Incredible service by the nicest folks. I was there during off season so the owner was on-site a lot doing a lot of caretaking and redoing the common areas. It was nice to see a group of people care so much about their location. Super cute rooms and the most incredible shared outside space with swings. A great place to watch the bats and stars of Sedona. Josh had wonderful recommendations and was incredibly welcoming. I would, and likely will, stay again.

What an adorable place to stay. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The swings are comfortable. Bug spray is a must! The fountains are soothing. They are currently undergoing restoration. Doesn’t interfere with evening sleep or rooms. The rooms are adequate. Beds are comfortable. There is no ice machine. Ice trays in room but be sure to fill them upon arrival. The air conditioning units are not large enough for the rooms. It gets cool and there are ceiling fans which keep it tolerable. However, you must keep the bathroom door shut or all the heat comes in from the vent. Our shower had orange mold in the walls. That was a underwhelming. The staff was very friendly. Rooms are not serviced during your stay. Overall nice place and we would stay again.

Beautiful property. The ability to relax outside in a beautiful environment is so relaxing. We came during monsoon season with all the rain. Its amazing how they kept the back area covered from the rain, but you can hear to rain and drops.

A small botique hotel , clean and reasonably quiet. You need to watch to find the hotel but once in it is charming. Traffic makes it a challenge and minimal parking. There is very limited parking and staffing hours are tough but are very helpful when they are there. We would stay again

unfortunately the water feature had broken down and they were in the process of repairing it when I checked in. Mosquitoes were bad here and everywhere in Sedona so take bite erase with you. This room was very small and the door was very difficult to open. Location was up the hill from midtown. The Chocolate Tree was close by and excellent (inside) for vegetarian style breakfast. Front desk people couldn't have been nicer and more helpful.Location was right off main highway.

Property was very pretty and quiet. The room was well maintained and nice. There is not an ice machine or vending machine which would have been nice. Checking in was a bit of a challenge. There was no one in the office and the number on the door went to voicemail. We had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to show up.

What a beautiful spot! This little inn had thoughtfully designed rooms around a gorgeous garden courtyard with beautiful swings, fireplaces, and water features. It's a beautiful spot for couples or solo travelers to unwind and enjoy Sedona. The communication about check-in was well coordinated including accommodation of our late check-in. Love this place!

Beautiful boutique hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again if we’re back in Sedona. Very accommodating and we appreciate the owner coming outside when we arrived to make sure that we were able to park our utility trailer. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Sedona.

Nice small and quaint experience. Not at all like the usual cookie cutter hotel experience. Bed was very comfortable. Coffee maker in the room did not work. And several of the outdoor gas fireplaces were not operating.

Beautiful place, beautiful room. However, the shower was dirty, and there was some work being done in the outdoor garden area. It's absolutely beautiful, though. Would definitely stay again.

I loved the areas around the rooms. It was cozy there, but upkeep is lacking. And the bath room was not done well. The toilet was nasty in the bowl. The shower floor had dirt. Big screw holes in wall by curtain. The pronlems would easily be fixed by an attentive staff.

Not a great experience, would not stay here again. Must have been placed in the "oh you booked through Expedia room" Room was not clean, dust in all the "lazy cleaner" places. Back of TV is covered in dust (it's right in your face when you walk in the door), dusty lamps, 1/2" of dust on the fan, dusty fridge and shelves. Found hair on nightstand and bathroom sink. We own a cleaning service, this is not pro cleaning. Feels dirty. Someone else's trash under bathroom cabinet, cabinet faces are filthy, but what really put me over the edge was brushing my teeth and realizing the faucet was covered in toxic sludge. Photo attached. TV remote didn't work, changed batteries to no avail. Zero sleep. Everything in this room has an led light on it, door has no seal which pours in all hall light, courtyard circus lights blaze through the glass door (ineffective blackout curtains) and were on until 10:40pm. Glass doors let cold air flow in (pretty bad). Another one of those rice paper thin walls places.. can hear EVERYTHING through the walls (everything), doors closing shakes the whole room (why is this a thing?) construction work above us until after 7pm Bedding washed in toxic chemical perfume "soap" , Coffee machine barely functions, Fridge compressor sound was ridiculous and had to be unplugged. Comically small room. We live here in Sedona, needed to stay here the night.. we hate airbnb and wouldn't stay in one because it ruined the town.. I'm now reconsidering.

When we arrived at room ee checked for cleanliness and found bed to have hair trash and other things init. Didnt seem to be cleaned at all. Nice looking place but the cleanliness was sub par. Probability of rebooking highly unlikely.

The property itself is quiet and nice. The rooms are very small though or at least ours was. It was basically just a little bigger than the bed so probably a 10x10 foot room with a tiny bathroom. For the same price you could stay down the road closer to more attractions.

Lantern Light Inn has a beautifully designed outdoor space. We really enjoyed relaxing there after dinner. A lot of fun. Our room at the back was nice and peaceful, but it was small with hardly any space for our clothes and bags.

Great little place for couples. The room we had was REALLY small and we found that we lacked somewhere to hang clothing. The bathroom sink/ vanity was small but work for two and the shower?!?!?…. Oh man! Big, nice tile work and awesome water pressure! Bed was comfortable and area was peaceful. What won us over the little criticism we have was the courtyards. Lovely seating areas and the owners time to details in the outdoor elements was great.

Cute little hotel, very tastefully arranged. Rooms dont have mountain views, and in fact they kind of lack privacy since all windows face the internal yard. Ours faced the parking lot and couldn't really have the dapes pulled at all. I could see the whole parking lot from the toilet seat if the bathroom door was open. But the inside garden was a beauty. Didn't get to spend much time there as temperature were close to freezing in the evening. But in the summer that garden is probably a summer night dream. Bed was very comfortable and the room had evrything it needed. Bathroom seemed like it had been redone recently and besides the hairdryer having a cord waaay to short, everything was great. Being such a small hotel they didn't have staff in the lobby 24/7 but they were always just a phone call away. And when we needed them they were outstading. Our hanger bar broke just the day before we were to leave. Things happen. They could have easily said ...we'll fix after you leave...but instead they fixed it right away. They don't have food on the property but that turned out to be a plus because it gave us the opportunity to go out and try several local eateries near by (two just across the street), for a better variety that one would normally get by eating at the same hotel restaurant a whole week. Great value for a quiet and comfortable couples get away.

Our hanger bar broke just the day before we were to leave. Things happen. They could have easily said ...we'll fix after you leave...but instead they fixed it right away. They don't have food on the property but that turned out to be a plus because it gave us the opportunity to go out and try several local eateries near by (two just across the street), for a better variety that one would normally get by eating at the same hotel restaurant a whole week. Great value for a quiet and comfortable couples get away.

Check out is at 10. Too early for me. 4’x2’ skylight over bed wakes you up at 6 am. No way to close it. Defeats the purpose to have blackout curtains on the windows and then a big skylight on the ceiling. Room temp fixed at 68 with no way to change. The hotel itself is cute boutique style. Outdoor patio areas are cute with swinging chairs and table fire tops.

The property has a beautiful garden and sitting area outside, which we enjoyed, however, the room was extremely small. There were no amenities other than a small fridge and extremely small microwave. No where to put anything. No closet, drawers etc. This type of "boutique" hotel probably appeals to some, but we didn't care for it. Staff was friendly but only there during certain hours.

Incredible service by the nicest folks. I was there during off season so the owner was on-site a lot doing a lot of caretaking and redoing the common areas. It was nice to see a group of people care so much about their location. Super cute rooms and the most incredible shared outside space with swings. A great place to watch the bats and stars of Sedona. Josh had wonderful recommendations and was incredibly welcoming. I would, and likely will, stay again.

I was delayed getting in. They had a holding key for late check in. Thought it was odd their office hours are 11:00-7:00. However they called and stated I could sign in the morning. Check out was 10:00 and they were closed, but we had to leave before 7:00 am. So no check in or out signed.

Both employees provided Excellent customer service and information of the surrounding area. The owner assisted us personally and went over and above to provide us a most memorable stay. We would definitely recommend and most definitely plan on returning!!

Property was very pretty and quiet. The room was well maintained and nice. There is not an ice machine or vending machine which would have been nice. Checking in was a bit of a challenge. There was no one in the office and the number on the door went to voicemail. We had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to show up.

Property is nice. Only issue was a call we got asking if we planned to arrive before 7 pm despite having checking in earlier in the day. The lady that called me was rude and bothered that we had checked in and it was not documented properly.

Loved staying at lantern light in and in Sedona overall beautiful amazing place the resort was put together perfect for a peaceful relaxing getaway just beautiful and will be coming back to lantern light in! Room was nice clean staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area

We loved this place because it was very quiet and peaceful. It was also conveniently located away from the touristy part of town and very close to lots of amazing hiking. We highly recommended this place! The garden area was a great place to relax.

This was an absolutely AMAZING experience. It was at walking distance of multiple places and in the heart of Sedona. The owner was extremely friendly and showed us around all areas of the property. It was a very welcoming, clean, beautiful place to stay for our getaway.

Adult only, quiet and romantic. Medium size, well-appointed room with comfortable king size bed. Lovely garden and seating outside our door so enjoyed sitting outside for complimentary coffee in the morning and wine in afternoon. Until COVID this was B&B but currently there is no breakfast. It is located in West Sedona near several good restaurants. Easy parking. Would definitely return.

Our stay was a lovely and relaxing experience. The layout of the inn makes the rooms feel more private and serene than your average hotel. The amenities were fantastic. We enjoyed our take-out dinners and evening tea by the fire-pit table. We were glad to have great water pressure in the shower, as well as lasting hot water. The microwave and fridge were very useful. We appreciated that the ceramic mugs for the provided coffee and tea were very large with textured exteriors to prevent slipping. The many thoughtful details of the rooms and patios showcase the inn's desire for the guests' comfort. While we truly enjoyed most of stay at this location, our experience during the morning was bit noisier. During the early morning hours, we were awakened by our (only) neighbors conversing (at an average speaking volume) as they left their room. Later, the door to the hallway was slammed once and we could easily hear as people were entering and exiting. The inn was receiving a linens delivery that morning and the linen storage room was within the same hallway as our room. This issue will easily be avoided with ear plugs. Regardless, we truly enjoyed our experience at the Lantern Light Inn. We are glad that we chose to stay here. We will plan to stay here again when we return to Sedona.

Cute little hotel, very tastefully arranged. Rooms dont have mountain views, and in fact they kind of lack privacy since all windows face the internal yard. Ours faced the parking lot and couldn't really have the dapes pulled at all. I could see the whole parking lot from the toilet seat if the bathroom door was open. But the inside garden was a beauty. Didn't get to spend much time there as temperature were close to freezing in the evening. But in the summer that garden is probably a summer night dream. Bed was very comfortable and the room had evrything it needed. Bathroom seemed like it had been redone recently and besides the hairdryer having a cord waaay to short, everything was great. Being such a small hotel they didn't have staff in the lobby 24/7 but they were always just a phone call away. And when we needed them they were outstading. What an adorable place to stay. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The swings are comfortable. Bug spray is a must! The fountains are soothing. They are currently undergoing restoration. Doesn’t interfere with evening sleep or rooms. The rooms are adequate. Beds are comfortable. There is no ice machine. Ice trays in room but be sure to fill them upon arrival. The air conditioning units are not large enough for the rooms. It gets cool and there are ceiling fans which keep it tolerable. However, you must keep the bathroom door shut or all the heat comes in from the vent. Our shower had orange mold in the walls. That was a underwhelming. The staff was very friendly. Rooms are not serviced during your stay. Overall nice place and we would stay again.

So kind! So private but also social areas if you wanted to gather. But zappers & candles & fire pits for ambiance. Stars are only visible from the parking lot but still beautiful and private. And for breakfast go to Laylas down the street!!!

Nice small and quaint experience. Not at all like the usual cookie cutter hotel experience. Bed was very comfortable. Coffee maker in the room did not work. And several of the outdoor gas fireplaces were not operating.

We booked a room that advertised as a suite (2 queen + sofa bed) that sleeps 5 but this room doesn’t exist. Upon arrival this was unexpected and the hotel owner offered to discount us a second room however they only had a room available for 1 night then we’d have to get a room elsewhere. After discussing, we decided we would make the 1 room work and let the staff know. 1 hour later after we already unpacked, the hotel owner called to let us know we actually could not have 5 people stay in the suite. The hotel owner tried to blame it on us and claimed we were told 5 people could not stay here. However, the front desk staff member was there upon our initial conversation with the hotel owner and she allowed us to still check-in so he clearly did not mention this beforehand. We were very unhappy as we initially checked in over 2 hours ago and made it clear we had 5 people. The hotel owner made us book a second room, which ended up not being discounted, and advised us to take it up with hotels.com as he could not do anything further. After talking to hotels for 45 minutes, they advised they contacted the hotel for a refund, and the hotel owner said no even though we were willing to check out and leave. We specifically booked a room for 5 for Father’s Day weekend so we could all stay together as a family. Since we were not able to get a refund and move hotels, our party was forced to stay at different hotels and be broken apart for our celebration weekend. The service was poor here

Upon arrival this was unexpected and the hotel owner offered to discount us a second room however they only had a room available for 1 night then we’d have to get a room elsewhere. After discussing, we decided we would make the 1 room work and let the staff know. 1 hour later after we already unpacked, the hotel owner called to let us know we actually could not have 5 people stay in the suite. The hotel owner tried to blame it on us and claimed we were told 5 people could not stay here. However, the front desk staff member was there upon our initial conversation with the hotel owner and she allowed us to still check-in so he clearly did not mention this beforehand. We were very unhappy as we initially checked in over 2 hours ago and made it clear we had 5 people. The hotel owner made us book a second room, which ended up not being discounted, and advised us to take it up with hotels.com as he could not do anything further. After talking to hotels for 45 minutes, they advised they contacted the hotel for a refund, and the hotel owner said no even though we were willing to check out and leave. We specifically booked a room for 5 for Father’s Day weekend so we could all stay together as a family. Since we were not able to get a refund and move hotels, our party was forced to stay at different hotels and be broken apart for our celebration weekend. The service was poor here
