• Severe Bathroom Contamination: The shower stall corners and wall tile grouting are covered in thick, dark mold and severe orange slime/mildew buildup, presenting a clear health hazard. • Broken Fixtures & Dangerous Patches: The metal bathroom door handle is entirely broken off its mount. Instead of a proper mechanical repair, it was crudely covered in wet, exposed silicone or caulking material, rendering the door completely unsafe and dysfunctional. • Neglected Cleanliness: The main table surfaces are covered in prominent, dried coffee rings and sticky stains, proving that the room was not wiped down or sanitized prior to my arrival. These conditions directly violate basic hospitality cleanliness standards and pose a health risk. Because the hotel failed to provide a safe, sanitary, and fully functional environment, I requested the full refund but they refused. I had to book the alternative hotel right away because I couldn’t stand any more minutes
