Incredibly clean & comfortable stay! Location was central to major Seoul neighbourhoods, and the staff was prompt and kind with every request. The room was spacious, tidy, and felt luxurious. The staff greeted us every single time we walked past the desk, and one graciously walked my friend all the way to the airport bus stop to help her get home safely! :) Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect location, close to Metro cross section. High service and great facilities - we were upgraded to a Suite, which was amazing - thank you! Will definitely return to this place again;-)

10/10 stay for our first visit in Seoul. Great welcoming team in the reception, always greeting you when you enter the lobby. The hotel is very close to the subway, as well as myeongdong. Will absolutely stay here again next time I visit.

Hotel excelente. Porém o café da manhã é muito fraco pelo porte do hotel. Poucas opções e não tenho em frutas e queijos. O hotel 10 mas o café da manhã 5

Staff were friendly and helpful. Some light fittings were hanging precariously off the walls. The room/bathroom was very clean. We didn’t try breakfast as you had to decide what you wanted by 11pm the night before.
