. Stay was 8 nights with no services. Not even towel changes or amenities like conditioner, toilet paper &, lotions. No garbage bags. Rusty ice bucket. Wish I knew it was an air B&B before i arrived. Would have not booked it! Basically ruined our volleyball tournament/ family vacation 😢

From the beginning, I didn’t expect this room was a private room and would have to contact the local property management to find my booking and housekeeping. So no daily housekeeping. Also, there was more fee charges than what Travelocity advised when it was booked. A very partial ocean view. Location of hotel is only thing I enjoyed.

I never knew that there was such a thing as a third-party organization involved in renting a hotel room. I did not realize this when I made the reservation. It led to extra fees at the hotel when checking in. There were ridiculous check-in fees, amenity fees, and we could not use the hotel staff for our service needs. We needed clean towels, and the hotel cleaning staff would not give us any. We were supposed to contact the Livily representative just for towels. We had no coffee cups in the room and when I contacted the LIvily rep for cups, they brought more bad coffee instead. There was no soap in the bathroom and no knives in the very small fake kitchen kind of place. I will never use them again, and always check to make sure you are getting your reservation with the hotel and not some other 3rd party.
