The check in gentle man was a delightful. Roo. Was very nice. One hot tub was drained and the other jets were super weak. Laundry was very good. Have quarters. The grounds are lovely

We loved our stay at Mountain Lake Lodge. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The pool and hot tubs were wonderful and relaxing and open 24 hours. The view is gorgeous. We loved the fire pits and patio games. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again.

We appreciated being so close to Flathead Lake. Our room had an incredible view of the pool, mountains and lake from the 2nd floor balcony. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, bedding and towels were clean & elegant. Everyone we came in contact with was so friendly and accommodating.

The pool was closed everyday from 10 -1pm for maintaince. Also, if your a non smoker, can't sit out on your patio to enjoy outside, because there were SO MANY smokers out on their patios smoking and all smoke comes over to your area. SO annoying!!! Second smoke can give people cancer too. This should NOT be allowed this day and age!!!

Loved the pool and hot tub. Warm day and felt great to take a dip after being sweaty all day. Proximity to big fork and beautiful flathead lake were wonderful. Property clean and staff friendly. Property is aging and could use a refresh of furnishings. Pool showing its age as well. All in all a good experience

The staff was friendly and the Pizza was good, that's about it. The hotel is very understaffed, the property is run down, the grounds are not well kept and the room's cleanliness was very dissapointed....there was even dog food/treats under the sofa bed. That was disgusting plus there was pet hair all over the room.

* Slight sewage smell to water * TV (Spectrum) resets every 20 mins on both tvs and takes 10 minutes to start back up * Bed very uncomfortable and hard * Floors dirty * Shower floor very slippery * Cobb webs all over rooms * Very outdated * Sliding door doesn’t lock or is very tricky * No secondary curtains behind blackout curtains so had to keep them drawn at all times

Comfortable but outdated and noisy. Shower curtain was dirty and light fixtures throughout had cobwebs. Balcony was weathered and flooring was peeling up badly. Needs updating throughout. Not much for walking options - there was a path close by but it was actually a road in a residential area. There were unleashed dogs and it was not enjoyable. Restaurant/bar is not open daily, even during the summer months.

We loved how quiet the area was. We had a balcony with a beautiful view of Fathead Lake. The room was spacious and clean. We loved our dessert from the restaurant. There is a nice size pool, different family activities around the grounds, and inside the main lodge. The staff is top-notch.

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights and learned on the 3rd day that housekeeping doesn't service the room except every 3 days. So I guess they serviced it the DAY WE CHECKED OUT? We were out of kleenex, almost out of TP, had to go to the front desk and ask for more soap and bath towels and we had to empty our own trash. Not very impressed due to the lack of service.

Loved our stay. Staff was nice. Very quiet. Peaceful! Had an assigned pkg spot. Layout of room was nice. Only complaint was our room was hot. Small town feel. View of lake from room was limited. Ate at nearby grill on the lake. Beautiful area!

beautiful grounds. staff was very friendly. room was very comfortable. Only problems we had were that the fireplace (electric) was not working. It would have put out some heat, but was mainly aesthetic. So it was no big deal as there was another source of heating. And for some odd reason we could not get the TV to turn off. We finally had to unplug it. The remote worked as we could change the channels and volume control worked. It just wouldn't turn off. Other than that - I would definitely recommend this hotel. The attached restaurant, Riley's, was pretty awesome. We had a huge family gathering that basically took up the whole restaurant. They did a fantastic job of serving us and the food was good.

We rented room with a view of the lake but got a room with view of a very noisy hot tub. People had loud conversation until past 11 pm. We had to keep our sliding door closed. There was just a glimpse of the lake. Room had rather dated furniture and didn't feel very comfortable.

Location has very nice views and is easily accessible. Staff was professional and friendly. The facilities are well maintained, especially for its age. The only exception was the noisy plumbing. Squeaky sounds from the other rooms as the shower and toilets were used. That is the only reason I could not give a 5 star.

Check in was a bit awkward and there was some strange informational video on the lobby tv. Lobby was closed when we went to check out at 5:30am but there was no key drop box - so we had to call an after hours number and they told us to just leave the keys in the room. Room was spacious with a lovely view and while used and dated - seemed very clean.

Clean room, staff friendly. They wanted to charge me a pet fee for my service dog and I stated that I had NEVER paid for a service dog ANYWHERE in the USA. She said they are an independent and said I didn’t care. She relented and said ok and didn’t charge me. Mind you they only had 6 rooms rented. If you have a service dog I’d get that squared away before reserving.

From the moment Laura at the front desk gave us home baked cookies made on the premises when we checked in we felt at home. Reasonably priced thru Expedia and the views and grounds were beautiful. The restaurant on site makes a real wood oven pizza that was delicious. Quiche at breakfast in lobby was homemade and on the house with local coffee.

Room was nicely done. I would rate higher but unstaffed after 9 PM. At 11 a pick-up load of young adults (teens??) used the parking for a party with the doors opened and music blaring. We could hear it from about 20-30 yards and inside the accomodations. Resturaunt/bar was closed the night we were there. We had an "lake view" room, which meant you could see a sliver of the lake if you set in the corner of the balcony.

Location was beautiful. Pool was great with an excellent view. Very family friendly. Rooms were more dated than they looked in photos on the site. We booked a deluxe one bedroom suite but were originally put in an open room with no separate bedroom. Apparently all rooms are described as “one bedroom suites”. Front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating and moved us to separate bedroom suite the next day. Would return again.

Absolutely amazing stay. They have a restaurant on site and a market next door. The room and view is stunning. We will be back!! I love the hot tub and pool is open 24 hours.

Absolutely amazing stay. They have a restaurant on site and a market next door. The room and view is stunning. We will be back!! I love the hot tub and pool is open 24 hours.

Second time staying at Mountain Lake Lodge and it didn’t disappoint. Quiet, clean and staff was great. About 45 min from glacier close to kalispell was perfect for our travel plans.

This was a cozy place to stay about 10 minutes away from Bigfork. Not too far from Whitefish and Glacier! The property is a little older, but very well maintained, clean, and the grounds and views are beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay! Also the gas station and Sip of Montana are walking distance in case you need anything. It was lovely, and the kids enjoyed the pool.

We ended up staying Monday through Wednesday and wished Riley's would have been open more. But understand as help is hard to fine. Pool and hot tub are excellent with a great view. Front desk staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Would love to come back soon.

Grounds are beautiful. Rooms were a little dated, but still a clean & well kept. Dinner @Rileys was disappointing. They were evidenlty having issues with pizza oven. We sent ours back. Noticed other parties having similar issues. Staff apologized and tried to make things right.

From the moment Laura at the front desk gave us home baked cookies made on the premises when we checked in we felt at home. Reasonably priced thru Expedia and the views and grounds were beautiful. The restaurant on site makes a real wood oven pizza that was delicious. Quiche at breakfast in lobby was homemade and on the house with local coffee.

This was an excellent hotel and probably one of the best we've tried. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The property was incredibly quiet and I don't think I've ever slept so well away from home. The view of Flathead Lake was very nice and the pool overlooked it. The hot tubs were vital after hiking in the area and at Glacier. The restaurant was also very nice. There was a good selection of dishes, portions were large, prices were fair, and the service was great! When we come back, this will be our first choice for lodging.

Comfortable but outdated and noisy. Shower curtain was dirty and light fixtures throughout had cobwebs. Balcony was weathered and flooring was peeling up badly. Needs updating throughout. Not much for walking options - there was a path close by but it was actually a road in a residential area. There were unleashed dogs and it was not enjoyable. Restaurant/bar is not open daily, even during the summer months.

The hotel is showing some wear and should be updated. The room was quiet and clean. The pool area is nice but the jets in one hot tub didn't work and the other hot tub was broken. The resturant needs help. Menu is very limited with few healthy options. The person sitting next to ordered a pizza. While it looked cooked the middle and toppings were raw. I only know this becsuse the person was very vocal about it.

Avoid the restaurant!!! Worst food and overall experience we've had in years. Pizza was burnt to a crisp and they didn't even offer a new one or to remove it from our bill.

I will definitely return to this Lodge as the views from most of the rooms were great. Breakfast was above average for a Continental Breakfast as there were some fresh fruit and baked options in addition to the typical wrapped breakfast bars and biscuits.

The pool and spa were lovely! Clean, well maintained with a stunning view! The properly was very tidy but clearly in need of some maintenance. The putting green was in bad shape, The carpet in my suite was frayed and coming up on then edges on the bathroom and the balcony French doors didn’t seal or lock. The room was extremely clean but the bed was very hard and dated. You could hear/feel every spring. The front desk staff kind and welcoming. The restaurant on site was excellent! Would stay again.

Really nice resort. About 30-40 min from Kalispell. Several things to review. The property is really nice. Rooms are large, comfortable and spacious. Amazing porch area and beautiful view of the lake! One thing, this is NOT on the lake but has a distant view which is very pretty. The staff is awesome, the restaurant is really good. The bed was comfortable and we didn’t need the heat or AC so can’t review those. The shower was hot and good pressure. The pool area and large hot tub is amazing. One note about the pool, local kids sneak into it at night and we were woken about 1am from the loudness. I would stay again !
