Good location. Shopping centre was right beside it so that made it convenient on a rainy day. Getting to Chaweng Beach was a little tricky. Because of a bit of a language issue, I wasn’t sure if I was allowed to just walk through another hotel across the street to get to the beach. That only made it a two-minute walk if I was allowed. I just went and did it instead of asking for permission. It would have been helpful if they had directions to the beach in English on a piece of paper. I would recommend this property with no hesitation. But the biggest drawback is how incredibly confusing the layout of the hotel is. Had to take an elevator to go downstairs, walk 20 metres to go to another building and then take another elevator up. Big tourist street right in front of hotel with pounding music but I couldn’t hear it in my room. Alll in all, very good value for the money

The hotel is located next to the Central mall, so it is very convenient for shopping and dining. It is only a few minutes' walk from the hotel to Chaweng Beach. The hotel also provides self-service laundry, which is very convenient and definitely worth staying in

Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You have to take two elevators to stay in building two or three so I would recommend staying in building one. Not great pool area but the beach is close. Overall good value for the money

Litet rum och ingen visade en något. Ingen telefon till receptionen. Har man eget fordon med sig så får man parkera på Central festival kund parkering, inget vidare. Rent och hyfsat tyst.

Nettes Hotel, um KohSamui zu erkunden. Es ist recht unübersichtlich und zu Beginn schwierig das Zimmer zu finden, aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Gute Atmosphäre im Social Hub und auch der Pool ist schön. Sauberkeit, könnte besser und auch der Room Service war überschaubar... vielleicht aber nur in meinem Fall. Man kann direkt im Hotel einen Roller mieten (bei Donut) und in der Mall nebenan parken, das ist sehr entspannt. Internet und gut und Personal freundlich.

The stay was okay - the cleaning was very rushed but we did fresh sheets every day and ‘fresh’ towels (although sometimes they were marked or torn). The pool was nice. The reception staff were always serving 3 or 4 people at once which was frustrating when trying to have your query dealt with, people just pushed in and started speaking to them. We also extended for one night and the hotel told us fine no issues just book online but the next day the cards locked us out of our room and the reception staff seemed so confused when I tried to explain. Overall a 3/5, okay but not amazing.

セントラルサムイの中にあると言っても過言ではなくとても場所が分かりずらかった。プールは水槽みたいで寛げないです。ホテルは新館と旧館がありフロントは旧館の三階なので一階に降り長々と歩いて新館に行きまたエレベーターで上がりまた歩くという忘れ物をするととても大変です。

立地が素晴らしくホテルスタッフの方々も優しくてその点に関しては概ね満足なのですが… 部屋のカビ臭さだけはかなりしんどかったです。 冷房を25度以上にしてしまうとカビ臭さが際立ってしまうので、寒くてもそれ以上は下げれませんでした。 なので部屋の気温を下げては止め、下げては止めの繰り返しでした。 エアコンの吹き出し口を除いたら汚れやカビが…最後に清掃したのはいつなのでしょうか。 カビ臭ささえ改善すれば次回も滞在したいです。

The staff were amazing throughout our stay. The room was very clean and the location was fantastic as you’re close to everything. The room could be slightly bigger but that’s just me being picky and kind of my bad as I should have upgraded but I was on a tight budget.

My initial impression was not positive, I changed rooms 3x before I was satisfied. The building is part of Central Festival mall and most windows on that side of the building have no privacy and the blinds need to be closed permanently. I finally switched to a room on the opposite side and was happy with that. If I was only there for a couple of days I probably would not have cared. My initial thought of the area was that it was too touristy, prices in the mall were expensive. Lots of restaurants in the area, but many were owned by the same owners so there was not a lot of variety and prices were the same everywhere. Staff everywhere were friendly and I enjoyed talking to everyone. Overall it was a great month in Samui.

Excellent for a short stay - modern practical convenient. On the downside not much of a breakfast option and although the room was as new and western standard there was no balcony and could not open window.

Perfect for solo traveler, it's easy to manage around, no fancy stuff, but that exactly what i want, side by side with the big shopping center, you can easy to shop, and the cheap food court good for the budget traveler, only thing is the room's window cannot open, not safe anyway, for people need fresh air and hate air conditioning maybe a problem

Budget hotel so you get what you pay for. Main things to flag (i) no kettle or glasses/mugs in the bedroom (you even get this in a Travel Lodge so was expecting this as a basic) (ii) Weirdly the duvet was not prepared and was rolled into a bundle for us to make the bed (iii) There is no sound proofing so we could hear people coming and going and chatting loudly in the corridors. Fortunately for us this stopped around midnight but it could have made for a very bad nights sleep if you have the wrong neighbours!!! (IV) Room generally clean but clearly used and not kept to best standard (though this is to be expected of budget hotels).

Really good location with the mall entry right next door and plenty of food options on the street. Beach is barely a minute walk. Room had barely any lighting which was a pain and no window for fresh air but other than that it was clean and comfy for spmewhere to sleep.

Overpriced Backpacker hotel. Don’t let the photos fool you. No chance of any sleep with the noisy hallways. Slamming doors, backpackers yelling and staff talking outside your room. Better and cheaper hotels close by. Stayed 1 night after paying for 5. Manager said no refund. Place is terrible

The only reason i gave stars to this place was for the operations manager, Cartoon and the front desk staff. The first two saved this hotel from a worse review. They were FANTASTIC. *warning.....do NOT rent a bike from the company working from these premises although not linked with cosi.

The reception staff were great, very helpful and very kind. The activities & excursions staff that we used to rent a moped were unorganised, we paid a 5,000 Baht deposit instead of our passports. They lost the booking slip as well as the 5,000 Baht we paid, we eventually did get the 5,000 Baht back but it took well over an hour, they still hadn’t found the slip at this point, so if we would’ve used our passports as a deposit, the passports would have been lost. Great job to the staff that kindly resolved this for us.

I would have love to give a higher rating, unfortutanely, we had a terrible experience with the hotel staff for the tours/activities. We were scammed for an activity we booked at the kiosque directly in the hotel lobby and they didn’t want to compensate us for this. (Wrong info, overpriced)

The staff were amazing throughout our stay. The room was very clean and the location was fantastic as you’re close to everything. The room could be slightly bigger but that’s just me being picky and kind of my bad as I should have upgraded but I was on a tight budget.

The stay was okay - the cleaning was very rushed but we did fresh sheets every day and ‘fresh’ towels (although sometimes they were marked or torn). The pool was nice. The reception staff were always serving 3 or 4 people at once which was frustrating when trying to have your query dealt with, people just pushed in and started speaking to them. We also extended for one night and the hotel told us fine no issues just book online but the next day the cards locked us out of our room and the reception staff seemed so confused when I tried to explain. Overall a 3/5, okay but not amazing.

Good location. Shopping centre was right beside it so that made it convenient on a rainy day. Getting to Chaweng Beach was a little tricky. Because of a bit of a language issue, I wasn’t sure if I was allowed to just walk through another hotel across the street to get to the beach. That only made it a two-minute walk if I was allowed. I just went and did it instead of asking for permission. It would have been helpful if they had directions to the beach in English on a piece of paper. I would recommend this property with no hesitation. But the biggest drawback is how incredibly confusing the layout of the hotel is. Had to take an elevator to go downstairs, walk 20 metres to go to another building and then take another elevator up. Big tourist street right in front of hotel with pounding music but I couldn’t hear it in my room. Alll in all, very good value for the money

Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You have to take two elevators to stay in building two or three so I would recommend staying in building one. Not great pool area but the beach is close. Overall good value for the money

Really good location with the mall entry right next door and plenty of food options on the street. Beach is barely a minute walk. Room had barely any lighting which was a pain and no window for fresh air but other than that it was clean and comfy for spmewhere to sleep.

Das Hotel hat sehr viele Zimmer und ist super zentral direkt im Central Festival gelegen. Es gibt leider kein Frühstück, aber Cafés und der TOPs Supermarkt sind schnell zu erreichen. Leider merkt man im Zimmer (vor allem im Bad) bereits, dass kein Wert auf Instandhaltung gelegt wird, da zB sich schon Schimmel bildet. Handtücher und Badekleidung sind leider nicht richtig trocken geworden. Richtig sauber war es im Bad auch nicht (Zahnpastaflecken vom Vorgänger auf dem Boden). Die Zimmer an sich sind für den Preis aber in Ordnung, auch wenn etwas klein (cosy) und ohne Schränke. Klimaanlage hat gut gekühlt und war nicht übermäßig laut. Der Poolbereich ist für die Zimmerzahl etwas klein, aber glücklicherweise haben wir zu zweit immer ein Plätzchen bekommen. Zum Strand ist es eigentlich nicht weit, aber leider muss man (wenn man nicht die weite Strecke bis zum einzigen offiziellen Zugang laufen will) immer durch ein anderes Hotel gehen und einige haben schon Strafen oder unverhältnismäßig Hohe Durchgangsgebühren am Eingang ausgehängt. Preis-Leistung alles in allem ok, aber eher kein Hotel für einen Standurlaub.

Excellent for a short stay - modern practical convenient. On the downside not much of a breakfast option and although the room was as new and western standard there was no balcony and could not open window.

Perfect for solo traveler, it's easy to manage around, no fancy stuff, but that exactly what i want, side by side with the big shopping center, you can easy to shop, and the cheap food court good for the budget traveler, only thing is the room's window cannot open, not safe anyway, for people need fresh air and hate air conditioning maybe a problem

Amazing place for me. In a great location. Nice selection of real food and waters/sodas/juices/coffe for sale 24/7. Stayed 4 nights, great experience. Easiest check in/check out ever. 24 hour front desk. I booked online through hotels.com. they sent 3 people a day (together) will clean your room in 2 minutes. Very attentive, but not invasive. All the staff, security, and taxi driver sitting outside all day and night. I had a great time. And EVERYTHING is right there. From the beach to shopping, to mini marts, to leg massages. I will def come back whenever in koh samui. Live music just outside the door, every night!! And they are so good. The staff was amazing!!

Cosi hotel (Hostel !!)...perfrct for a cheap stay , centrally based in Samui Mall. Free parking for mopeds, definitely need moped to explore island. Service by front of house is very limited and argumentative on each occasion. DONT bother paying extra for vouchers, too much hassle for them, computers down etc... Very unhelpful. I will pay the extra to stay somewhere that includes breakfast.

Id say its cheap and cheerful and you get what you pay for. But, tbh....its not that cheap and they certainly are not cheerful. One member of staff tried her best. The others did not. Never saw the manager doing anything work related. It would have helped as the electrics were going out 15 times a night for the first week. Plus some residents felt it necessary to slam doors all hours of yhe night (its a very echoey building) Told staff, she did nothing. Only on week two did they send a makeshift electrician. It continued. So we had to move rooms. Same thing happened again. The second cleaning lady was nice though and did a good job. Shame the rest werent up to standards. I'd advise only staying here if on a budget and you can sleep through noise and heat. Shops and beach are close by though. And the shower was good!
