It is very clean, very quiet and very comfortable. The free breakfasts are fresh, varied and served with style. There is a pool (and, I heard, an exercise room). Free self parking. This is not a fancy hotel (no restaurant or bar), but for business and family travelers, it's an excellent choice. I'd stay again.

The staff at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. They were always so cheerful, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, there was a different choice of hot food every day. The pool was really nice, and the beds were very comfortable.

The bathrooms could have been cleaned better before I came in. Also, I was not informed of the additional $30 eco friendly green charge before I gave my card for check in. It wasn’t until after I reviewed my bank statements that I saw that more than the refundable $40 was charged to my account, I went to the front desk and I was informed of the additional charge.

I arrived for a late check in at approximately 11:00pm. The room smelled like bad cologne. Like cologne your dad would wear if you’re in your 80’s. It was 2 days ago and I still can’t get the smell out of my mouth and nose. The room had a moist, wet feel about it and made everything quite uncomfortable. Next morning shower literally sprayed everywhere and everything except for me. Very disappointed, especially for what I paid!! Would highly discourage anyone taking a chance at this particular location. Btw, I rarely leave a review, let alone a bad one. This one was necessary. And yes, I generously tipped my room attendant. Thank you, Paul Incavido

We always stay in Fairfield Inn, to our disappointment when we got to our room there was no hand soap. Then I found out trash was not removed from bathroom. That meant the room was not completely clean. I told Emily and she came to see the room with me. We were upgraded but the new room. The room was nice. There was little toilet paper and had to go and get some in pjs. First time I feel it does not reflect a Marriot run hotel.

I had the worst stayed on my life, the housekeeper came to my room and yell at me that can’t my sheets be changed daily do not be memeber of Marriot Member and had booked with expedia. I needed the sheet be changed for health reasons, until recover from surgery. Never ever in my life had experience that. Where a housekeeper yell and told me I have to pay $250 dls for each sheet had stained, mind your business was food stains. Manager never ever apologized for the fact I found roaches and never were offered to changed rooms or anything. Couldn’t reach the manager in person just email and by time she answer me was 3rd day and was under surgery so couldn’t do anything. Terrible.

Nice place, very clean. The only issue I have is the walls are beyond thin - you can hear talking Nextdoor and the television more so than any other hotel I’m stayed at. The staff are super lovely though.

We only stayed one night so we didn’t have to be on the road for 4th of July. Extremely clean hotel, spacious suite, and extremely friendly desk workers. We got in early thinking we would hit traffic. Front desk clerk got us in a room. Very friendly, very nice. The smell of the hotel was pleasant and clean. Elevator was slow but that would be our only complaint! Room was fresh, smelt good, clean, spacious, and the mattress was perfect after a long day! We didn’t wake up in time for breakfast so we just grabbed a fresh coffee downstairs on way out. Thank you!!! 😂 Definitely will stay again visiting St. Pete again!

We asked for late checkout & was told a 1:00pm checkout was approved. So why di the house keeping staff NOT GET NOTIFIED? They knocked on our door at 10:00 and even after I told themwe had kate check out the knocked again at 11:30. So much for privacy and the ability to relax.

Front Desk Check-In and just passing through was Great Customer Service! Check-In was fast and simple. My room made me feel right at home. Perks was nook with fridge and microwave, small hideaway otterman, and grand tub. Breakfast was filled with some of our favorites OJ, Apple Juice, Scrambled/Boiled Eggs, Sausage Links, Waffles, and Toast. Even though there was more to choose from, certainly something for everyone. The Attendee was helpful and soared in hospitality.

The staff at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. They were always so cheerful, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, there was a different choice of hot food every day. The pool was really nice, and the beds were very comfortable.

Well breakfast was ok, i didn’t really interact with staff but I will front desk was amazing. Checking was not difficult even though it was almost impossible for me to get a room that night but Taisha was great.

This was a work stay for me and this place was nice and it was clean. My only complaint is and this might have been the first time it has happened to them but I extended my stay for another day, when I left and went to work, I came back the room was cleaned and all my personal items were gone as though they thought I checked out. Luckily I took my valuables with me but left one bag in the closet that they didn't touch. I have yet to hear from the General Manager which I would have assumed would have reached out to me by now but I hear is out sick. Or at least the head housekeeper but no one. The front desk personnel were very apologetic and left messages for both people. I checked out and went to a different hotel because I was going to extend again but without immediate attention to this matter I could not extend another day because this incident.

The staff went above and beyond. We originally made reservations for 2 adults but last minute decided to bring along my grandson and youngest son. I asked if I could change rooms and apologized for the change. I was ready to pay for the upgrade but the staff appreciated my honesty and gave us a complimentary upgrade. They also offered extra linens and coloring sheets for the kids. We were treated so kindly. Definitely recommend!

I like the hotel and the room. It was clean, the breakfast was your typical breakfast meal. Eggs, bacon, sausage (turkey which was nice), either pancakes or French toast, and a waffle maker. Only complaint would be the area right around the hotel, it didn’t have food directly in the area. But restaurants weren’t too far of a drive. Overall it was a very nice hotel with a great staff.

Did not feel very safe next to the RaceWay gas station and homeless in the area. Abandoned buildings. Room was clean. Bed comfy. Staff was nice . Toilet did not flush well and two $20 charges were on the credit card statement for incidentals that we did not use. Hope they come off our bill.

Hotel facilities and room were in great shape but what really stood out during our stay was how friendly and attentive the staff was. We interacted with 4 different people and all were friendly helpful. When we told the person at checkin that we would be leaving very early the next morning before breakfast, she made a note to get the coffee started earlier than usual. The next morning befote 5AM, it was brewed and ready! The only downside to this hotel (which the staff cannot control) is surrounding area. The only walkable restaurant is a Waffle House (mostly liquor stores and check cashing places nearby) and there are quite a few people walking around who were likely in drugs. But no one threatened us or broke into our car so it may not be as bad as it seemed.

The property is too far from anything and appeared to be in a low-end neighbourhood. We had just come from Clearwater and thought it wouldt be like that but we were not impressed upon arrival. The hotel staff were awesome and the breakfast in the morning was quite impressive, but it wasn't as clean as the Fairfield in Clearwater. Parking was free so that was wonderful and we spent a really nice day at the Pier.

The staff at front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Charo and Tasio at breakfast buffet were very pleasant and efficient. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It is very clean, very quiet and very comfortable. The free breakfasts are fresh, varied and served with style. There is a pool (and, I heard, an exercise room). Free self parking. This is not a fancy hotel (no restaurant or bar), but for business and family travelers, it's an excellent choice. I'd stay again.

My only complaint was about breakfast. The cold cereals were all kid oriented, that is sweet. As a senior citizen I would appreciate an unsweetened cereal such as Wheatley’s or Corn Flakes. Also there was a dearth of fruit. most hotel breakfasts I have had usually have bananas, oranges, or apples.

The room was very nice, largest double queen plus sofa bed we've ever had! The beds were comfortable, however the mattress on the sofa bed was ancient, and VERY thin - really needs replacing. Our daughter put the sofa cushions on top of the mattress, but didn't sleep well at all. Also, we wanted to use the EV charger, but there were 2 cars already in place when we arrived at 9pm. So my husband checked in the morning, and one spot had a different car plugged in and was charging. The other spot had one of the cars from the night before still sitting there, but was NOT charging! That person should have moved their car so someone else could use it. The manager has a "key" needed to start the charger, but they need a way to know when charging has stopped so the owner can move their car. My husband said Tesla chargers give you 5 minutes to unplug and then they start charging a fine if you don't unplug and move your car. Hotel chargers are SLOW, but people need to re-park ASAP in the morning so someone else can use it.
