This hotel is a little off the beaten path. It’s about one block past the area that feels active and safe. The lobby is very sparsely decorated and not very welcoming. We had two rooms. One of our rooms had hot water problems. Lots of cold showers. In our other room, the outlets did not work. The hotel staff was very responsive in fixing that problem. Overall, it was just fine.

We got there at the reception. we had reservation for junior suite with the balcony they didn’t have it available because they blame Expedia to double booked the same room and they gave it to another people. They showed us another room cheaper room. They said they will give us credit back at the checkout. They were baring for the money they need to return to us. We were very unhappy, staffs was rude and it took forever to check in and to check out
