GLAD Gangnam COEX Center

호텔 청결도나 위치는 참 좋아요. 그런데 발렛파킹은 좀 별로네요. 발렛파킹 맡겼었는데 주차타워가 아니라 외부에 세워둔건 그럴수 있어요. 근데 열쇠를 잃어버리셨다면 출차전에 대책이라도 세우게 차주한테 연락은 줬어야죠. 출장중 묵는지라 당일 출차후 바로 이동후 행사가 잡혀있었는데 차 찾고 키 찾고, 시간 다 보냈습니다.

Property was very clean. Easy access to Subway and/or taxi and Uber options. Very walkable and staff was quite friendly. The gym is rather small but was sufficient. We also used the onsite coin laundry facilities which were a welcome addition to our week long stay.

주차가 포함인줄 알았는데 별도 요금 발생되는걸 체크인 가능 메시지 보고 알았어요. 미리 적혀있으면 좋겠습니다

Near to the subway station Line 2 Samseong station which accessible to most of the tourist spot & shopping area. Cleaning staff also very friendly and tidy. Washer & dryer located at basement, and the dryer is strong enough to dry all the thick winter clothes. But you need to pay for the detergent or bring it yourself and also need to pay by card. They have 3 elevators but still need to wait and queue for the elevator during peak hour especially morning check out time and night dinner time.

The room is spacious with updated and well-maintained facilities . It is not worse than those so called 4 or 5 stars hotel. Hotel rate is very competitive. One of the concern is about the transport. In the return trip, there is the Airport Bus going directly to Incheon, there is no bus stops at all, we have to walk to the Terminal. With lots of construction works undergoing around that area, it is not a pleasant experience to carry the baggages all along to the Bus Terminal.

Everything was great, but coffee shop was closed during the stay. Also the Valet parking gave me the keys and made me walk to the car, instead of bringing the car to us. Besides that excellent place to stay.

Convenient location for attending a conference at Coex center (walking distance). There was a lot of construction nearby but good dining options within walking distance. I appreciated the convenient laundry room that used credit cards for payment and detergent. Restaurant gets booked fast, and you need reservations. The gym/fitness room is TINY and didn't provide disinfecting wipes for the equipment but open 24 hours (awkward to exercise with others in tiny space, but I used it during unpopular hours to avoid the crowd). Very clean room but the carpet seemed fairly old. Rooms are mostly soundproof so I got a good nights sleep every day. They provide lotion, soap, shampoo, conditioner, bottled water, teas and coffee but no milk or cream, and no iron. I had to walk to the convenience stores to get milk for my coffee. Internet is unsecured so avoid opening banking or financial websites there.

Fine if you need somewhere just to sleep. A bit noisy at night as you can hear the Main Street. Gym is very underwhelming. Breakfast system was complicated

하수구 냄새가 제어가 안되서 문을 열어두고 잤더니 감기에 걸린것 같습니다. 다음 고객은 불편하지 않도록 조치하셔야될것 같습니다.

객실이 깔끔하고 화장실도 청결했어요 침대도 푹신하고

다른곳은 괜찮았으나 욕실에 머리카락 뭉치가 있었음.

オシャレな部屋でした。 タオルが使い古した感じで、そこだけが残念でした。

The Carpet was wet when I checked in my room and it smelled liked mold.

방음이 별로였음. 지나다니는 차 소리에 잠자기가 좀 힘들었음. 그 외에는 다 좋았음.

객실은 깨끗하나 쫌 좁음. 욕실이 시끄러움

Great customer service. Convenient location. The only thing that i didnt like was the size of the room and the gym. Otherwise it's a great place to stay at. Would come back again.

Quit and in room facility well made

Everything was great except the room size. The double deluxe room was too tiny for two people. Lucky we chose to stay for just one night.

Only complaints are that the fridge is pretty small, the sliding door on the bathroom closed very suddenly/loudly, and the construction on the road out front was a bit annoying. Crossing the road underground through the train station was easier and faster.

Close to everything, very helpful staff, quiet room, very clean. Not large but comfortable.

Convenient walking distance to Coex mall. Subway is conveniently located right outside of the hotel. Dining options and cafes right around the corner. Being on the ninth floor is not high enough to escape the noise of cars honking. Try to get a room on a higher floor is possible

部屋の壁がかなり薄いためか、隣の部屋の話し声が深夜まで聞こえ十分に眠れなかった。 またカードキーが正しく動作せずにロビーに行く必要が二度もあった。 交通アクセスが良い点は高評価。

The hotel is located in a very convenient location and the staff are extremely kind.

三成駅から本当にすぐ近くて見つけやすかったです。何より、最終日に体調を崩してしまって、チェックアウト時間以降も部屋で休ませて欲しいからチェックアウト時間を延ばしたいとお願いしたら、追加料金なしで部屋を貸してくださいました泣 非常に心優しいスタッフさん方で非常に感謝しております。また泊まらせてください。本当に本当にありがとうございました。

Cleaning lady was soooo nice and took care of me very graciously!

The location is very convenient, just a minute’s walk from the subway station. Housekeeping was excellent. However, the staff at the reception desk could have been a little more attentive.

The room is clean and situated in a convenient location. Staff service I would say is very basic, don’t expect a warm welcome or even a smile from the staffs and receptionists.

WE left Fraser Place Namdaemun and had a FANTASTIC experience and arrived Gangnam area to see a baseball game and visit area.After reviewing a lot of hotels,we chose GLAD for its friendly namesake,location & value.We were greeted cordially but definitely not warm/friendly feeling.It felt as if we were a bother to the gentleman checking us in.We reserved a jumbo twin on the 3rd floor #314.The baseball game was about to start so we quickly got into the room and went to the stadium which was easy! When we returned to the room, it took a long time to cool off, but we were tired so we went to sleep a bit warm. The next day the air seemed stuck at 25 and we told the front desk 3xs.They said someone would come and fix it, NO ONE came.After the 3rd time I went to front desk and they said someone was coming to look at it and would bring up a fan, when I asked if someone was going to fix it, the person said they don't speak English.I went down again and told them I told them I was paid for a room with working features, they moved us to #514 and bidet was not working.Room temp was better though.Overall the stay was in a convenient location, but not the friendliest place.2 women were noticeably welcoming and friendly. 전숙자 (Jeon Sook Ja) was our room attendant and she was the NICEST GLAD EMPLOYEE we met!She made sure our room was all set and also called when the bidet didn't work, maintenance came after 10 min when she asked.She was friendly and inviting!전숙자 (Jeon Sook Ja)THANK YOU!

Check-in was easy and all the staff (front desk and cleaning) were very friendly, helpful and polite. The room was very clean. Great location near Starfield Coex Mall with a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby.

三成駅1番出口を出てすぐ目の前になので、迷う事なく辿りつけて良かったです。コエックスや現代百貨店も近く、コンビニも周辺に何店舗かありとても便利でした。

삼성역과 붙어있어서 서울에서 출장이 한결 편했습니다.

This hotel located very close to subway station and also COEX mall. Very convenient!!

ホテルはとても綺麗で何より便利な場所！立地が最高！ ただ1点　コエックスエリア、ホテル前の道路が大型工事を行なっており　工事の騒音で目が覚めました。 それ以外は快適に過ごせました。

최악이었어요. 근처 소음이 공사로 인해 너무 인간적으로 심했어요. 아침 7AM 부터 새벽 12AM까지 공사를 주중과 주말에 하다니요...! 호텔도 알고 있었고 이 부분에 대해서 명시했을 때, 다른 조치 하지 않았고 미안하다는 말도 없고 그렇다고 서비스를 해준것도 아니어서 정말 불편했습니다. 체크아웃할때 소음이 불편했다고 얘기했는데 어짜피 떠나는 사람이어서 였는지, 미안하단 말을 안해서 좀 어이없었지만, 다신 오지 않을꺼니 그냥 넘어갔습니다.

Was informed upon arrival that breakfast wasnt available. Sold out! This I have never experienced before during my 20 years of travelling Apart from this very expensive and rooms very small

近くに地下鉄の駅と大きなショッピングモールがあり、立地が非常に良いため、ショッピングを楽しんだり、旅行に必要な物を買ったりするのに便利だと思います。オプション（2200ウォン）で食事を付けられますが、前日までに予約する必要がある一方で、メニューが売り切れていて選択肢が一つしかないなど、あまり良いものではありませんでした。

It was a great location for COEX and easy for the metro. Room was fine and I slept well. Breakfast was fully booked and not available but there are local options. Good laundry ( needs an ironing board).

COEXモール、地下鉄の駅（三成駅）が近く、買い物、移動のアクセスが抜群でした。また、ホテルの周辺にもカフェ、レストラン、コンビニがたくさんあって便利です。 私が使ったお部屋にはシャワーがありませんでしたが、2種類のシャワーヘッドがあり、トイレにはウォシュレットもありました。 ホテルの朝食も3種類から選べ、内容も良かったです。 COEXエリアでは、お値段的にもお勧めのホテルなので、次もこちらにしようと思います。
