Rooms were not as depicted on Expedia. Very dated. Paint peeling in rooms. No lighting for bedtime reading. Interior hallways and rooms need to be refurbished. 2-story building but no elevator. Did not have container for ice in room but front desk delivered promptly when called on cell phone because no method of communication with front desk in room (no phone). Not terrible for one night but don't think there will be a second visit.

no staff on site, it combine with quality inn, front door lock broken, old and dirty, some of the room unlock and door open a gap and inside no light, feeling unsafe, feeling someone somewhere you don't know. but the staff in quality inn was nicefor our check in.

Did not like that no staff were on site or available in the lobby, had to check in at a site 200 yards away. Listed free breakfast, however, there was no breakfast or coffee available for guests. Room was adequate and what you would expect from a $50 motel, not too clean but not overtly disarray.

First thing... they don't have a front desk at the hotel. You gotta go to the quality inn to check in, ask for towels, or other things. They had constant fire alarms go off in the hotel due to guests doing whatever they are doing. I had constant situations wherei literally had DND on my door and the worker would still come in my room after i spefically request no housekeeping. They went up on the rate without notice. They didn't accommodate me considering i stayed 2 months and only because the location had more than the other hotel i could've went to. I chose to stay for that reason only considering i could've gotten a cheaper hotel closer to my job. They say they got breakfast on they page, but once i got here i founded out they don't serve breakfast no more and on for the guest at the quality inn even though that's what they page promoted at the time of me making the reservation. Horrible all around and i would recommend better. Take caution.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. There is no staff at the actual hotel making it feel secluded and unsafe. It was dark and dingy with bugs in the hallways. The room itself wasn’t terrible the carpet seemed cleanish but the whole place gave me the icks. The room had 2 towels for 3 people, the pillows were terrible and the shower handle was broken. It was impossible to get the temperature right. We will not stay here or any other econo lodge in the future. Budget friendly shouldn’t mean total dump. It needs to be gutted and entirely redone. Do not stay here if you are a woman traveling alone. The front desk staff at the Quality inn were kind enough. The rest of the experience went downhill from there

For starters there was glass all in the parking lot. There were burn holes in the comforters. There is a $150 deposit that they don't tell you about until you check in. Back before management changed if you stayed in the econo lodge side you were still able to swim, and now they don't allow you to swim if you stay in the other building. How is that fair when I paid just as much as everyone else and I still have to check in at the main building it's still all the Same but they want to act like it's not. The owners are very rude and greedy. I used to love staying here before management changed. Not only that they close breakfast at 9, which I think is crazy it gives no time for people to get up get there kids ready an out the door. Worst hotel I ever stayed at will not be coming back

There was no reception in the Econo Lodge. I have to go the Quality Inn to check in and go back to Econo Lodge. The room I got has entire room was wet and carpet was soaked with water. The room was in the ground floor. I am very much disappointed.

At check in you are required to pay an additional security deposit even if you book thru an app- which it does not list. You have to check in and out at a neighboring hotel. The appliances and fixtures were covered in fingerprints and dust. There is actual vine growing in our wall by the ac unit. There were barking dogs most of the night. Would not stay again but not the worst either.

The first room we were given smelled so strong of cat pee, the second was better but the floor was sticky and the towels were stained. I think it’s time to demolish the building and focus on the Quality Inn. You have to check in at the Quality inn and there is no staff. I strongly recommend that you find another place to stay!

Mulyiple bugs, mold on walls, ceiling collapsing, mucus smears...it was like this building had been abandoned for months amd the breaker was turned back on a few hours before we arrived. Or that it was the set for a horror movie filming.

Well, they checked us in and when we went to the room the beds were stripped, there was grit on the floor and urine in the toilet and on the toilet seat. When I told them about it and asked to be moved to a different room (preferably on the 2nd floor since we took all our stuff up there already) their response was to cancel our reservation even though my boyfriend was talking to housekeeping who said there were rooms available downstairs. They were not prepared for this weekend, a massive concert in town.

Hotel no longer has an employee at front desk you must check in to the hotel next door. The safety latch was broken off door peep hole was missing just a hole in the door tv did not work. Glad it was just a one night stay

This hotel was very disappointing. we had to switch to three different rooms. In the first two rooms the TV and toilet didn't work. The continental breakfast wasn't anything either. These two young gorgeous ladies didn't have a clue how to manage or take care or manage customers needs. They wanted $150 cash deposit

This econo lodge needs to be shut down unfortunately. It’s not bad to the point the health department needs to come in and shut it down—it just has a total lack of care and filth that shows management is not doing their job. Ironically enough I’m a general manager of another hospitality company. If this room was spot checked—or just looked at—my issues would not have been prevalent. These issues include: Light not working Left the smallest corner (I swear so small) of peanut butter and jelly out the first night and was met by thousands of ants The linens are either torn or stained. Every single linen is stained. Shows a lack of money being put into the business Shower curtain was installed upside down on one end—curtain did not stay open. Had to fasten the shower curtain to the index card they used to “repair” it. I stayed for 10 days and had to make 3 trips to the front desk (of the other hotel because this one was so neglected they shut down front end operations) before finally finding an attendant to bring me something Only helpful staff member is the gentleman in maintenance. He checked me in and helped with my requests when asked directly Tv didn’t work practically the entire stay. Don’t plan on bringing your own devices as their TV’s are so old they don’t recognize new devices as being real The WiFi didn’t work There were yellow stains (easily removable) all over the bathroom ceiling Main Door didn’t shut all the way Pillows are better in jail. Very laughable

It was a strange place. It was run out of another hotel next door. The old reception area was very dated. Strange tile on the floor and wall. Hall smelled and a couple pieces of garbage outside of a room. My room was clean but the pillows were a joke. They were the size of sofa pillows. I used one from my car instead. The only way I can describe this place is only if you have no other choice. In an empty hotel I was told I couldn't check in until 3 and was also told my room wouldn't be ready at 3. Was told I would get a call when it was ready and never got one. Shower was dirty and had a patch over a hole, the door wouldn't close. I understand it's move in weekend but I've been in a lot of hotels and that was the first I've been in, and I've stayed in a place with a pool of blood stain on the carpet.

At check in you are required to pay an additional security deposit even if you book thru an app- which it does not list. You have to check in and out at a neighboring hotel. no staff on site, it combine with quality inn, front door lock broken, old and dirty, some of the room unlock and door open a gap and inside no light, feeling unsafe, feeling someone somewhere you don't know. but the staff in quality inn was nicefor our check in.

First thing... they don't have a front desk at the hotel. You gotta go to the quality inn to check in, ask for towels, or other things. They had constant fire alarms go off in the hotel due to guests doing whatever they are doing. I had constant situations wherei literally had DND on my door and the worker would still come in my room after i spefically request no housekeeping. They went up on the rate without notice. They didn't accommodate me considering i stayed 2 months and only because the location had more than the other hotel i could've went to. I chose to stay for that reason only considering i could've gotten a cheaper hotel closer to my job. They say they got breakfast on they page, but once i got here i founded out they don't serve breakfast no more and on for the guest at the quality inn even though that's what they page promoted at the time of me making the reservation. Horrible all around and i would recommend better. Take caution.

The property wasn’t the problem at all. The staff was amazing. YOU Expedia was the issue. You didn’t push my booking through therefore I had to pay AGAIN with the promise of YOU reimbursing me. They were extremely nice and talked me through what would happen from check in on. Even charged me less than you did Expedia! I expect my refund immediately from you and I will be using another booking app from here on because this is twice this has happened booking through you and there will not be a third

College students looking to save money for one night, should’ve just spent the extra money on a different hotel. There was no staff in the building, the door looked like someone had crowbarred their way in, and we were on the ground floor and the window didn’t have a lock. Just spend the extra money and get a good night of sleep. We didn’t sleep.

Well, they checked us in and when we went to the room the beds were stripped, there was grit on the floor and urine in the toilet and on the toilet seat. When I told them about it and asked to be moved to a different room (preferably on the 2nd floor since we took all our stuff up there already) their response was to cancel our reservation even though my boyfriend was talking to housekeeping who said there were rooms available downstairs. They were not prepared for this weekend, a massive concert in town.

Run down motel looks like it was used to house illegals at one time. We stayed two nights all cleaning crew did was replace the one towel we used and empty the trash can. Didn’t even make the beds or refill the coffee . Way further from our destination than stated on app. Dark only one lamp in room. Luckily they replaced the old carpet in our room with vinyl flooring . Other rooms still had 25 year old carpet . Did I mention the giant wasp nest hanging from the tree between our hotel and the one we need to walk to to check in and out since they have no front desk service . Would not recommend.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. There is no staff at the actual hotel making it feel secluded and unsafe. It was dark and dingy with bugs in the hallways. The room itself wasn’t terrible the carpet seemed cleanish but the whole place gave me the icks. The room had 2 towels for 3 people, the pillows were terrible and the shower handle was broken. It was impossible to get the temperature right. We will not stay here or any other econo lodge in the future. Budget friendly shouldn’t mean total dump. It needs to be gutted and entirely redone. Do not stay here if you are a woman traveling alone. The front desk staff at the Quality inn were kind enough. The rest of the experience went downhill from there

The staff was fantastic. The area felt very safe. I gave my low rating because there were stains on the ceiling and floor, I only received new towels one night of my three night stay, they did not restock my toilet paper, and the door did not lock from the outside.

Did not like that no staff were on site or available in the lobby, had to check in at a site 200 yards away. Listed free breakfast, however, there was no breakfast or coffee available for guests. Room was adequate and what you would expect from a $50 motel, not too clean but not overtly disarray.

This hotel was very disappointing. we had to switch to three different rooms. In the first two rooms the TV and toilet didn't work. The continental breakfast wasn't anything either. These two young gorgeous ladies didn't have a clue how to manage or take care or manage customers needs. They wanted $150 cash deposit

For starters there was glass all in the parking lot. There were burn holes in the comforters. There is a $150 deposit that they don't tell you about until you check in. Back before management changed if you stayed in the econo lodge side you were still able to swim, and now they don't allow you to swim if you stay in the other building. How is that fair when I paid just as much as everyone else and I still have to check in at the main building it's still all the Same but they want to act like it's not. The owners are very rude and greedy. I used to love staying here before management changed. Not only that they close breakfast at 9, which I think is crazy it gives no time for people to get up get there kids ready an out the door. Worst hotel I ever stayed at will not be coming back

This place is a nightmare, I don’t understand how hotels.com lists it as an option. It could not pass any hygiene inspection. My room was so dirty and rancid smelling, reeking of cigarette smoke. No lights in the windowless bathroom. The carpets and furniture were beyond stained and yucky. I slept for a few hours as I just had a transatlantic flight, drove five hours and checked in late, around 10 pm. I did not feel safe there, it looked like some of the other occupants in my building were homeless people. Checked out the next morning at 4 am. Avoid at all costs!

I always carry lysol to spray the sink, shower bed,toilet etc. But I was disgusted when I pulled back the covers and saw the dirty sheets. The pillows were slept on, you could see it. After we told management he ssid we dont have extra sheets. I said do how do you change linen for new clients when I leave? Puke ! I will never,ever go back.
