Upon check-in, we had a bit of technical difficulty where it took over 10 minutes for me to check-in. I also noticed the staff offering water to customers coming in but was not given that option. The purpose of selecting this hotel was the indoor pool but it was disappointing that the pool was closed during the indicated time (9am - 10pm). Our last day, we were informed the pool should be open when the locksmith opens and there is nothing wrong with the pool; but only to find out they had to test the chemicals again which will take another hour; which was already time to check-out. Overall, my stay was a bit disappointing.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was big, clean and convenient with a little kitchenette and full size refrigerator. We didn't bring our dog but I love that they allow dogs. Free breakfast in the morning. We'll definitely stay here again.

Everything at hotel was great! Wonderful staff at front desk, breakfast crew was fantastic! We only stayed 3 nights so no interaction with housekeeping, we opted out of their service but I do suggest a bit more attention to vacuuming under sofa, sort of ick. Very, very, very dog friendly! Definitely going to go back. Fantastic location & staff. Property super nice!

Very nice, clean, newer property. Everything about the 2 night stay was great, very nice rooms, very nice pool area, breakfast area and breakfast options were great. Will stay here again if in the area.

Pet friendly so I assume the heavier chemical Smells were to mitigate the presence of said pets. Some rooms were rather noisy/partys. Late into the night. Otherwise lovely hotel, great friendly staff and very accessible to shopping dining and activities.

As an attorney and expert in consumer legal advice, I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Flagstaff in Flagstaff, Arizona. During my stay, I encountered dogs in the lobby and dining room, as well as the smell of what I can only interpet as of dog presence in my room, and dog hair on the sofas, including what appers to smell like dog feces, in my room and around my bed. I was not made aware that this hotel accommodates pets, and this experience was extremely disappointing and unsanitary. As a dog owner and pet lover, I understand the importance of accommodating pets in designated areas, however, I do not expect to encounter any hint of thei past presence in my room or on my bed during my vacation. I demand a full refund for my stay, along with a formal apology from Marriott. I intend to file a complaint with the General Attorney's Office in Phoenix, and will not stay at any Marriott hotel unless the pet policy is revised to designate specific rooms for pets and prohibit their presence in public areas.

I’ve stayed here several times but this time the price was pretty costly and my room was in poor condition. Several different types of hair on the walls in the shower, the shower floor was brown and looked dirty. The lamp shade in the living room was broken and the top was cracked. Expect more for the price

A perfect place to stay in Flagstaff. Huge room with a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, cooktop & microwave. Very comfortable quality king bed and beautiful bathroom with a huge shower. Big screen TV and large desk/workspace. And a killer view of the mountains. Everything Flagstaff has to offer is right outside the door. Parking is cheap and convenient. Book it for your next trip to FLG AZ!

Staff was great. Had to issues in the room that were fixed the next day. Fantastic views of mountains from our 3rd floor room. Staff gave us a list of places to eat, eat at Josphine's. .3 miles away and outstanding. We walk there and back. The Residence Inn's breakfast is amazing. Different selection every day, food is great and workers at the breakfast are exceptional. The Inn is centrally located. We will be back!

We were very impressed walking in. The lobby is decorated great and they had letters for Santa and a box for the kids which my daughter loved. Then seeing the elevators we were impressed again. It was large and looked really nice but over all the room itself sold us. The room is very large and we loved the kitchenette which we technically didn’t need but was a very nice addition.

We were in a nice suite with plenty of room but our room was adjacent to the stairwell where people, especially kids, stomped up and down the stairs till almost midnight every night. The hotel is pet-friendly. That's fine. But there was a howling, crying dog in the room next to ours for about a half day. The room had a "full kitchen," but there was no soap provided. We could have used the dishwasher, I suppose, to wash two cups, plates and glasses and a bit of silverware, but we got one tablet for the dishwasher. We used shower soap to wash our dishes. The thermostat was a mystery. It was 68 in our room the whole first day and we absolutely could not warm it up. The electric remote drapes were a mystery. Sometimes, all of the drapes would close, bedroom and living room. Sometimes, all of them would open. Sometimes, neither. We would just get lucky on that. The shower had two shower heads, a spigot and two control handles. We finally figured those out. One luggage rack. Had to ask for another. One cup of coffee at a time. We carry our own 4-cup coffee pot. One tiny bar of soap in the bath. We had an extra bed, a fold-out full-size sofa, but the sheet provided was for a twin bed. The room was large and the main bed was comfortable but for well-over $300/night, we expected more supplies and maybe a few instructions on how to use this mysterious room.

Everything you would want in Downtown Flagstaff. Changed our booking to here after being disappointed with Little America on the outskirts of town. The staff here were so much friendlier. Great room, nice breakfast too. Recommend.

My room was not ready for a 4:00 check in. I was told they would call me when ready. Never got a call. Went back to hotel. Staff was unclear at 6:45 if room had been clean turns out it was ready at 5:30. Normally this wouldn’t have bothered me, but I was beat tire from driving and wanted a hot shower. The rest of the stay was perfect.

Staff was great. Had to issues in the room that were fixed the next day. Fantastic views of mountains from our 3rd floor room. Staff gave us a list of places to eat, eat at Josphine's. .3 miles away and outstanding. We walk there and back. The Residence Inn's breakfast is amazing. Different selection every day, food is great and workers at the breakfast are exceptional. The Inn is centrally located. We will be back!

love the layout of the room, and the location is excellent with regard to walking to shopping/variety of restaurants. Best part is the staff. Joshua at the front desk was friendly and professional. Best of all, Rudy, the maintenance engineer, bent over backwards to help us with a unique vehicular problem. So happy we stopped here for the night.

Every thing you need while in Flagstaff is within walking distance. The train is a little loud but manageable. Make sure to stop in to Roosterbus men’s store if you are looking for cool men’s clothes. Enjoy!!

Everything you would want in Downtown Flagstaff. Changed our booking to here after being disappointed with Little America on the outskirts of town. The staff here were so much friendlier. Great room, nice breakfast too. Recommend.

The best Marriott property hands down. Super clean, friendly and very helpful staff and the best breakfast in the Marriott ecosystem. The kitchen staff needs to be commended for their hard work in providing exceptional and varied breakfast options every day. Friday breakfast and Sunday breakfast are 5 stars. Friday has homemade Mexican breakfast options and Sunday is steak and eggs. It is obvious by all aspects of the hotel that there is an exceptional leadership team.

Leave the car parked and walk around the block to charming old town Flagstaff. Perfect location for our desert heat escape, hiking, downtown exploring and family gatherings with a special shout out to my grandnephew’s band, Following Sunday, at the Mountaintop Taproom.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is the location. We were able to easily walk to restaurants, shops, and downtown Flagstaff attractions, and it made a convenient home base for exploring Northern Arizona. Check-in was quick and easy, and the beds were comfortable after a long day of driving and sightseeing. The complimentary bottled water was also a nice touch and much appreciated. Breakfast was included with our stay, which helped offset the cost, but it was fairly average. The biggest issue was that items were slow to be replenished, so there was quite a bit of waiting around for popular breakfast items to be restocked. This is also a very pet-friendly hotel. While many travelers will appreciate that, there were quite a few dogs on property during our stay, and we could hear barking in the morning. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. My only hesitation is the value. At nearly $300 per night, I expected a little more from what felt like a fairly standard hotel experience. That said, if location and convenience are your priorities, this is a solid choice for a stay in Flagstaff. — Ericka A., Houston, Texas
