Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Gaylord by IHG

One of the best hotels from this chain I've ever stayed in. Breakfast was great. Desk staff super friendly and helpful. Quiet even though it's right off the highway. Room was large, clean and well appointed. I stayed en route to my final destination, and chose to stay again on the way back. A+++

Absolutely ridiculous! I booked a jacuzzi suite for Valentines Day, a month+ in advance. When we arrived our room had no jacuzzi. One of the busiest weekends of the year for Gaylord so there were no rooms anywhere. We were forced to stay in a room I didn't reserve. Then because I spent so much time at the front counter checking in and trying to figure out how this happened, we were late getting to our skiing excursion. Very disappointed. Feel like I was taken for a ride by an absolute scam of a setvice. I will NOT be using Orbitz EVER again.

Courteous. We had quite a bit of luggage with us and we were placed on the third floor. Unfortunately, the elevator was broke down all weekend. Other than that, I guess everything was fine.

Bathroom sink was out of soap, and the stair well had hand sanitizer but that didn't work. Luckily i wad prepared with my own... i would still stay there again.
