Very clean, well appointment, comfortable bed and pillows, basic kitchen equipment for microwave cooking, friendly staff, super easy chek in and check out paperless. Hot water and heating is good. Room is small but adequate. Situated adjacent to rail line but with window closed is practically soundproof. Quiet could not hear other guests. Is a little distance from train station and restaurants but easily walkable. Great value. Highly recommend.

Air conditioner worked perfectly, all other equipment we used had no issues except of the kettle which is probably rusted and makes water with bad taste. The major disadvantages are the size of the room and the location of the hotel. The room has no space to accommodate the tiny table with 2 seats. The hotel is squeezed between very busy Pacific Hwy and railway. The windows in rooms facing noisy and polluted Pacific Hwy needs to be firmly shut.

It was exactly as advertised however on arrival there was a sign outside with a much cheaper room rate 😳. Walkable from station. Basically as hour from standing up in the plane to arriving for checking (carry on only), 30mins into the city. Great option.

Was easy to get in and sorted even though we were early the staff was super accommodating. Couldn’t ask for more. The self check in super handy.

Very clean room and very comfortable bed. Seranin Gordon is within walking distance of Gordon shops and the train station which gives quick access to the city.
