DON’T BELIEVE THE PICTURES, THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY RUNDOWN!! - Mould on pillows- asked for new pillows which also were covered in mould. - Walls covered in mould and damp. - Limescale covered shower and fittings - Plug sockets not working - No staff ever available- number left we were unable to call - Property is extremely run down - No WIFI in bedrooms - Had to as for fresh toilet paper and towels as 1 roll for 9 nights does not suffice - Asked to move rooms, no soap to wash your hands and walls covered in mould - Pool needs cleaning - dead insects floating around - Broken amenities around the pool - Terrible shower pressure - Infrequent hot water The owners have let his place run into disrepair and don’t seem to care about paying guests welfare. Many of the guests we saw were sat in the heat for upwards of an hour waiting for someone to come and check them in. Their rooms were not ready on arrival (at the required check in time) meaning they were told to “just wait” even longer in the heat whilst their room was cleaned. Many of the guests we saw were extremely disappointed and took pictures of the run down property. Would not recommend you stay here!!!
