Four Seasons Hotel Tunis

Rena och fräscha rum. Otroligt trevlig personal. Fint poolområde och bra restauranger. Kuddarna och sängen var outstanding.

The hotel is good, but it’s expensive, and for the price you pay, you expect top quality in every aspect. The hotel can also be a bit intrusive—I was contacted three times before checking in and another three to four times during my stay, plus messages on WhatsApp. They should have a better system for organizing their communication. When everything is fine, there’s no need to keep checking in all the time. In addition, they came to my door to inform me that I had received a leather bookmark. That’s a nice gesture, but I didn’t need it, and there was no reason to notify me about something I had obviously noticed myself. Also, they fold all your clothes and organize your toiletries. For me, that feels too personal and like too much of an invasion. It would be better if they had a simple opt-in/opt-out system for that. I also didn’t like that none of the trash bins have plastic bags. I understand this may be for environmental reasons, but it ends up being messy. It would be better to empty and reuse a bag instead.
