We immensely enjoyed our trip to Rome and our stay at My Bed Vatican Museum!!! The place is perfect with its proximity to major sites such as St. Peter’s Basilica, the Vatican Museums, and good restaurants and cafes, as well as its accessibility to public transport. Ernesto and Paula, were extremely gracious hosts checking on us daily and bonding with us like extended family, over breakfast. Our room was clean, cozy and comfortable and it was great to have access to the kitchen. We look forward to coming back!!

This small guesthouse is perfectly located to explore The Vatican and other local sites: the Vatican Museum is literally outside your bedroom window and St Peter's Basilica is a 10 minute walk away. Accommodation is a group of three private bedrooms each with ensuite toilets and showers: it is sparkling clean and the bed was most comfortable. Ernesto and Paola are the perfect hosts: they serve a light breakfast of coffee and fresh pastry in their shared kitchen and are available to answer your every need. We had a very warm welcome from Ernesto at My Bed Vatican Museum. He gave us lots of helpful information, and was always just a WhatsApp message away for any assistance or advice. The air conditioning was so good to have, and one of the nicest features was the espresso machine available at any time in the Breakfast room. Also the lift, after some earlier accommodations had lots of stairs to climb. Could do with new pillows and softer towels, as well as a room safe, but everything else in the compact room was great, and we had plenty of space, including a desk and a wardrobe. We also liked being able to open the windows. The location was great, with a short walk to Vatican Museum and St Peter's Basilica, and easy walk to the Metro. Thank you to Ernesto and Paola for a wonderful time in Roma!

Ernesto and Paola are extremely kind and generous. The location is wonderful for access to the Vatican, and walking distance to many sites in the surrounding area (Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and so much more). Many nearby restaurants, cafe's, markets, and a metro stop if you wish to go further out. An affordable parking garage is less than a 5 min walk away for $20 per day if you drive to Rome. Our room was 1 of 3 on the 4th floor, each with a private bathroom (ample water pressure for showering) and a secure door. There is an AC unit in the room, but it was not needed at this time of the year. The room we utilized was spacious for 2 adults, with a comfortable bed, a wardrobe closet, a small table, a mini-fridge, and a couple of padded seating chairs that could be converted into twin beds for smaller children if needed. The common area serves as the lobby for check-in, and a cozy cafe area in the morning for the provided light breakfast and conversation with Ernesto if you wish to be engaging and share personal stories over coffee, or ask questions re; your time in Rome. The gem is really the effort Ernesto and Paola are willing to go to ensure your visit to Rome is enjoyable and memorable... I suggest you have WhatsApp installed on your phone to best communicate and receive images from Ernesto leading up to and during your stay. Be sure to leave them a note in their visitor's book, and smile wide for the group photo when you check out.

My Bed is a lovely bed and breakfast right across from the Vatican Museum. Ernesto and Paola are so kind and excellent hosts, they make your stay a really wonderful experience. Clean, comfortable, and in a great location!

Ernesto and Paola are just lovely. Such amazing hosts and even with our limited Italian and Ernesto’s English we felt very welcome and they couldn’t do enough to help us. Ernesto helped us get tickets for the bus and Vatican and walked us there so we could find the tourist offices. He was very kind. We had fresh croissants for breakfast and toast/yogurt and crackers, fresh coffee and juice. The room was comfortable and had air conditioning which was a relief as it was 37 outside. Nice and clean and beds made up each day and room cleaned. We would highly recommend this b and b and it’s right beside Vatican City. Would definitely visit again

My Bed Vatican Museum was an awesome place to stay whilst in Rome. We did 2 x 2night stays before and after a cruise. The location was convenient to everything and walking distance to all the major sight seeing attractions. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable with views of the Vatican City directly across the road. The most impressive thing about this accommodation was the awesome hosts - Ernesto & Paola, they are amazing. On hand to provide assistance with getting around Rome and providing a delicious breakfast every morning, fresh croissants, great coffee and much more. We loved our stay with Ernesto & Paola. Awesome place to stay when in Rome.

We enjoyed our time at My Bed Vatican Museum where we stayed for 5 days. The hotel is located in close proximity to the Vatican, so that alone was a plus. The room was spacious and well maintained. A light breakfast was complimentary, so that helped us get our day started. The owners, Ernesto and Paola were so friendly and welcoming to us. Their hospitality is exceptional! Ernesto gave us great tips on where to go and how to get there and Paola was a delight to talk to! I would definitely stay at "My Bed Vatican" again. We stayed here to ensure early entry to the Vatican Museum for a tour. We were very impressed by the location, which is genuinely perfect for the Vatican Museum, but also by the cleanliness, accessibility, and comfort of the room. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. It was a perfect stay. Lots of perks, very informed help, and ensured everything went smoothly for us. Can't say enough good things.

Coming from the bustling capital of the U.S., Washington, D.C.🇺🇸, taking a vacation in Italy really makes you forget about work, the news, and the usual grind of American life. I spent 10 days hopping between 2 hotels and 2 B&Bs, and honestly, it felt like a dream come true. I got to soak in the beauty of Italy’s amazing towns and cities, like Pienza, Montalcino, the coastal village of Monterosso Al Mare in Cinque Terre, Lake Como, Venice, Rome, Positano, the Amalfi Coast, and Ravello. The last leg of my trip was in Rome, and it was definitely the highlight. My beautiful relaxing clean B&B was in the perfect spot, just steps away from the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel & St. Peter’s Basilica. Also, a short train ride to Naples to meet my tour group sightseeing Positano, Amalfi Coast and Ravello. Ernesto and Paola, the hosts, were such a breath of fresh air. They were incredibly sweet, kind, and really down-to-earth throughout the whole thing. Plus, they had tons of knowledge about the best authentic restaurants, must-see places, and tours in Rome. I can’t thank them enough for making my family and me feel so welcome! I love this B&B.

The location was wonderful. Just as described. And the Metro was only a short walk. The room was big and bathroom (for European standards) and very clean. The hosts were very helpful. One thing to note is that they do not live on sight but are very responsive using WhatsApp. Was very comfortable and safe and although it was close to a high trafficked area it was very quite at night. Would defiantly stay here again.

Ernesto and Paula are truly amazing hosts. We arrived early and welcomed with coffee and a croissant! Ernesto was so helpful with recommendations for food and shopping. He helped me book a last minute tour to the Vatican and walked us to the tour office so we would not get lost! The room was adequately furnished with AC and windows that open out right across the street from the Vatican walls! I think one of the cardinals waved at me! Our stay was perfect. Ernesto sent me photos of our stay which I received on our way home! I would definitely recommend this guest house.

Our family had one evening in Rome prior to our Vatican tour. Wow! We lucked out. This location is primo! We walked out the front door and our tour started 50 feet away. Talk about convenient. We also scored a parking space directly at the front door. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Room and accommodations were great. Ernesto met us for check in and was so kind. He gave us a map, recommendations and tour of all amenities of the apartment. We went with his dinner recommendation and had the BEST meal of our entire trip. We’ve been traveling France, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland prior to Italy. The food and service were top notch. Loved our stay and hope to visit again one day. We were visiting from South Carolina, USA ♥️🇺🇸♥️🇮🇹♥️

Accommodation is a group of three private bedrooms each with ensuite toilets and showers: it is sparkling clean and the bed was most comfortable. Ernesto and Paola are the perfect hosts: they serve a light breakfast of coffee and fresh pastry in their shared kitchen and are available to answer your every need. My Bed Vatican Museum was an awesome place to stay whilst in Rome. We did 2 x 2night stays before and after a cruise. The location was convenient to everything and walking distance to all the major sight seeing attractions. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable with views of the Vatican City directly across the road. The most impressive thing about this accommodation was the awesome hosts - Ernesto & Paola, they are amazing. On hand to provide assistance with getting around Rome and providing a delicious breakfast every morning, fresh croissants, great coffee and much more. We loved our stay with Ernesto & Paola. We stayed here to ensure early entry to the Vatican Museum for a tour. We were very impressed by the location, which is genuinely perfect for the Vatican Museum, but also by the cleanliness, accessibility, and comfort of the room. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. It was a perfect stay. Lots of perks, very informed help, and ensured everything went smoothly for us. Can't say enough good things.

We had a very warm welcome from Ernesto at My Bed Vatican Museum. He gave us lots of helpful information, and was always just a WhatsApp message away for any assistance or advice. The air conditioning was so good to have, and one of the nicest features was the espresso machine available at any time in the Breakfast room. Also the lift, after some earlier accommodations had lots of stairs to climb. Could do with new pillows and softer towels, as well as a room safe, but everything else in the compact room was great, and we had plenty of space, including a desk and a wardrobe. We also liked being able to open the windows. The location was great, with a short walk to Vatican Museum and St Peter's Basilica, and easy walk to the Metro. Thank you to Ernesto and Paola for a wonderful time in Roma!

Ernesto and Paola are extremely kind and generous. The location is wonderful for access to the Vatican, and walking distance to many sites in the surrounding area (Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and so much more). Many nearby restaurants, cafe's, markets, and a metro stop if you wish to go further out. An affordable parking garage is less than a 5 min walk away for $20 per day if you drive to Rome. Our room was 1 of 3 on the 4th floor, each with a private bathroom (ample water pressure for showering) and a secure door. There is an AC unit in the room, but it was not needed at this time of the year. The room we utilized was spacious for 2 adults, with a comfortable bed, a wardrobe closet, a small table, a mini-fridge, and a couple of padded seating chairs that could be converted into twin beds for smaller children if needed. The common area serves as the lobby for check-in, and a cozy cafe area in the morning for the provided light breakfast and conversation with Ernesto if you wish to be engaging and share personal stories over coffee, or ask questions re; your time in Rome. The gem is really the effort Ernesto and Paola are willing to go to ensure your visit to Rome is enjoyable and memorable... I suggest you have WhatsApp installed on your phone to best communicate and receive images from Ernesto leading up to and during your stay. Be sure to leave them a note in their visitor's book, and smile wide for the group photo when you check out.

The location was wonderful. Just as described. And the Metro was only a short walk. The room was big and bathroom (for European standards) and very clean. The hosts were very helpful. One thing to note is that they do not live on sight but are very responsive using WhatsApp. Was very comfortable and safe and although it was close to a high trafficked area it was very quite at night. Would defiantly stay here again.

Everything was great. If seeing the Vatican is a priority, then this is the place to stay, the location quite literally couldn’t be better. The hospitality was fantastic and Ernesto gave us great recommendations for restaurants and directions whenever we needed it. I’ll be staying here from now on whenever I come to Rome.

Ernesto and Paula are truly amazing hosts. We arrived early and welcomed with coffee and a croissant! Ernesto was so helpful with recommendations for food and shopping. He helped me book a last minute tour to the Vatican and walked us to the tour office so we would not get lost! The room was adequately furnished with AC and windows that open out right across the street from the Vatican walls! I think one of the cardinals waved at me! Our stay was perfect. Ernesto sent me photos of our stay which I received on our way home! I would definitely recommend this guest house.

We immensely enjoyed our trip to Rome and our stay at My Bed Vatican Museum!!! The place is perfect with its proximity to major sites such as St. Peter’s Basilica, the Vatican Museums, and good restaurants and cafes, as well as its accessibility to public transport. Ernesto and Paula, were extremely gracious hosts checking on us daily and bonding with us like extended family, over breakfast. Our room was clean, cozy and comfortable and it was great to have access to the kitchen. We look forward to coming back!!

This is the best option when visiting Rome; they are located directly across the Vatican. Ernesto and Paola are the best host. My wife and I stayed six nights at this wonderful property in October 2025. Ernesto and Paola were extremely gracious with their time and care to ensure we had a memorable vacation. No need was left unattended to. They assisted with dinner reservations, tour tickets as well as transportation to the airport. We consider them new friends and will certainly stay with them next time we are in Rome.

Ernesto was the perfect host, taking care of every detail. We really appreciated his restaurant recommendations. Location is excellent for the Vatican Museum. Taxis were availability at the top of the stairs next to building. Would definitely stay here again when I return to Rome.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is right next to the Vatican so it was a perfect location for us. Ernesto and Paola were amazing! They literally make everything perfect! They are wonderful and make sure you are taken care of and if you need anything, they take care of it for you.

This is absolutely the place to stay in Rome. Ernesto and Paola made us very welcome and are fabulous hosts. The property is right across from the entrance to the Vatican and just a short metro ride to all of Romes attractions. Ernesto made sure we knew where everything was located and gave us a map too with recommendations of where to go and where to eat. All were excellent and they made us feel like we have a second home with them in Rome. Do not overlook this place, it is personable and everything we could have expected and more!!

We stayed here to ensure early entry to the Vatican Museum for a tour. We were very impressed by the location, which is genuinely perfect for the Vatican Museum, but also by the cleanliness, accessibility, and comfort of the room. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. It was a perfect stay. Lots of perks, very informed help, and ensured everything went smoothly for us. Can't say enough good things.

We had a very warm welcome from Ernesto at My Bed Vatican Museum. He gave us lots of helpful information, and was always just a WhatsApp message away for any assistance or advice. The air conditioning was so good to have, and one of the nicest features was the espresso machine available at any time in the Breakfast room. Also the lift, after some earlier accommodations had lots of stairs to climb. Could do with new pillows and softer towels, as well as a room safe, but everything else in the compact room was great, and we had plenty of space, including a desk and a wardrobe. We also liked being able to open the windows. The location was great, with a short walk to Vatican Museum and St Peter's Basilica, and easy walk to the Metro. Thank you to Ernesto and Paola for a wonderful time in Roma!

Ernesto and Paola are extremely kind and generous. The location is wonderful for access to the Vatican, and walking distance to many sites in the surrounding area (Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and so much more). Many nearby restaurants, cafe's, markets, and a metro stop if you wish to go further out. An affordable parking garage is less than a 5 min walk away for $20 per day if you drive to Rome. Our room was 1 of 3 on the 4th floor, each with a private bathroom (ample water pressure for showering) and a secure door. There is an AC unit in the room, but it was not needed at this time of the year. The room we utilized was spacious for 2 adults, with a comfortable bed, a wardrobe closet, a small table, a mini-fridge, and a couple of padded seating chairs that could be converted into twin beds for smaller children if needed. The common area serves as the lobby for check-in, and a cozy cafe area in the morning for the provided light breakfast and conversation with Ernesto if you wish to be engaging and share personal stories over coffee, or ask questions re; your time in Rome. The gem is really the effort Ernesto and Paola are willing to go to ensure your visit to Rome is enjoyable and memorable... I suggest you have WhatsApp installed on your phone to best communicate and receive images from Ernesto leading up to and during your stay. Be sure to leave them a note in their visitor's book, and smile wide for the group photo when you check out.

We immensely enjoyed our trip to Rome and our stay at My Bed Vatican Museum!!! The place is perfect with its proximity to major sites such as St. Peter’s Basilica, the Vatican Museums, and good restaurants and cafes, as well as its accessibility to public transport. Ernesto and Paula, were extremely gracious hosts checking on us daily and bonding with us like extended family, over breakfast. Our room was clean, cozy and comfortable and it was great to have access to the kitchen. We look forward to coming back!!

We had a great stay here. It is a B&B with great owners that take good care of the guests. The continental breakfast is good and is served with excellent service by the owner. The owner does a great job in giving recommendations for restaurants, site seeing, and any needed services such as laundry or forex needs. The location is excellent right next to the Vatican with just a ten minute walk to the Metro trains.

Ernesto and Paola are just lovely. Such amazing hosts and even with our limited Italian and Ernesto’s English we felt very welcome and they couldn’t do enough to help us. Ernesto helped us get tickets for the bus and Vatican and walked us there so we could find the tourist offices. He was very kind. We had fresh croissants for breakfast and toast/yogurt and crackers, fresh coffee and juice. The room was comfortable and had air conditioning which was a relief as it was 37 outside. Nice and clean and beds made up each day and room cleaned. We would highly recommend this b and b and it’s right beside Vatican City. Would definitely visit again

My Bed Vatican Museum was an awesome place to stay whilst in Rome. We did 2 x 2night stays before and after a cruise. The location was convenient to everything and walking distance to all the major sight seeing attractions. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable with views of the Vatican City directly across the road. The most impressive thing about this accommodation was the awesome hosts - Ernesto & Paola, they are amazing. On hand to provide assistance with getting around Rome and providing a delicious breakfast every morning, fresh croissants, great coffee and much more. We loved our stay with Ernesto & Paola. We enjoyed our time at My Bed Vatican Museum where we stayed for 5 days. The hotel is located in close proximity to the Vatican, so that alone was a plus. The room was spacious and well maintained. A light breakfast was complimentary, so that helped us get our day started. The owners, Ernesto and Paola were so friendly and welcoming to us. Their hospitality is exceptional! Ernesto gave us great tips on where to go and how to get there and Paola was a delight to talk to! I would definitely stay at "My Bed Vatican" again.
