It's on me that I didn't realize this isn’t a hotel, just a suite of en suites in an office building. No one on site upon arrival and directions needed for selfcheckin were only emailed to me a few hours before arrival. I didnt know to expecr them and spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to get in. Room very small, but well furnished and clean. Very convenient to walk to major sites. There was a safe in the room but so tiny. Couldnt even fit my ereader in it. When staff on site, extremely kind and helpful.
