Perry Lane Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Savannah

This hotel is fabulous! It was very convenient to walk around historic Savannah. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was great and a lovely rooftop bar. I highly recommend the Perry Lane Hotel!

This is a first class hotel and the staff are all SUPER nice and accommodating. We are SO glad we stayed here. If I could make one minor recommendation, it would be to have coffee available in both lobbies in the morning. We stayed in one building and had to go outside and over to the main building to get coffee to take back to the room. At least have carriers so that we could take 4 cups back without having to do a second time. Very minor but for what we paid for our room, this minor change would have been welcomed !! We are a bit taken back that we were charged $52 per night for valet parking. Maybe that is the norm in Savannah ? This is a premium boutique hotel and we were in heaven ! Our room and bathroom were the ultimate!!

The Perry Lane could not be located more perfectly in Savannah. So easy to head to the park, towards the river or walk around the hotel. The ammenities were fantastic, used the gym, ate at the restuarant, hung out in the bar, and sat by the pool. I will go back to the Perry Lane soon. Also, Sam was very helpful checking in and organizing great locations for dinning. PL is well run!

Great Boutique style Hotel with top notch service. Great rooftop bar and pool/lounging area. Nice Showers and very comfortable bed to complete a relaxing weekend getaway for my wife and me.

Very centrally located. Some nice perks with champagne each day if you wanted it and roof top deck and pool were very nice. Only two thinks we didn't like, 1) no coffee maker in the room. You get a cup of free coffee downstairs but it would be nice to have it in your room as in other places and 2) there were really only two drawers, large but only two. Other than these two minor things, we very much enjoyed it and would stay there again

This is not a luxury hotel. It is a nice boutique hotel and worth about half of the price. They need a spa, a better gym, and a concierge who is available. Their prices do not match what you get. There are much better options right down the road in Savannah.

Perry Lane is a beautiful hotel! The rooftop bar and pool are both beautiful! The hotel is perfectly located to shops, restaurants and bars! If I returned to Savannah, I would stay at the Perry Lane again!

Unfortunately, the hotel seems to have a unique problem with dampness. We noticed it immediately upon entering the building and it got worse when we entered our room. I would say damp and musty sums it up. I will add there were dehumidifiers running in the hallways and in one case a room on our floor was closed off with fans running in it. There were also puddles in the street in front which we did not see anywhere else. Sorry, but you need to get that remediated.

The hotel had a lot to offer - several restaurants, pool, gym, a rooftop bar, coffee all day, wine from noon on, etc. The staff at the desk and around the hotel was attentive, and kind. The hotel is located in the historic center of Savannah, walkable and convenient and has a shuttle *which we have not used). The rooms are big and clean, and are being serviced and cleaned on a daily basis.

Only complaint is the musty smell in both the room and the upstairs hallways and the ice cold air conditioning set on blast when walking into the room. Once I turned it off, the musty smell consumed me. You may need to manage humidity in the rooms better than with the air conditioning.

Service team was top tier. Very friendly! The hotel on the other hand was subpar at best. For 4/5 star hotel is did not meet the mark. Most of the attention is put into the cafe:restaurant but the rooms are not even close to 5 star. Lots of dust, one wash cloth, no house cleaning came up to 330pm. I had to call them. No microwave, no coffee maker, fridge was filled within purchase items only. No space to store your food, not hot water in shower!, room service ends early at 8pm. Parking is $55 a day but it’s blocks away from the hotel. So you can’t even access your vehicle conveniently. All of these misses are okay if this was a 3star hotel but for almost $400 total a night I would not recommend this hotel if you are use to 5star amenities and expectations.

Location of the hotel is perfect. We parked our car and did not need it until we checked out two days later as we walked everywhere. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with check in, valet and questions we had. The rooms are very nice. We were a bit disappointed that we had only one wash cloth, no tissues and the hooks on the wall were broken. But the room was wuite and comfortable. Enjoyed the rooftop bar!

unfortunately our room smelled like Cat Pee. Aside from that the rooms are spacious and very very comfortable and updated beautifully. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast otion was delicious. when we arrived after a 7 hour drive, at 4:30 PM, our room was not ready until 6 Pm. We had 7 Pm dinner reservations so we had to rush. Our room smelled like Cat Pee and the hotel was full, so we could not get into another room. sadly no one offered any kind consolation, not that i was looking for one. Maybe send someone to the room to smell the cat pee or get the cleaning staff to know the difference from cat pee smell and a proper hotel smell and report it. Aside from that, its a very nice hotel.

The whole stay was average. They assured us our room would be available in 20 mins. Almost two hours later we entered our room smelling of bleach. Drinks and food are overpriced, as was the cost of our room. Shout out to the valet guys….they were the best part of our stay! Will not be staying here again.

Property is very clean and modern and relatively new but fits into the historic area very well. Staff was very helpful and attentive and service was quite good. We stayed in a deluxe room with a view that was on the smaller side with no view so not sure it was worth the extra money. The room was nicely appointed but a bit cramped and there was no in-room coffee maker as you had to go down to the lobby for coffee. But it was in walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants and we would definitely stay there again. .

This was honestly one of the best hotels my family and I have stayed in. They really bring the term hospitality to life. You're greeted by super friendly staff upon check in and whenever you walk into the hotel. While checking in, you're offered sparkling wine. There's complimentary coffee and tea all day. Room was very clean. The bed was SO comfortable. I kept joking that it was like I was falling asleep on a cloud. Shower was amazing!! The hotel had a restaurant. We had a delicious breakfast there. Everything here just felt really thoughtful, warm and inviting. Walking distance to everything. Highly recommend!!

I was excited to stay at Perry Lane but the reality didn’t meet my expectations for a 5 star hotel. Pros: - Convenient location - Quiet - Sever restaurants and gym on site - Free coffee and bottled water Cons: - The room was small. I wasn’t expecting the size of a room you’d get in NYC. There was no desk or chair (though the staff kindly brought up a portable setup), no night tables next to the bed, and really no where to store items. - The amenities were not shared with me verbally upon check in - The sanitizing wipes were empty and never replaced in the gym during my 3 day stay - No turndown service Overall the room was a disappointment. Perry Lane seems more like a nice Marriott than a 5 star destination.

Great restaurant. Room beautifully interior decorated in soothing color with built ins.and shower and bathroom same with extra large shower. towels large and were plentiful. There were no chairs in room which would have been helpful if did not want to sit on bed while watching TV. Lobby and elevator were hot while room and restaurant were air conditioned. Hotel was in a good place in the city for sightseeing.Personnel accomodating.

The property is exceptionally well managed. The rooms were incredibly quiet—we had no idea how noisy our neighbors were until we stepped into the hallway!

Beautiful property and helpful staff with the exception of one issue which ruined our stay and kept us from sleeping well. Two nights in a row the heat in our room was excessive and our thermostat would not control it. We woke up to a temperature of 81 degrees in the middle of the night. We told staff about it and they said they would have someone look at it while we were out, but it did the same thing the next night. Very frustrating and ruined an otherwise very nice stay.

Cute room, but tiny. No chairs or desk. Yipping yapping dogs next door. Indecipherable faucets in shower. Great location, nice bed and pillows. Restaurant pricey. Staff friendly and attentive.

The staff was outstanding. The room was immaculately clean. The only thing the room could have used was a chair and table. Also, The bed was not super comfortable.

Hotel was great, fun rooftop bar. Only drawback is the bed is extremely soft- I loved it, but my husband has a bad back and ended up sleeping on the floor to have the support for his back.

We absolutely love staying at this hotel! Every time we drive from FL to SC, we stop over for a night in Savannah. This hotel has a great location and it's such a walkable town. The customer service is phenomenal, such friendly helpful staff. It is by far one of our favorite places to stay!

This is hands down the best hotel in our 20 years traveling. The service was impeccable. The front desk was so gracious, accommodating, friendly and always ready to offer a recommendation. The doorman were so incredibly attentive. From the Rose' all day, to the house car, every need was catered to. If you want ro feel pampered while staying in Savannah, I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The staff’s swift action after a couple of early concerns transformed a difficult situation into a truly memorable experience. I am grateful for the personal attention they provided. Their dedication to making guests feel welcome and valued really stood out and greatly enhanced our overall impression of the hotel. The room service desk is terrible called more than 10 times each night no one answers! The front desk is always crowded with only one person for service! Extremely noise inside !! We had dinner at the restaurant and was very loud full of people drinking and very uncomfortable! Not coming back!! Rather stay at the alida or JW

From the moment you arrive the staff goes above and beyond in helping you in any way possible. From Front desk to Bar staff and anyone in between. Housekeeping were efficient and incredibly stealthy. Would leave the room for an hour or so and when returned room was cleaned. Speaking of the room, the shower was large and the best water pressure and shower head we have experienced in any hotel. We normally do not use a Hotel restaurant but chose to use Emporium Kitchen for convenience for breakfast and the food was amazing. Convenient location in Historic Downtown and no problem getting a Quick Uber ride while visiting this time of year. Also used their complimentary car service and highly recommend if available. Highly recommend staying at this Hotel and would stay here again.

Best hotel ever!

Every person we encountered was professional and friendly. We were offered champagne when we checked in. The room was clean and comfy and had all the extras we needed. The hotel was close to the city center, the river, many restaurants, shopping, and anything we wanted to do, so we did not have to ever take our car out. The rooftop bar/ pool were nice bonuses. We will definitely return.

Perry Lane was wonderful! The location was just right, not too far from river street or Forsyth Park in either direction, with lots of shops and restaurants close by. We needed to bring our dog last minute, and the staff made sure she was more than welcome. Even with all the other wonderful accommodation options, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Can’t beat location. Great A/C which is probably the most important thing. Beds were very comfortable. Great shower as well. Also enjoyed the rooftop pool. Honestly I don’t know why someone would stay anywhere else in Savannah.

Great location to walk around Nicely designed hotel Breakfast menu was a bit poor; not enough actual breakfast items as it’s an all day brunch. Early morning you want toast etc No tea/coffee facilities in room. Given the rating of the hotel I don’t know why they wouldn’t provide such a basic amenity. Instead ordering a coffee to your room will cost you $16! When your alarm goes off, you don’t want to rush down to the coffee shop. You want the decadence of a coffee in bed. Had a great time at the Perry Lane! Great service from Zach and the valets/drivers/attendants/Emporium staff. The bar where free drinks were served was cute and cozy but the service was lackluster there & bartender was less than friendly. Overall, we had a great stay and appreciate the option to use the car service.

Roof top had an awesome view overlooking the city and had great food! Not to mention both buildings bars on the ground level were exceptional also with great foods.

This was our second stay at the Perry Lane Hotel. The staff is outstanding and the location is the best. The restaurant was just OK and pricey. There are many restaurants nearby to try.

Loved our stay. Professional, warm and highly service oriented staff/team. High touch experience begins at check in and continues. Nicely appointed lobby, sitting area, and art pieces throughout contribute to the experience. We had lovely cocktails created by friendly skilled bar team at Peregrin while enjoying the view. Location is fabulous with sites, shopping, eating all in walking distance. Recommend!
