Clean, spacious and well appointed property, located a short 3 minute drive or a 15 minute walk from the shops, cafes and bars in Katoomba Street, Katoomba. Whilst the property has no WiFi it was not an issue for us as we could easily hotspot from our phones.

Charming cottage in Katoomba, close to amenities and walks. Very cosy. Entrance to house was complicated by pelting rain on our arrival so was a bit frustrating. It would have been good to know beforehand that the gate is electric and you need to get keys from key safe before trying to park. However, we managed to battle the weather, unload our bags and settle in for a rainy night with the gas fire on and wind howling outside.

This cottage was fabulous for a quick trip to the mountains to visit the scenic railway and surrounds for a few days. Easy to get into the main street of Katoomba. Very close to Leaura which we ended up eating out at a few times. We were a bit caught out by the cool weather in January but the gas heater, fireplace and electric blankets on the beds kept up comfortable.
